Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Auflösen verfestigter Anhäufungen eines pulverförmigen oder körnigen Schüttgutes in einem Behälter, insbesondere für einen in Richtung einer Austragsöffnung (18';118';218') konisch verjüngend ausgebildeten Behälter (10;110;210), bei welchem das Schüttgut von mindestens einem damit in Eingriff bringbaren und um die Behälterlängsachse (Y) drehbar angetriebenen Förderelement der verschliessbaren Austragsöffnung zugeführt und bei Bedarf ausgetragen wird, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere im Innenraum des Behälters (10;110;210) in Umfangsrichtung im Abstand zueinander sowie in Längsrichtung der Behälterinnenwand orientierte Abtragelemente (14;114;214), welche jeweils mit dem einen ersten Ende oberhalb der Austragsöffnung (18';118';218') an der Behälterinnenwand befestigt und mit dem anderen zweiten Ende mit einem um die vertikale Behälterachse (Y) hin und her angetriebenen Schwenkglied (25;125;225) derart wirkverbunden sind, dass infolge der relativ zu der Behälterinnenwand orientierten Bewegungen des Schwenkgliedes (25;125;225) die Schüttgutanhäufung durch eine von den einzelnen Abtragelementen (14;114;214) bewirkte Reib-, Kratz- oder Schürfwirkung für den Austrag zerkleinert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Innenraum des Behälters (10;110;210) gebildete Schüttgutanhäufung durch ein Vielzahl netzförmig miteinander verbundene und jeweils mit dem einen ersten Ende an der Behälterinnenwand befestigte und mit dem anderen zweiten Ende mit dem um die vertikale Behälterachse (Y) hin und her angetriebenen Schwenkglied (25;125;225) wirkverbundene Abtragelemente (14;114;214) für den Austrag zerkleinert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit den einzelnen in Längsrichtung der Behälterinnenwand orientierten und daran befestigten Abtragelementen (14;114;214) wirkverbundene Schwenkglied (25;125;225) um die vertikale Behälterachse (Y) hin und her sowie oszillierend angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Auflösen in einem Behälter verfestigter Anhäufungen eines pulverförmigen oder körnigen Schüttgutes, insbesondere für einen in Richtung einer Austragsöffnung mit konisch verjüngend ausgebildetem Teilstück versehenen Behälter (10;110;210), bei welchem das Schüttgut von mindestens einem damit in Eingriff bringbaren und um die Behälterlängsachse (Y) drehbar angetriebenen Förderelement einer der Austragsöffnung (18';118';218') zugeordneten Verschlussvorrichtung (50) zuführbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch ein im konischen Teilstück (15;115;215) des Behälters (10;110;210) angeordnetes Schwenkglied (25;25';125;225) sowie mehrere entlang der Behälterinnenwand orientierte Abtragelemente (14;114; 214), welche in Umfangsrichtung verteilt zueinander mit dem einen Ende an dem Schwenkglied (25;25';125;225) und mit dem anderen Ende an der Behälterinnenwand befestigt sind, wobei das über eine die Verschlussvorrichtung (50) durchdringende Welle (30;130,130';230) mit mindestens einem Antriebsaggregat (70;170,170;270) wirkverbundene Schwenkglied zur Erreichung einer von den einzelnen Abtragelementen bewirkten Reib-, Kratz- oder Schürfwirkung um die Behälterlängsachse (Y) relativ zu der Behälterinnenwand hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkglied (25;125;225) etwa korbförmig und analog dem konischen Teilstück (15;115;215) des Behälters (10:110: 210) ausgebildet ist und einen ersten Ring (26;226), einen in axialer Richtung durch Stege (28,28',29,29':228,228',229, 229') im Abstand dazu angeordneten zweiten Ring (27;227) sowie die koaxial zwischen den beiden Ringen (26,27;226,227) angeordnete und befestigte Welle (30;130;230) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Stege (28,28',29,29';228,228',229, 229') unter einem dem Neigungswinkel (α) des konischen Teilstücks (15;115;215) analog ausgebildeten Neigungswinkel (α') zwischen den beiden im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Ringen (26,27;226,227) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (30;130;230) mittels daran sowie an den beiden im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Ringen (26,27;226,227) befestigter Streben (31,31',32,32';131,131',232,232') koaxial in dem Schwenkglied (25; 125;225) angeordnet und damit wirkverbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Schwenkglied (25';125';225') ein in Richtung der Materialzufuhr kegelförmig ausgebildeter