Claims (11)
- Dosiervorrichtung für Schüttgüter mit einem oben offenen, trichterförmigen Schüttgutbehälter (1), mit am Auslassende (7) angeordneten, beweglichen Verschlussorganen, die als Kugelkalotten-Hälften (3, 4) ausgebildet sind, die um eine oberhalb des Auslassendes befindliche Drehachse (8) schwenkbar gehalten sind, wobei Antriebsmittel (10, 12, 14, 18, 19, 22, 23) vorhanden sind zur Verschwenkung der Kugelkalotten-Hälften (3, 4) zwischen ihrer Oeffnungs- und Schliesslage, gekennzeichnet durch ein im Behälterinnern drehbar angeordneten Abstreif- und Auflockerungsorgan (30, 72), wobei sich der unterste Teil (31) des Abstreif- und Auflockerungsorganes (30, 72) bis in den Bereich der untersten, zentralen Auslassöffnung der Kugelkalotten-Hälften (3, 4) erstreckt.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gemeinsame gegensinnige Verschwenkung der Kugelkalotten-Hälften (3, 4) durch Arme (5, 6) erfolgt, die von der Drehachse (8) abragen und mit einem Gestänge (22, 23) zusammenwirken, das über Zwischenglieder (18, 19) mit einem vertikalen Huborgan (14) zusammenwirkt.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Armen (5, 6) angreifende Federmittel (25, 26) vorhanden sind, welche bestrebt sind, die Kugelkalotten-Hälften (3, 4) in die Schliesslage zu bewegen.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an das vertikal bewegliche Huborgan (14) anschliessenden Zwischenglieder bzw. Gelenkarme (18, 19) im geschlossenen Zustand der Kugelkalotten-Hälften (3, 4) zueinander einen spitzen Winkel bilden.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb des Abstreif- und Auflockerungsorganes (30) durch einen sich ausserhalb der Behälterwand befindlichen Antriebsring (38) mit Zahnkranz (36) erfolgt, der durch ein Ritzel mit vertikaler Drehachse motorisch antreibbar ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit dem Zahnkranz (36) in Verbindung stehendes Getriebe (34) am unteren Ende mit einem Kupplungsteil (35) versehen ist, zur lösbaren Verbindung mit einem Antriebsmotor.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreif- und Auflockerungsorgan (30) bezogen auf die Drehrichtung nach rückwärts geneigt und in Längsrichtung verwunden ist.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schüttgutbehälter als gehäuseartiger Grundkörper (50) mit einer konischen Trichter-Innenwand (52) ausgebildet ist, der Grundkörper (50) eine zum Aufsetzen eines Aufnahmebehälters bestimmte Oberkante (54) aufweist, ein gegen die Unterkante des Grundkörpers (50) anliegender, zylindrischer Drehring (55) mit zylindrischer oder leicht konischer Bohrung (75) vorhanden ist, der relativ zum Grundkörper drehbar ist, ein den Drehring (55) aussen umgebender Lagerring (56) mit einer abgestuften Bohrung den Drehring (55) unten abstützt, wobei der Lagerring (56) am Grundkörper (50) befestigt ist, mit dem Drehring (55) ein Antriebskranz (60) drehfest verbunden ist, der mit seitlichen Antriebsmitteln (62, 63) zu dessen Verdrehung zusammenwirkt und das Abstreif- und Auflockerungsorgan (72) sich von der Innenwand des Drehrings (55) ausgehend in das Innere der Bohrung (75) erstreckt.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebskranz (60) einen Zahnkranz (36) aufweist, der mit mindestens einem Ritzel (62, 63) in Verbindung steht.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (50) zwei zueinander parallele ebene Aussenflächen (64) enthält, an denen Betätigungsmittel (18, 19) für die Bewegung der Kugelkalotten-Hälften (3, 4) gelagert sind.
- Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden Stirnseiten des Drehringes (55) axiale Dichtungsringe (66) vorhanden sind und der Lagerring (56) durch Schrauben (70) mit dem Grundkörper (50) verbunden ist.
