Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von gestapeltem, blattförmigem Gut, mit einem Tisch zur Aufnahme des Gutes, wobei ein hinteres Tischteil das zu schneidende Gut und ein vorderes Tischteil das geschnittene Gut aufnimmt, ferner mit einer im Bereich des hinteren Tischteiles angeordneten Vorschubeinrichtung für das Gut, einem Seitenanschlag für das Gut, sowie einem oberhalb des Tisches angeordneten Portalrahmen, der ein Messer zum Schneiden des Gutes, einen auf das zu schneidende Gut absenkbaren Preßbalken und auf der dem vorderen Tischteil zugewandten Seite ein Bedienfeld und ein Anzeigefeld aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des hinteren Tischteiles (9) mindestens eine Überwachungskamera (22) zur Überwachung der Anlage des Schneidgutes im Bereich der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) und/oder des Seitenanschlages (12) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Life-Bild (26) der Kamera (22) im Anzeigefeld (17) einblendbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeigefeld ein Display (17) aufweist, in das das Life-Bild (26) der Kamera (22) einblendbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß grafische Anzeigen (27) im Display (17) während des Einblendens des Life-Bildes (26) teilweise oder ganz durch das Life-Bild (26) ersetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Life-Bild (26) nur während des Ausrichtens des Gutes (8) an der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) und/oder dem Seitenanschlag (12) eingeblendet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Life-Bild (26) nur bei einer Fehlausrichtung des Gutes (8) an der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) und/oder dem Seitenanschlag (12) eingeblendet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittauslösung des Messers (6) bei einer Fehlausrichtung des Gutes (8) an der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) und/oder dem Seitenanschlag (12) unwirksam ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Breite des hinteren Tischteiles (9) mehrere Überwachungskameras (22) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überwachungskamera bzw. die Überwachungskameras (22) das hintere Tischteil (9) von oben und/oder von der Seite überwacht bzw. überwachen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überwachungskamera bzw. die Überwachungskameras (22) von hinten den zwischen der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) und einem Seitenanschlag (12) gebildeten Spalt (33) überwachen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Überwachungskamera (22) relativ zum hinteren Tischteil (9) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Überwachungskamera (22) an der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) montiert und zusammen mit dieser verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Überwachungskamera (22) schwenkbar ist, insbesondere zwischen einer Aufnahmerichtung von oben und von hinten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Überwachungskamera (22) mit einer Optik ausgestattet ist, deren Brennweite veränderlich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überwachungskamera (22) mit einer Einrichtung zur Bildverarbeitung gekoppelt ist, mittels der die Anlage des Gutes (8) an der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) und/oder dem Seitenanschlag (12) ermittelbar ist.
