Description

P r a s e n t a t i o n s b e h ä l t e r
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Präsentationsbehälter für Vorschubvorrichtungen von in Reihe hintereinander gestapelten Warenverpackuπgen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.
Es ist ein Verkaufsförderungsgerät zur Verwendung beim Ausstellen von Produkten zur Anbringung an einem Regalbrett bekannt, EP 0 336 696 B1 , das eine eigene Produktschale zum Halten und Lagern der zum Verkauf angebotenen Produkte aufweist und auf einem Regalboden befestigt werden kann.
Nachteilig an diesem vorbekannten Stand der Technik ist insbesondere, daß das gesamte Gerät sehr aufwendig ausgeführt ist, vor allem jedoch, daß die Waren vom Verkaufspersonal in die Produktschale eingelegt werden müssen, was äußerst zeit- und kostenintensiv ist. Weiterhin benötigt dieses bekannte Verkaufsförderungsgerät eine gewisse Bauhöhe, so daß bei der Verwendung mehrerer solcher Vorrichtungen in einem Regalsystem wertvolles Ausstellungsvolumen verloren geht.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Präsentationsbehälter zur Verfügung zu stellen, der eine Zeit- und Kostenoptimierung beim Warenfluß und beim Handling der Waren ermöglicht sowie eine Plazierungsoptimierung und größtmögliche Raumausnutzung mit sich bringt.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird in Verbindung mit den Oberbegriffsmerkmalen erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruches angege- bene technische Lehre vermittelt.
Der erfinderische Präsentationsbehälter weist in seiner Behälterrückwand eine Ausnehmung auf, die den Abmessungen eines Warenschiebers einer bekannten Vorschubvorrichtung entspricht, wobei die auf einem Regalboden angeordnete Vorschubvorrichtung im Präsentationsbehälter befindliche Ware von hinten nach vorne bewegt, so daß diese immer im optimalen Sichtbereich und Zugriffsbereich der Kunden zur Verfügung steht. Bei einem als Präsentationsbehälter ausgebildeten Transportbehälter entfällt somit das Erfordernis eines Umräumens der Waren, da der Präsentationsbehälter einfach in eine vorhandene Vorschubvorrichtung eingestellt wer- den kann und nach seiner Entleerung einfach durch einen neuen Prasentationsbehälter auszutauschen ist.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ergeben sich aus und in Kombination mit den weiteren Unteransprüchen. Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist der Prasentationsbehälter eine Ausnehmung aus, die sich von der Behälterrückwand bis in den Behälterboden und dort bis in den Bereich der Frontwand fortsetzt, so daß eine Vorschubvorrichtung Anwendung finden kann, die vorne an einem Regalboden befestigt ist und eine Blattfeder aufweist, die sich in Richtung Rückseite eines Regalboden er- streckt und an deren hinteren Ende ein Warenschieber angeordnet ist, der die Warenverpackungen von hinten nach vorne mit einer Federkraft beaufschlagt. Diese erfinderische Konstruktion hat den Vorteil, daß die benötigte Bauhöhe dadurch, daß die verwendete Blattfeder maximal der Materialstärke des Bodens des Präsentationsbehälters entspricht, keinerlei Auswirkung auf das vorhandene Regalvolumen hat. Weiterhin kann bei einem derart ausgebildeten Präsentationsbehälter wechselweise eine von hinten oder von vorne mit einer Federkraft beaufschlagte Vorschubvorrichtung verwendet werden.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Präsentationsbehälter aus einem einzigen endlosen Materialstreifen gefertigt, der recht- winklig gefaltet ist und entsprechend in den Eckbereichen geformt ist, wobei zwei sich gegenüberliegend angeordnete Abschnitte einen Teil einer Seitenwand und des Behälterbodens, zwei weitere sich gegenüberliegende Abschnitte Teile der Seitenwand und der Rückwand bilden bzw. andere Abschnitte Teile der Frontwand und des Behälterbodens darstellen. Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist ein Abschnitt des Materialstreifens, der einen Teil eines Deckels bilden würde, nach unten umgelegt und verstärkt dadurch einen die Rückwand bildenden Teil des Präsentationsbehälters.
Hervorzuheben ist hier, daß dadurch der gesamte Präsentationsbehälter nach oben offen ausgebildet ist, so daß jede der darin hintereinander gestapelten Warenver- packungen, egal in welcher Position, jederzeit nach oben entnehmbar ist.