Entlastungskörper (23) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit dem einen Ende an dem Schwenkglied (25;125;225) verteilt zueinander angeordneten Abtragelemente (14;114;214) jeweils mit dem anderen Ende über ein Federelement (13;35) an einer an der Behälterinnenwand befestigten Halterung (12;40) angeordnet und gehalten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen zusammen mit dem Schwenkglied (25;125;225) um die vertikale Behälterachse (Y) hin und her bewegbaren Abtragelemente (14;114;214) mittels dieselben miteinander verbindender und etwa quer zur vertikalen Behälterachse (Y) orientierter Zwischenglieder (14') als eine die Mantelfläche der Behälterinnenwand etwa netzförmig bedeckende Abtragsvorrichtung (20;120;220) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den einzelnen Abtragelementen (14;114;214) jeweils mehrere in Längsrichtung derselben beabstandete und zur Erreichung der Reib-, Kratz- oder Schürfwirkung mit seitlich abstehenden Vorsprüngen (19',19") versehene Klemmelemente (19) angeordnet und befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Abtragelemente (14;114;214) aus flexiblem und hinsichtlich der Länge dehnbarem sowie infolge der eigenen Elastizität wieder zurückführbarem Drahtseil hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (50) zwei gegeneinander in dieselbe einschiebbare und jeweils mit einer ersten und einer zweiten halbkreisförmig ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (52,52'; 58',58") versehene Absperrelemente (55,55';60,60') umfasst, welche in eingeschobenem Zustand entweder mittels der beiden ersten Ausnehmungen (52,52') abdichtend an der Welle (30;130';230) des Schwenkgliedes (25;125;225) anliegen oder mittels der beiden zweiten Ausnehmungen (58',58") korrespondierend zu einer mit der Austrittsöffnung (18';118';218') des Behälters (10;110;210) in Verbindung stehenden Durchtrittsöffnung (48) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein an der Verschlussvorrichtung (50) angeordnetes Austragsgehäuse (65) für die Lagerung des Antriebsaggregates (70), welches über ein Kupplungsstück (75) mit der Welle (30) des um die vertikale Achse (Y) hin und her bewegbaren Schwenkgliedes (25) wirkverbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkglied (125) zusammen mit den einzelnen Abtragelementen (114) von einem oben an dem Behälter (110) und/oder unten an dem Austragsgehäuse (65) angeordneten und jeweils mit der Welle (130,130') in Wirkverbindung stehenden Antriebsaggregat (170,170') hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen unterhalb des Schwenkgliedes (225) mit der Welle (230) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Steuerring (235), welcher über einen daran befestigten und mit dem Kolben (261) eines Zylinders (260) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Schwenkhebel (235) zusammen mit dem Schwenkglied (225) um die vertikale Behälterachse (Y) hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerring (235) am äusseren Umfang eine Verzahnung, vorzugsweise eine segmentförmige Aussenverzahnung aufweist und an dem Kolben (261) des Zylinders (260) eine mit der Verzahnung tangential in Eingriff stehende Zahnstange vorgesehen ist, mittels welcher das Schwenkglied (225) um die vertikale Behälterachse (Y) hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 16 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerring (235) zwischen zwei analog ausgebildeten und mit am äusseren Umfang im Abstand und korrespondierend zueinander angeordneten und jeweils durch Schraubbolzen (243) miteinander verbundene Laschen (244,244', 244";249,249',249") versehenen Ringkörpern (245,248) angeordnet ist, wobei der koaxial zu den beiden Ringkörpern (245, 248) angeordnete Steuerring (235) relativ zu den Ringkörpern (245,248) um die gemeinsame vertikale Achse (Y) der Welle (230) und des Behälters (210) hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den einzelnen Laschen (244,244',244";249,249', 249") der beiden Ringkörper (245,248) ein an dem Schraubbolzen (243) gelagerter Gleitkörper (246) angeordnet ist, mittels welchem der um die vertikale Achse (Y) relativ zu den beiden Ringkörpern (245,248) hin und her bewegbare Steuerring (235) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den einander zugewandten Gleitflächen der beiden Ringkörper (245,248) und des Steuerrings (235) jeweils eine analog ausgebildete kreisringförmige Dichtung (245',248') angeordnet ist.
