Abstract

一种新式改进型推拉平开多功能组合窗。它由窗框、窗扇、定位轴、拉杆、可调三轴滚轮、上、下滑动方管、定位销、曲形斜撑、定位旋钮及纱窗等部件组成。其中,由安装在窗扇上的上、下定位销置于窗框上、下横框料的凹槽内或扳开脱离凹槽,或插入凹槽端头销插孔内实现窗扇推拉,平开和自锁功能。本实用新型的特点是窗扇开启方式可随意推拉或平开,可向外平开180°,任意调整开启面积和开启角度。达到调节室内进风量和进风方向和在室内清洗窗扇两面的目的。并有自锁防盗、防蚊虫、防刮风摔坏玻璃、安全可靠、密封性好等优点。

Description

一种新式改进型推拉平开多功能组合窗
本实用新型涉及建筑用门窗领域,特别是涉及一种新式改进型推拉平开多功能组合窗。
现在建筑用窗在功能上一般是推拉窗或者是平开窗两种。其两者各有利弊,推拉窗开启不占空间,外观较美观,但其开启面积小,不利于室内采光通风换气;反之平开窗开启面积大,但稳定性较差,开启时占空间。且两种形式窗都存在清洗窗扇外面不方便、不安全,窗扇稳定性较差和没有导风功能。
在使用材料方面,现在建筑用窗常用铝合金、塑钢或隔热断桥铝材。而三种材料亦各有缺点。如铝合金在冬季易结露、传热(冷)快;塑钢窗耐候性、耐脏性差,在温差较大的地区易变形变色,导致密封性能下降;隔热断桥铝材耗料多,造价昂贵。
据悉,目前中国公布了几种推拉平开窗的专利、实现了推拉平开两种功能,但都存在一些不足之处。如中国专利92205853.6公布的无窗框推拉平升窗,密封性差,在室内无法安装纱窗,制作安装不方便,不够牢固,亦不美观;又如中国专利94222448.5公布的一种改进的推拉平升窗,构造复杂,窗框外立面开缺口不美观,使用不方便,无法导风;本人已有的实用新型专利号为9928810.0的一种改进型推拉平开多功能组合窗和专利号为00239019.1的一种改进更新型推拉、平开多功能组合窗实现了推拉、平开、窗扇可外旋转180°在室内清洗窗扇两面,可导风等多功能。但仍存在一些不够完善之处,例如铝型材隔热保温性能较差,窗扇较大时推拉阻力较大,平开时略有下坠。所以本实用新型是总结了建筑用窗现有技术及在本人两项专利的基础上进一步改进,提出一种构造更灵巧、简洁、稳定性、安全性、密封性更好、造型更美观,制作、安装、使用更方便的新式改进型推拉平开多功能组合窗。并且提出了一种铝塑合成型材组合构造,使本实用新型的新式改进型推拉平开多功能组合窗的隔音、隔热保温性能更佳、造价亦较经济,达到良好的节能、环保效果。
本实用新型主要由窗框、窗扇、上、下定位轴、上、下滑动方管、可调三轴滚轮、上、下定位销、拉杆、曲形斜撑、窗锁、托块、定位旋钮及纱窗组成。当安装在窗扇上的定位轴、定位销都在窗框的上横框料和下横框料的凹槽直线上时;实现窗扇推拉功能;当扳锁开关使定位销脱离窗框上、下横框料凹槽时,由于窗扇可绕定位轴外旋转,实现窗扇平开功能;当窗扇平开时由曲形斜撑展开实现窗扇外旋转180°范围内的任意角度开启功能,并可通过角旋钮固定在任意角度,以达到导风入室功能;当窗扇全关闭时山上、下定位销的销插头自动弹入凹槽端的销锁孔实现自锁功能;当窗扇在平开状态时可水平移动,也可向外左右旋转180°。
本实用新型在使用的功能上实现可推拉可平开;可在窗洞面积范围内任随意调整窗户开启面积,亦可随意调整窗扇的开启角度,达到随意调节室内进风量和进风方向的目的;窗扇可外开旋转180°,具有自由导风功能,具有在室内清洗窗扇两面的优点,理想地解决了中、高层建筑室外清洗窗扇不安全的问题;同时在刮强风时定位销可使窗扇缓冲自动入凹槽,防止窗扇玻璃摔坏。窗扇全关闭时,窗扇上、下定位销自锁,防盗更安全,密封性更好。在窗内侧可安装各种类型纱窗以防蚊虫。在寒冷地区采用铝塑合成型材隔音隔热保温效果更佳。

