- anchored fastening devices which at their upper free end then the pile or carry post-shaped object.
- the one that can be anchored in the ground Fastening device includes, for example Snail or screw corkscrewing in the ground is screwed in, after which the post or post screwed to this fastening device or in this is inserted.
- DE-GM 93 13 260 proposes an adjustment or setting device between one that can be anchored in the ground Fastening device, for example a floor. screw, and the stake or post-shaped object.
- DE-GM 93 13 260 includes this setting device essentially a cylindrical elongated holding mandrel, from the free top of the fastener protrudes upwards and into a mounting hole on the underside of the pile or post-shaped object is insertable.
- this setting device essentially a cylindrical elongated holding mandrel, from the free top of the fastener protrudes upwards and into a mounting hole on the underside of the pile or post-shaped object is insertable.
- the axial length of the holding mandrel and the depth of the location hole chosen so that the former is slightly longer than the latter is deep, so that when plugging the pile or post-shaped Object on the mandrel whose free end sits on the bottom of the mounting hole.
- the stake or Post-shaped object is now - if necessary under Using a plumb line or a spirit level - exactly vertically aligned, then one or more Blows applied to the top of the item be so that the free end of the holding mandrel in the Digs the bottom of the blind hole and so the object opposite the fastening device in its exactly vertical Alignment is fixed.
- DE-GM 93 13 260 The subject of DE-GM 93 13 260 has been in practice well proven; however, he is still liable for the lack of detail at that due to the tight, positive grip of the tenon through the material of the pile or The post shoe itself posts exactly vertically in the ground must be anchored to a vertical stand of this post or stake.
- DE-GM 93 13 260 proposes DE-GM 93 13 260 in other forms Adjustment devices between post and fastening device in front of, even when crooked or sloping in the ground seated fastening device the post exactly vertical to be able to align, these are adjustment devices however quite complex and therefore expensive.
- a device is in shape a post shoe for wooden structures and here in particular of wooden structures for play structures.
- This known device comprises a bottom side Fastening device in the form of in the ground or in a foundation anchored anchoring part and one arranged thereon, form-fitting with the post or post engaging support member.
- the support part is designed as a vertically extending pin, the one in a recess at the bottom of the post is held so that the post circumferentially the pin narrow, d. H. practically form-fitting.
- a contact surface or support plate is also provided for the mullion, from the level of which the tenon comes from protrudes at the top and on the bottom of the post seated.
- the support plate still has a circumferential one Sprocket, which is in the face by applying impact digs into the top of the post and one Offers fixation in the transverse direction.
- a transverse pin is provided, which is both the material of the post and that Material of the peg penetrated horizontally.
- a device for the vertical arrangement of a pile or post-shaped object on a bottom side Fastening device according to the preamble of the claim 1 has become known from PCT / EP96 / 03704.
- This generic Device essentially consists of a essentially cylindrical, elongated holding mandrel, from the free top of the fastener protrudes upwards and into a mounting hole the underside of the pile or post-shaped object is insertable; and one from the fastener separate, on the lower end face of the pile or post-shaped object attachable support plate, of which projects upwards from at least one fastening projection, which is in the material of the pile or post-shaped Presses object, the support plate central, at least partially to the cross section of the holding mandrel has adapted opening, the holding mandrel is much thinner than the mounting hole on the bottom of the pile or post-shaped object.
- the present invention Task made a device for vertical arrangement of a pile or post-shaped object on a bottom side
- To create fastening device at the the connection between the actual fastening device and the pile or post-shaped object is so stable that even larger on the pile or Post-shaped object forces reliably can be added without the connection between Fastening device and object loosened or loosened becomes.
- the clamping section in the form of the sleeve increases the contact surface between mandrel and support plate opposite one support plate provided without a clamping section, so that much greater holding forces can be achieved which also opposite the pile or post-shaped object hold high acting forces safely. Since continue the clamping section with its outer circumference to the peripheral wall the receiving bore can be at least partially drilled, there is an even better absorption and introduction of force by the pile or post-shaped object on the support plate in the fastening device.
- the holding mandrel and the opening preferably have each round cross-section. This makes it possible the pile opposite the holding mandrel and thus the fastening device to rotate arbitrarily, so that for example any radially protruding from the pile Components brought into the desired orientation can be.
- the holding mandrel preferably tapers from the starting surface of the fastening device conical at its free end. This will give you the opportunity created that between mandrel and clamping section a particularly firm circumferential form and / or non-positive system results.
- the clamping section is in the form of a peripheral sleeve slotted at least once in the axial direction trained, takes place through the tapered downward widening mandrel in the course of its penetration into the Sleeve an even better radial expansion of this sleeve, so that these are on the inner peripheral wall of the receiving bore can apply under force or pressure.
