  • Une étape finale de fixation de la porte dans une position terminale de réglage par resserrage des vis de fixation.

Plus précisément, l'excentrique 24 présente un corps central 27 cylindrique, bordé d'un côté par un disque cylindrique 28 de diamètre élargi par rapport à celui dudit corps 27, et bordé de l'autre côté par un bourrelet 29 cylindrique de diamètre élargi par rapport à celui dudit corps 27. Le corps cylindrique 37 de la pièce de maintien 35 vient coiffer le bourrelet 29 et le corps secondaire 30 de l'excentrique 24 saillant à l'intérieur de l'embase 7, tandis que le pion 39 de ladite pièce de maintien 35 est inséré dans l'orifice 40 par la surface intérieure 18 de l'embase 7. Une extrémité annulaire du corps cylindrique 37 de la pièce de maintien 35 vient se loger entre la surface intérieure 18 de l'embase 7 et le bourrelet 29 de l'excentrique 24. Autrement dit, la pièce de maintien 35 est assemblée à l'embase 7 par l'intermédiaire de l'excentrique 24 sur lequel la pièce de maintien 35 est clippée et retenue axialement. Le corps cylindrique 37 de la pièce de maintien 35 est délimité par une face circulaire plane 41 dotée d'une ouverture centrale 42, ladite ouverture 42 prolongeant le canal interne 34 de l'excentrique 24 lorsque la pièce de maintien 35 est fixée à l'embase 7. Le bras radial 38 muni du pion 39 permet de monter l'excentrique 24 toujours dans la même position dans l'embase 7 du chariot 3.   • Une étape d'insertion d'un outil pouvant par exemple être une clé, dans l'ouverture 42 de la pièce de maintien 35 puis dans le canal interne 34 de l'excentrique 24 jusqu'à atteindre le fond pointu dudit canal interne 34 de l'excentrique 24,
  • Une étape de mise en rotation manuel de l'outil entrainant concomitamment une rupture du bras 38 sécable et une mise en rotation simultanée de l'excentrique 24 par rapport au chariot 3, entrainant un coulissement horizontal dudit chariot 3 le long du caisson 4 suivant un axe longitudinal du véhicule.

Claims (10)

  1. Vehicle sliding door (1) comprising a casing (4) and a carriage (3) on which are mounted means (10, 12, 13, 43) for guiding said door (1), the carriage (3) having an outer surface (17) that is intended to come into contact with a surface of the casing (4) before being fastened to said casing (4), characterized in that the carriage (3) comprises an eccentric (24) provided with a finger (33) that protrudes from the outer surface (17) and is intended to be inserted into a vertical buttonhole (50) of the casing (4), and in that the position of the carriage (3) on the casing (4) is adjusted by rotating the eccentric (24) relative to the carriage (3), causing a horizontal translational movement of said carriage (3) along the casing (4) along a longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
  2. Sliding door according to Claim 1, characterized in that the carriage (3) has an inner surface (18) that is substantially parallel to the outer surface (17), and in that the rotation of the eccentric (24) is performed on the side of said inner surface (18).
  3. Sliding door according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the eccentric (24) has an impression (34) intended to receive a tool, and in that the rotation of the eccentric (24) is brought about by a rotation of the tool placed in the impression (34).
  4. Sliding door according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the eccentric (24) has a cylindrical body (27) of which one end is terminated by a flat enlarged head (28) from which the finger (33) protrudes along an axis parallel to the axis of revolution of said cylindrical body (27), and in that said finger (33) is installed on said head (28) in an eccentric manner.
  5. Sliding door according to Claim 4, characterized in that the cylindrical body (27) is bordered by an enlarged bulge (29), and in that the eccentric (24) is inserted into the carriage (3) such that the enlarged head (28) and the bulge (29) are located on either side of the carriage (3).
  6. Sliding door according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the eccentric (24) is fastened to the carriage (3) by way of a holding piece (35) that at least partially caps said eccentric (24) and axially holds the latter by clip-fastening.
  7. Sliding door according to Claim 6, characterized in that the holding piece (35) comprises a breakable arm (38) terminated by an indexing peg (39) that is intended to be inserted into an orifice (40) of the carriage (3).
  8. Sliding door according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the carriage (3) comprises two horizontally aligned pegs (22), and in that the casing (4) comprises two horizontal buttonholes (23) in which said two pegs (22) are intended to be placed in order to prevent the rotation of the carriage (3) during manipulation of the eccentric (24) in rotation and which allow longitudinal guiding.
  9. Sliding door according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the carriage (3) is fastened to the casing (4) of the door (1) by means of three screws (21) that are uniformly distributed on said carriage (3).
  10. Method for adjusting a carriage (3) on a casing (4) of a sliding door (1) in accordance with any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
    - a step of loosening the screws (21) for fastening the carriage (3) to the casing (4), without modifying the initial setting thereof,
    - a step of inserting a tool into the eccentric (24), in order to bring about the rotation of said eccentric (24) relative to the carriage (3),
    - a step of rotating the eccentric (24) by means of the tool generating horizontal sliding of the carriage (3) along the casing (4) along a longitudinal axis of the vehicle,
    - a step of finely adjusting the position of the carriage (3) along the casing (4) by means of small alterations with the tool, and
    - a final step of fastening the door in a terminal adjustment position by retightening the fastening screws (21).
