Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A LIMPEZA DE CILINDROS E/OU ROLOS EM INSTALAçõES DE FUNDIçãO DE TIRAS, EM LAMINADORES E/OU EM LINHAS DE PROCESSAMENTO DE TIRAS, ESPECIALMENTE EM LAMINADORES DE ACABAMENTO OU EM TRENS DE ACABAMENTO SEMELHANTES"<D>. Trata-se de um processo para a limpeza de cilindros em laminadores de acabamento em virtude de processamento de tiras de metal de acordo com o qual os cilindros são solicitados, em cada caso, por meio de um bocal de limpeza com líquido de limpeza e de acordo com o qual o bocal de limpeza exerce um movimento transversal por sobre o cilindro. A distância entre o bocal de limpeza e a blindagem do cilindro pode ser ajustada e regulada a uma medida predeterminada. Além disso, a velocidade de atravessamento pode ser ajustada ou regulada em função da velocidade de tira e/ou do material de tira e/ou da superfície de tira.