- the sleeve in the axial direction is particularly preferred slotted several times equidistantly so that a plurality protruding from the support plate, the central opening comprehensive tongues is formed.
- these tongues become evenly radial widened or pressed outward so that a intimate and resilient connection between pile or post-shaped object, support plate and holding mandrel or Fastening device results.
- fastening projections are preferred in Form of tapered tips, so that they easily dig into the material of the object can.
- fastening projections evenly distributed on at least one circle concentric to the breakthrough distributed, in particular by being radial expanding sleeve arising in the subject external forces absorbed by the fastening projections, so that there is a risk of tearing or splitting of the lower end of the item significantly reduced is.
- FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention for vertical arrangement of a pile or post-shaped Item (hereinafter referred to as "post") on a floor-side fastening device.
- Fig. 1 is an embodiment of an inventive Device 2 shown, which for vertical arrangement a post 4 on one, for example in the ground anchorable fastening device 6 is used.
- the fastening device 6 can be buried in the ground, for example or be concreted or preferably corkscrew-like be screwed into the ground.
- a special one preferred embodiment of the fastening device 6 is described in DE-GM 93 13 258 by the same applicant. The disclosure content there is hereby fully referenced.
- FIG Device 2 has this at the upper free end of the fastening device 6 a recessed area or Paragraph 8 on the center of a tubular mandrel 10th wearing.
- the outside diameter of the holding mandrel 10 significantly smaller than the inside diameter of a or blind bore 12 which at the lower free end of the Post 4 is formed.
- the depth of the bore 12 is here preferably less than the height of the holding mandrel 10.
- a support plate 16 can be arranged.
- the support plate is in shape and area preferably adapted to the shape and surface of the end face 14, generally circular, as shown in FIG. 2.
- From the top of the support plate 16 point in the direction the end face 14 at least one, preferably a plurality of fastening projections 18 from up.
- a plurality of serrated, prong or thorn-shaped Fastening projections 18 themselves from the support plate 16 extend upwards, these fastening projections 2 preferably on one or more concentric circles 20 and 22 lying equidistant are arranged to each other.
- the support plate 16 has a central opening 24 on which is formed in the support plate 16 so that it after the attachment of the support plate 16 to the End face 14 with the bore 12 in the lower end section of the post 4 is substantially aligned.
- the middle is Opening 24 in the support plate 16 by a clamping section 26 surrounded.
- FIG Representation in the drawing essentially the shape of a Sleeve 28, which in the axial direction, but preferably is divided several times by slots 30 so that the Sleeve 28 in a plurality depending on the number of slots 30 is divided by tongues 32.
- four slots 30 are provided, which are mutually are evenly spaced circumferentially by 90 °, so that four tongues 32 are formed.
- the inside diameter the sleeve 28 corresponds essentially to the inner diameter the opening 24.
- the post 4 is attached to the device 2 such that first the fastening device 6 in Soil is anchored, for example by screwing or concreting.
- the support plate 16 is placed on the lower or face 14 of the post 4 set and with the Front 14 connected.
- the support plate 16 the fastening projections 18 are provided, which are in bury the material of the post 4 when on the support plate 16 one or more hammer blows are applied.
- the post 1 After attaching the support plate 16, the post 1 from above onto the fastening device 6 placed. Then the post 4 - preferably with the help a plumb bob or spirit level - like that tilted that any misalignment of the fastening device 6 are balanced and the post 4 exactly stands vertically.
- This tilting of the post 4 opposite the fastening device 6 is made possible in that the outer diameter of the holding mandrel 10 is significantly smaller than the inner diameter of the bore 12 so that the mandrel 10th run obliquely or obliquely inside the bore 12 can.
- the position of the post 4 relative to the fastening device 6 can due to the high, through the radial Widening of the sleeve 28 generated clamping forces between Sleeve 28 and post 4 considered as practically immovable become.
- This can be strengthened and / or positive connection of the sleeve 28 with the Holding mandrel 10 or the support plate 16 in that the holding mandrel 10 also the opening 24 non-positively and / or positively passes through by the maximally effective Outside diameter of the holding mandrel 10 made slightly larger than the inside diameter of the opening 24.
- the cross section of the opening 24 is in the essentially according to the cross section of the holding mandrel 10. Das means that when the mandrel 10 is tubular with circular Cross section is, the opening 24 also preferably has a round cross section, as shown in FIG. 2. However, the opening 24 can also be square or have a polygonal cross-section.
- a polygonal, i.e. polygonal cross section of the opening 24 can also with a round cross section of the holding mandrel 10 can be used.