本实用新型由窗框1、窗扇2、定位轴10、定位销11、窗锁32、上滑动方管21、下滑动方管22,可调三轴滚轮23、曲形斜撑12、拉杆9、定位旋钮14、纱窗39等主要部份组成。(参见图1、图2、图5)各部份构造组成和连接是:(参见图1)窗框1由上横框料3、下横框料4、左竖框料5、右竖框料6专用型材制作后安装在建筑窗洞上;窗扇2由上、下冒头7、轴边挺8、销边挺9、玻璃13构成通过定位轴10、轴套38、上滑动方管21、下滑动方管22、可调三轴滚轮23组装连接后安装在窗框1的上横框料3、下横框料4的凹槽16里(参见图5、图6);可调三轴滚轮23由3个滚轮26、滚轮支架25、调节螺栓24组成后安装在上滑动方管21、下滑动方管22的两端,可沿上横框料3、下横框料4水平滑动,且滚轮26垂直间距可通过调节螺栓24调节(参见图4、图5、图6);定位轴10锚固定在上滑动方管21、下滑动方管22上,拉杆19一端与上定位轴10连接,另一端与窗扇2的销边挺9连接(参见图5),确保窗扇2平开时不会下坠;当窗扇2为推拉状态时固定在下冒头7的

型托块15支承在下滑动方管22上,使之推拉轻松自如;当窗扇2为平开状态需固定在某一位置时钮紧定位旋钮14即可;曲形斜撑12由曲杆27、斜杆28、滑块29、滑轨30、角旋钮31组成(参见图7)。曲杆27一端通过滑块29装在滑轨30上,滑轨30固定在窗扇2的下冒头7上,另一端装在另一根滑轨30上,然后再将滑轨30固定在下滑动方管22上,斜杆28一端与曲杆27连接,另一端通过滑块29与滑轨30连接。当窗扇2平开时滑块29可沿两根滑轨30水平移动,并由于曲杆27中间弯曲而使窗扇2可外开启180°。窗扇2需要固定在某一角度时可钮紧角旋钮31即可(参见图7);定位销11由销插头20、窗锁32、钢丝33、弹簧34、定位销座35、销插孔36、销开关37组成后暗装在销边挺9内。通过扳动销开关37使钢丝33拉动销插头20沿定位销座35上下运动,使窗扇2平开或关闭。同时弹簧34起到使销插头20沿着上横框料3、下横框料4的斜面自动弹入凹槽16和端头销插孔36实现自动关闭或自锁(参见图9、图10)。当需要时可在纱窗槽40上安装纱窗39。
同时有的地区需要考虑隔热保温时,本实用新型提供一种铝塑合成型材组合构造(参见图11、图12、图13、图14)。利用铝合金强度高和金属质感好、无老化等优点作为合成型材外侧承载结构;利用PVC塑料导热系数小,隔热保温性能及外观颜色可选性好的优点作为内衬面料,避免日晒雨淋。这样,既克服了铝型材的保温性能差的缺点,也克服了PVC塑料强度低耐侯性差的不足。综合利用两者的优点合成一种强度高、观感美、隔热保温性能好的节能型材。两者的合成是通过穿条机将PVC塑料型材(43)、(44)、(47)、(48)分别插入铝合金横框料(41)、竖框料(42)和窗扇上、下冒头(45)、边挺(46)型材后利用滚压设备将两者压紧而成。由于PVC塑料型材(43)、(44)、(47)、(48)采用了“

