Drehkippbeschlag für Türen, Fenster od.dgl. mit teilweiser Überdeckung des Stockrahmens (4) durch den Flügelrahmen (9), wobei der Beschlag aus einem Stützwinkel (10) und aus einer Halteschere (11) zusammengesetzt ist, die in Falzen (7, 8) befestigt sind und beide einen Hilfsscherenarm (13, 113) aufweisen, der einerseits mit dem unteren Querriegel (21) bzw. dem oberen Querriegel (121) des Stockrahmens (4) und anderseits mit dem unteren Querriegel (3) des Flügelrahmens (9) bzw. mit einem Hauptscherenarm (12) verbunden ist, der mit dem oberen Querriegel (150) des Flügelrahmens zusammenwirkt, wobei der Drehkippbeschlag dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Stützwinkel (10) und die Halteschere (11) aufweisen:
― einen zweiten Scherenarm (24, 124), der an einem seiner Enden (25, 125) gleitverschieblich am unteren Querriegel (21) bzw. am oberen Querriegel (121) des Stockrahmens (4) montiert ist und dessen anderes Ende (26, 126) mit Hilfe eines Gelenkes (26A, 126A) mit dem unteren Querriegel (3) des Flügelrahmens (9) bzw. dem Hauptscherenarm (12) verbunden ist;
― und einen Schwingarm (39, 139), von dem ein Ende (40, 140) am zweiten Scherenarm (24, 124) angelenkt ist und dessen anderes Ende am unteren Querriegel (21) bzw. am oberen Querriegel (121) des Stockrahmens (4) schwenkbeweglich befestigt ist.
2. Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützwinkel (10) und die Halteschere (11) einen Träger (18, 118) aufweisen, der durch eine langgestreckte Platte (19, 119) gebildet ist, welche mit Hilfe von Befestigungselementen (20, 120) in Falzen (7) am unteren Querriegel (21) bzw. am oberen Querriegel (121) des Stockrahmens (4) montiert ist, wobei an diesen Träger (18, 118) einerseits der Hilfsscherenarm (13, 113) und der Schwingarm (39, 139) mit Hilfe von Gelenken (17, 117) und (41, 141) und anderseits das Ende (25, 125) des zweiten Scherenarmes (24, 124) angeschlossen sind.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (19, 119) in ihrem vorderen Teil (29), der dem vorderen Steher des Stockrahmens (4) zugekehrt ist, eine Gleitschiene (27, 127) aufweist, die durch eine langgestreckte Öffnung (28, 128) gebildet ist, in welche ein Zapfen (30, 130) eingreift, der mit dem Ende (25, 125) des zweiten Scherenarmes (24, 124) verbunden ist und an seinem freien Ende (32, 132) einen Flansch (33, 133) aufweist, der mit der Innenseite (34) bzw. der Oberseite (134) der Platte (19, 119) zusammenwirkt.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenke (17, 117) und (41, 141), welche den Hilfsscherenarm (13, 113) und den Schwingarm (39, 139) mit dem Träger (18, 118) verbinden, einander weitestmöglich angenähert und nächst dem hinteren Steher (22) des Stockrahmens (4) angeordnet sind.

Drehkippbeschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Scherenarm (24, 124) in seiner Mitte (43, 143) gekröpft ist, was ein Einsetzen des Schwingarmes (39, 139) zwischen den zweiten Scherenarm (24, 124) und die Platte (19, 119) in der Schließstellung der Tür, des Fensters od.dgl. ermöglich.
6. Drehkippbeschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsscherenarm (13) des Stützwinkels (10), der in der Schließstellung des Flügelrahmens (9) in Verlängerung des zweiten Scherenarmes (24) und des Schwingarmes (39) angeordnet ist, eine Dicke (45) aufweist, welche der Dicke entspricht, die durch die Summe der letzteren gegeben ist.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenk (17), welches den Hilfsscherenarm (13) des Stützwinkels (10) mit dem Träger (18) verbindet, durch eine Vertikalachse (46) gebildet ist, die in den unteren Querriegel (21) des Stockrahmens (4) ausgiebig eingesetzt ist und deren eines Ende (47), das bezüglich des Trägers (18) vorspringt, in eine Bohrung (48) eingreift, die im Ende (17A) des Hilfsscherenarmes (13) ausgebildet ist.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (47) der Vertikalachse (46) konische Form hat und in die im Hilfsscherenarm (13) ausgebildete Bohrung (48) eingeführt ist, um das Schwenken desselben über einen begrenzten Winkel um eine Horizontalachse zu ermöglichen und das Öffnen des Flügelrahmens (2) zu gestatten.

Drehkippbeschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützwinkel (10) Anlenkmittel (15) aufweist, welche den Hilfsscherenarm (13) mit dem Stockrahmen (9) verbinden und einerseits durch eine Vertikalachse (49), die an ihrem unteren Ende (50) mit dem freien Ende (14) des Hilfsscherenarmes (13) verbunden ist, und anderseits durch einen Winkel (52) gebildet sind, welcher die untere Ecke (16) des Flügelrahmens (9) überdeckt und in Ecküberblattungen (53, 54) eingreift, die im hinteren Steher (2) und im unteren Riegel (3) des Flügelrahmens (9) vorhanden sind, wobei der Winkel (52) in seiner unteren Kante (55) und in der Ecke (56) eine zylindrische Ausnehmung (57) aufweist, die an die Vertikalachse (49) angepaßt ist, um den Durchtritt und die Drehung derselben zu ermöglichen.
10. Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (47) der Vertikalachse (46) dem Durchmesser der Bohrung (48) angepaßt ist, welche im Hilfsarm (13) vorhanden ist, derart, daß lediglich die Drehung um eine Vertikalachse derselben gestattet wird.

Drehkippbeschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützwinkel (10) Anlenkmittel (15) aufweist, welche den Hilfsscherenarm (13) mit dem Flügelrahmen (9) verbinden und einerseits durch eine Vertikalachse (49), die an ihrem unteren Ende (50) mit dem freien Ende (14) des Hilfsscherenarmes (13) verbunden ist, und anderseits durch einen Winkel (52) gebildet sind, welcher die untere Ecke (16) des Flügelrahmens (9) überdeckt und in Ecküberblattungen (53, 54) eingreift, welche im hinteren Steher (2) und im unteren Riegel (3) des Flügelrahmens (9) vorhanden sind, wobei der Winkel (52) an seiner unteren Kante (55) und in der Ecke (56) eine langgestreckte Öffnung (57) aufweist, welche dem Durchtritt der Vertikalachse (49) dient und mit einer Ausnehmung (58) in Verbindung steht, die im vertikalen Schenkel (59) des Winkels (52) ausgebildet ist.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlenkmittel (15) ferner eine Buchse (60) aufweisen, die in einer Ausnehmung (58) des vertikalen Schenkels (59) des Winkels (52) gleitet und mit der Vertikalachse (49) zusammenwirkt, um ein Schwenken des Flügelrahmens (9) um eine Horizontalachse zu gestatten oder nicht.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (60) in ihrer Unterseite (62) ein Blindloch (63) aufweist, das dem Durchmesser der Vertikalachse (49) angepaßt ist, um das Einführen derselben zu gestatten, wobei diese Buchse ferner mit einer Transmissionsstange (61) verbunden ist, die in die Ausnehmung (58) auf der Höhe der oberen Kante (64) des vertikalen Schenkels (49) mündet und mit Hilfe von Verbindungsmitteln (66) mit einer Treibstange zusammenwirkt, die durch einen Verriegelungsmechanismus betätigt wird, wie ein Treibstangenverschluß oder ein Treibstangenschloß.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikale Schenkel (59) des Winkels (52) in der Nähe der Ecke (56) und auf seiner dem Äußeren der Tür, des Fensters od.dgl. zugekehrten Seite (67) eine Öffnung (68) aufweist, die mit der Ausnehmung (58) in Verbindung steht und durch welche das freie Ende (69) der Vertikalachse (49) in der maximalen Schwenkstellung des Flügelrahmens (9) austritt.

Drehkippbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptscherenarm (12) der Halteschere (11) an seinem hinteren Ende (116) einen zurückgebogenen Abschnitt in Form eines Winkels (155) aufweist, der in der Schwenkoffenstellung die obere Ecke (153) des Flügelrahmens (9) überdeckt und in seinem vertikalen Schenkel (156) eine Öffnung (157) aufweist, in welcher das bezüglich der vertikalen hinteren Kante (154) des Flügelrahmens (9) vorspringende Ende (158) einer Treibstange (159) eingreift, die durch einen Verriegelungsmechanismus betätigt wird, wie einen Treibstangenverschluß bzw. ein Treibstangenschloß.
