Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Walzen und/oder Rollen in Bandgießanlagen, Walzwerken und/oder Bandprozeßlinien, insbesondere Dressierwerken oder dergleichen Nachwalzwerken, zur Erzeugung und/oder Behandlung von Merallbändern, wonach die Walzen und/oder Rollen jeweils mittels zumindest einer Reinigungsdüse mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit beaufschlagt werden und die Reinigungsdüse entlang der betreffenden Walze oder Rolle hin- und herverfahren wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Reinigungsdüse und dem Walzenmantel oder Rollenmantel der betreffenden Walze oder Rolle auf ein jeweils vorgegebenes Maß eingestellt oder geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traversiergeschwindigkeit der hin- und herbewegten Reinigungsdüse in Abhängigkeit von der Bandgeschwindigkeit und/oder des Bandmaterials und/oder der Bandoberfläche eingestellt oder geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen dem Walzenmantel oder Rollenmantel durch Nachfahren der Reinigungsdüse konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen dem Walzenmantel oder Rollenmantel und der Reinigungsdüse kleiner als 100 mm gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das betreffende Metallband vor Walzen- oder Rollenkontaktierung auf seiner Oberseite und/oder Unterseite mittels einer oder mehrerer Reinigungsdüsen mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit beaufschlagt und hydromechanisch gereinigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das betreffende Metallband beim Überlaufen einer Rolle mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit einem Flüssigkeitsdruck von mindestens 100 bar gereinigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Reinigungsflüssigkeit entsalztes bzw. salzfreies Wasser verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsflüssigkeit korrosionshemmende Zusätze beigegeben werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit Walzen und/oder Rollen zum Erzeugen und/oder Behandeln eines Metallbandes und zumindest jeweils einer den betreffenden Walzen oder Rollen zugeordneten Reinigungsdüse, wobei die Reinigungsdüse entlang der betreffenden Walze oder Rolle traversiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsdüse (2) an der Kolbenstange (6) einer steuerbaren oder regelbaren Zylinderkolbenanordnung (7) befestigt ist (oder umgekehrt), welche auf die zu reinigende Walze (1) oder Rolle gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsdüse (2) als Rotationsdüse ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkolbenanordnung (7) als Pneumatikzylinder oder Hydraulikzylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spritzwinkel zwischen der betreffenden Walze (1) oder Rolle und der Reinigungsdüse (2) einstellbar, z. B. zwischen 60° und 120° einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel der jeweiligen Zylinderkolbenanordnung (7) mit der Reinigungsdüse (2) gegenüber der betreffenden Walze (1) oder Rolle einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Reinigungsdüsen (2) über die Ballenlänge der betreffenden Walzen (1) oder Rollen traversierend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine oder mehrere Reinigungsdüsen (2) oberhalb und/oder unterhalb des betreffenden Metallbandes (M) angeordnet und mit einstellbaren Spritzwinkeln gegen das Metallband (M) gerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsdüse (n) (2) auf das eine Rolle überlaufende Metallband (M) gerichtet sind.
