Claims (9)

  1. Scharnierbeschlag, insbesondere ein Ecklager (1) für Tür, Fenster oder dergleichen, mit einem festen Teil (6) und einem beweglichen Teil (7), wobei
    der feste Teil (6) Befestigungsmittel (9) im Falz (10) des Festrahmens (3) der Tür oder dergleichen sowie Gelenkmittel (21) in Form einer Büchse oder einer Achse (22) aufweist zum Zusammenwirken mit komplementären Gelenkmitteln (23) in Form einer Achse bzw. Büchse (24), die mit dem beweglichen Teil (7), der im Falz des Flügels (2) dieser Tür oder dergleichen angebracht ist, fest verbunden sind,
    diese komplementären Gelenkmittel (23) in ein Abdeckband (4) integriert sind, mit dem der Flügel (2) versehen ist, wobei dieses Band (4) ferner derart vorgesehen ist, dass es sich einerseits auf den Festrahmen (3) der Tür oder dergleichen auflegt und andererseits die Gelenkmittel (21) des festen Teils (6) aufnimmt,
    die Büchse (24), die die Gelenkmittel oder fallweise die komplementären Gelenkmittel (23) bildet, mit einer Bohrung (30) mit einem Boden (31) versehen ist, auf dem sich das freie Ende (32) der Achse (22) abstützen kann, vorzugsweise in Form eines Kugelgelenks, wobei dieser Boden (31) von einem von der Büchse (24) unabhängigen Teil gebildet wird und seine Position in der Bohrung (30) unter der Einwirkung einer Verstellschraube (33) verstellbar ist, die drehbar in der Büchse (24) montiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Bohrung (3) in dieser Büchse (24) mit einem Sitz (34) kommuniziert, der sich parallel zu deren Achse erstreckt und an dem parallel zur Achse dieser Bohrung (30) die Verstellschraube (33) drehbar gelagert ist, derart, dass sie von dem Ende (241) der Büchse (24) zugänglich ist, das in Richtung der Horizontalmittelebene der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen ausgerichtet ist,
    das Teil, das den Boden (31) bildet, sich seitlich in diesen Sitz (34) hinein erstreckt über einen Teil (35) in Form einer Mutter, durch die die Verstellschraube (33) hindurchtritt.
  2. Scharnierbeschlag, insbesondere ein Ecklager (1) entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil, von dem der Boden (31) in der Bohrung (30) der Büchse (24) gebildet wird, eine Kugelgelenkpfanne bildet, an der sich das freie Ende (32) der Achse (22) in Form eines Kugelgelenks abstützt, wodurch sich einerseits der Flügel (2) gegenüber dem Festrahmen (3) um eine vertikale Drehachse (25) drehen kann und andererseits dieser Flügel (2) gegenüber dem Festrahmen (3) um eine horizontale Achse geschwenkt werden kann, die im wesentlichen von der unteren Querleiste des Flügels (2) gebildet wird.
  3. Scharnierbeschlag, insbesondere ein Ecklager (1) entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil, das den Boden (31) bildet, aus einem Material mit einem niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten, insbesondere aus einem synthetischen Material, besteht, wobei dieses Teil ferner symmetrisch zu einer Mittelebene (36) geformt ist, die zur Achse der Bohrung (30) in der Büchse (24) senkrecht ist.
  4. Scharnierbeschlag, insbesondere ein Ecklager (1) entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (9) des festen Teils (6) im Falz des Festrahmens (3) einerseits von einer Trägerplatte (11) gebildet werden, die derart bestimmt ist, dass sie im Falz der unteren Querleiste (12) des Festrahmens (12) angebracht werden kann, und andererseits von einer Befestigungsplatte (16) gebildet werden, die derart bestimmt ist, dass sie an der Trägerplatte (11) verstellbar, zumindest in einer zur Ebene (17) der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen parallelen Richtung verschiebbar, angebracht werden kann.
  5. Scharnierbeschlag, insbesondere ein Ecklager (1) entsprechend Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Trägerplatte (11) ein Exzenter (18) angebracht ist zum Zusammenwirken mit einer Öffnung (19), die an der Befestigungsplatte (16) entsprechend vorgesehen ist, derart, dass sich durch die Drehung dieses Exzenters (18) und unter der Einwirkung von Führungsmitteln (20) eine lineare Verschiebung der Befestigungsplatte (16) auf der Trägerplatte (11) ergibt.
  6. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, umfassend in Kombination einen Lagerbock (1A) für die Verbindung im oberen Teil eines Flügels (2) an einem Festrahmen (3), der einer Drehtür oder einem Drehfenster zugehörig ist, wobei dieser Lagerbock (1A) einen festen Teil (6A) und einen beweglichen Teil (7A) aufweist, wobei der feste Teil (6A) erste Befestigungsmittel (9A) im Falz (10) des Festrahmens (3) aufweist und der bewegliche Teil (7A) mit Hilfe von zweiten Befestigungsmitteln (28A) im Falz des Flügels (2) angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Befestigungsmittel (9A) von einer Trägerplatte (11A) gebildet werden; auf der mit Hilfe von einrastenden Verbindungsmitteln (38) eine Trägerplatte (16A) montiert ist, die über einen Drehbolzen (42) mit dem beweglichen Teil (7A) fest verbunden ist, wobei dieser Drehbolzen (42) in das Abdeckband (4) des Flügels (2) derart integriert ist, dass er sich an dessen Drehachse (25) positioniert, und die Befestigungsplatte (16A) an dem Drehbolzen (42) axial über eine Bewegungsstrecke (43) beweglich ist, die mindestens dem Spiel zwischen dem Falz des Flügels (2) und dem Falz des Festrahmens (3) in Höhe ihrer jeweiligen oberen Querleiste entspricht.
  7. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Verbindungsmittel (38) die Form eines Knopflochs aufweisen, wobei auf der Befestigungsplatte (9A) ein T-förmiger Zapfen (39) zwangsschlüssig drehbar montiert ist, der einen Kopf (40) aufweist, der in einer bestimmten Winkelposition dem Querschnitt des Schlitzes (41) angepasst ist, mit dem die Befestigungsplatte (16A) versehen ist.
  8. Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsplatte (16A) auf der Trägerplatte (11A) über Verbindungsmittel (38) verstellbar, zumindest in einer zur Ebene (17) der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen parallelen Richtung verschiebbar, montiert ist.
  9. Scharnierbeschlag für Tür, Fenster oder dergleichen, bei dem der Flügel (2) drehbar am Festrahmen (3) montiert ist, wobei der Flügel (2) ein Abdeckband (4) aufweist, das so vorgesehen ist, dass es sich bei geschlossener Position der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen auf den Festrahmen (3) auflegt, entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Abdeckband (4) in etwa an den Enden des hinteren Querholms (26) des Flügels (2) Ausbuchtungen vorgesehen sind zur Aufnahme einerseits von komplementären Gelenkmitteln (23), die dem beweglichen Teil (7) des Ecklagers (1) zugehörig sind, und ebenso von Gelenkmitteln (21) des festen Teils (6) und andererseits des Gelenkbolzens (42), der dem Lagerbock (1A) zugehörig ist, wobei diese Ausbuchtungen am oberen und unteren Teil des Flügels (2) münden und Öffnungen an diesem Abdeckband (4) bilden, die über geeignete Abdeckungen (44, 44A) geschlossen sind.