”形状应变构造,避免PVC塑料温度变形造成开裂,上面采用嵌入式连接,确保接缝的密缝性,所以本实用新型铝塑合成型材构造连接牢固可靠,加工工艺简单。
本实用新型的各种功能是这样实现的:当安装在窗扇2轴边挺8内的定位轴10、销边挺9内的定位销11的销插头20都在窗框1的上横框料3和下横框料4的凹槽16上时,窗扇2可通过安装在上滑动方管21、下滑动方管22的可调三轴滚轮23沿窗框1的上横框料3和下横框4的凹槽16内三轨道水平推拉即为推拉状态;当定位销11的销插头20通过人为扳开锁开关37后脱离上横框料3和下横框料4中的凹槽16时可将窗扇2外推开,由装在窗扇2两端的铰臂17绕定位轴10转动和曲形斜撑12随意展开作用转换为平开状态。窗扇2且可水平移动和向外左右旋转180°,调节室内进风量和进风方向及实现室内两面清洗窗扇2的功能,并通过定位旋钮14和角旋钮31的可紧固作用,可使窗扇2固定在某一位置和某一角度,犹如风帆,导风入室;如需将窗扇2转换为推拉状态时只需将窗扇2轻轻向内拉动,销插头20便自动沿上横框料3和下横框料4的斜面弹入凹槽16内即可;要关闭窗扇2时,将外窗扇2推至窗框1右端,内窗扇2推至窗框1左端。窗扇2销边挺9上、下定位销11的销插头20自动弹入上横框料3和下横框料4的凹槽16端头的销插孔36中实现安全自锁功能。
本实用新型部分技术改进措施:(1)为了保证窗扇2在平开状态时的平面刚度更好,将定位轴10用锚钉锚固在上滑动方管21和下滑动方管22上,确保两者正交和角刚度不变。同时在上滑动方管22的定位轴10发一根拉杆19与窗扇2销边挺9斜拉结,确保窗扇2平开时不下坠;(2)为了窗扇2沿上横框料3和下横框料4的凹槽16中行走平行,采用三轴轨道和可调三轴滚轮23形式。通过调节滚轮26垂直间距,使上滑动方管21与下滑动方管22沿三轨道平稳滑动;(3)为了使窗扇2推拉更轻松,在窗扇2下冒头7安装了

型托块15,使窗扇2在推拉状态时有两个支承点。推拉顺畅;(4)为了使窗扇2平开时随意调节外开角度和定位,在曲形斜撑12的滑块29上安装了角旋钮31和在下滑动方管22上安装了定位旋钮14;(5)在下横框料两端开小孔,以便排水且不影响美观。(6)为了适应有隔热保温要求的地区,设计了铝塑合成型材断面及合成做法构造。另外,窗框(1)由

1、一种新式改进型推拉平开多功能组合窗,主要由窗框(1)、窗扇(2)组成。组合方式是窗扇(2)在轴边挺(8)一端上、下安装的定位轴(10)锚固在上滑动方管(21)和下滑动方管(22)上,上滑动方管(21)、下滑动方管(22)两端安装了可调三轴滚轮(23)后装配在窗框(1)的三轨台阶形的上横框料(3)和下横框料(4)的凹槽(16)内,在上定位轴(10)安装了拉杆(19),在窗扇(2)的销边挺(9)内上、下暗装了定位销(11),下滑动方管(22)安装了曲形斜撑(12)和定位旋钮(14)、角旋钮(31),下冒头安装了托块(15)。同时,窗框(1)可用铝合金型材上横框料(3)、下横框料(4)和左竖框料(5)、右竖框料(6)组成。也可用铝型材(41)与(42)和PVC塑料型材(43)与(44)合成型材组成;窗扇(2)可用铝合金型材上、下冒头(7)、轴边挺(8)和销边挺(9)组成,也可用铝型材(45)与(46)和PVC塑料型材(47)与(48)、(49)、(50)合成型材组成。