Entsprechend der teilweise verstärkten Rückwand kann die Frontwand des Präsentationsbehälters ebenfalls verstärkt ausgebildet sein, indem ein Abschnitt des Materialstreifens, der einen Teil des Behälterbodens bilden würde, nach oben an die In- nenseite der Frontwand angelegt und dort befestigt ist. Dies ist dann besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die obere Kante der Frontwand als Aufnahme für eine Raste eines Frontstückes einer Vorschubvorrichtung ausgebildet ist, an der eine die Ware und den Präsentationsbehälter untergreifende Blattfeder angeordnet ist, an deren hinte- ren Ende ein Warenschieber angeordnet ist, der im Präsentationsbehälter befindliche Warenpackungen gegen die Innenseite der Frontwand des Präsentationsbehälters angedrückt hält.
Als besonders vorteilhaft ist weiterhin eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung hervorzuheben, die im unmittelbaren Bereich der Frontwand eine Ausnehmung im Behälter- boden aufweist, die geschlitzt oder perforiert ausgebildet sein kann, mit deren Hilfe und mit an dem Frontstück der Vorschubeinrichtung angeordneten, sich unter den Präsentationsbehälter erstreckenden Rampen eine nach vorne ansteigende schiefe Ebene im Präsentationsbehälter erzeugt werden kann, die bewirkt, daß jeweils die vorderste Ware oder Warenverpackung um einige Millimeter angehoben wird, was den Zugriff erheblich erleichtert.
Von besondere Bedeutung ist eine andere Ausführungsform, bei der die Ausnehmungen im Behälterboden so groß ausgebildet sind, daß sich die unter den Präsentationsbehälter erstreckenden Rampen des Frontstückes durch die Ausnehmungen hindurch nach innen erstrecken können, um so selber die schiefe Ebene zu erzeu- gen, die gegenüber einer schiefen Ebene aus dem Material des Präsentationsbehälters sehr viel geringere Reibungswerte aufweist, so daß der gewünschte Effekt damit noch zuverlässiger erzielt werden kann.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des Präsentationsbehälters ist als Transportverpackung ausgebildet, die zur Umwandlung in einen Präsentationsbehälter Vorrich- tungen zum Trennen nicht weiter benötigter Verpackungsteile aufweist.
Der erfindungsgemäße Präsentationsbehälter ermöglicht ein schnelles Auffüllen von Regalen, ohne daß einzelne Warenverpackungen umsortiert oder gehandhabt werden müssen.
Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Zeichnungen näher beschrie- ben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Präsentationsbehälter in 3-D-Darstellung und
Fig. 2 eine Explosionsdarstellung einer Einbaulage. Der erfinderische Prasentationsbehälter 1 ist aus einem endlosen Materialstreifen gefertigt, über seine Länge rechtwinklig gefaltet und bildet durch weitere rechtwinklige Einfaltungen einzelne Abschnitte, die Teile der Seitenwände 8,9 und des Behälterbodens 5, oder Teile der Seitenwände 8,9 und der Rückwand 4, Teile der Front- wand 7 und des Behälterbodens 5 oder Teile der Rückwand 4 bilden. Der jeweilige Abschnitt des endlosen Materialstreifens, der einen Teil der Rückwand 4 und einen nach oben gerichteten Teil eines Behälterdeckels bilden würde, ist nach unten an die Innenseite des die Rückwand 4 bildenden Teils angelegt, so daß die Rückwand 4 verstärkt ausgebildet ist und der Präsentationsbehälter 1 insgesamt nach oben voll- ständig geöffnet ist.
Der so aufgebaute Präsentationsbehälter 1 besitzt eine Ausnehmung 2 in der Rückwand 4 des Präsentationsbehälters 1 , die sich im Behälterboden 5 fortsetzt und sich bis in den Bereich der Frontwand 7 erstreckt.
Ein solcher Präsentationsbehälter 1 läßt sich inklusive darin hintereinander gesta- pelter Warenverpackungen auf eine Vorschubvorrichtung 6 aufsetzen, die ein Frontstück 10 aufweist, an dem eine Blattfeder 1 1 angeordnet ist, die sich knapp überhalb des Regalbodens 1 2 unterhalb des Präsentationsbehälters 1 nach hinten erstreckt und dort einen Warenschieber besitzt, der von der aufgerollten Blattfeder 1 1 , oder auch Rollfeder, so durch die Ausnehmung 2 in der Rückwand 4 vorgespannt ist, daß sich im Präsentationsbehälter 1 befindliche Warenverpackungen nach vorne in Richtung Frontseite eines Regalbodens bewegt werden.
Im Bereich der Frontwand (7) können Ausnehmungen ( 14) für die sich unter den Behälterboden (5) erstreckenden Rampen des Frontstückes (1 0) eingebracht sein oder im Behälterboden eine Lasche erzeugende rechtwinklige oder u-förmige Schlit- zungen (13), die von den Rampen des Frontstückes, eine schiefe Ebene erzeugend, nach Innen gedrückt wird.
Die Vorschubvorrichtung könnte auch als von hinten wirkende Vorrichtung ausgebildet sein, wobei der Präsentationsbehälter 1 vorne widergelagert sein müßte.
Vorteilhaft an dem erfinderischen Präsentationsbehälter ist ebenfalls, daß zusätzlich zu der Vorschubeinrichtung keine zusätzlichen Führungsvorrichtungen für die zu präsentierenden Waren und Warenverpackungen vorgesehen werden müssen.

Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e
1 . Präsentationsbehälter für Vorschubvorrichtungen von in Reihe hintereinander gestapelten Warenverpackungen mit einer Frontwand, einer Rückwand, Seitenwänden, einem Behälterboden sowie einer im Bereich der Frontwand nach oben gerichteten Öffnung von mindestens der Größe einer zu entnehmenden Warenverpackung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Präsentationsbehälter (1 ) in seiner Behälterrückwand (4) eine Ausnehmung (2) aufweist, die mindestens die Abmessungen von einem Warenschieber (3) einer Vorschubvorrichtung (6) aufweist.
2. Präsentationsbehälter nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (2) sich bis zum Behälterboden (5) und von dort bis in den Bereich der Frontwand (7) fortsetzt.

Präsentationsbehälter nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frontwand (7) die Seitenwände (8,9), die Rückwand (4) und der Behälterboden (5) aus einem endlosen Materialstreifen gefertigt sind, der rechtwinklig gefaltet und in den Ecken des Präsentationsbehälters (1 ) gefalzt oder eingeschnitten und fixiert ist und der jeweils einen Teil einer Seitenwand (8,9) und des Behälterbodens (5), einer Seitenwand (8,9) und der Rückwand (4), der Frontwand (7) und des Behälterbodens (5) sowie der Rückwand (4) und einen Teil des Behälterdeckels bildet.

Präsentationsbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einen Teil eines Behälterdeckels bildende Abschnitt eines Materialstreifens nach unten an den die Rückwand (4) bildenden Teil angelegt ist, so daß die Rückwand (4) verstärkt und der Präsentationsbehälter (1 ) nach oben vollständig geöffnet ist.

Präsentationsbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einen Teil des Behälterbodens (5) bildende Abschnitt eines Materialstreifens, der die Frontwand (7) und den Behälterboden (5) bildet, nach oben an die Frontwand (7) umgelegt ist und die Frontwand verstärkt. ό. Präsentationsbehälter nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teil einer oberen Kante der Frontwand (7) als Aufnahme für eine Rastnase eines Frontstückes ( 10) einer Vorschubvorrichtung
(6) ausgebildet ist, die eine Blattfeder (1 1 ) aufweist, die sich unter dem Prasentationsbehälter (1 ) nach hinten erstreckt und an einem hinter den Warenverpackungen angeordneten Warenschieber (3) angreift und daß die Innenseite der Frontwand (7) einen Anschlag für die Warenverpackungen bildet.
7. Präsentationsbehälter nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er im Behälterboden (5) parallel und unmittelbar benachbart zur Frontwand (7) sowie winklig sich davon nach hinten erstreckend mit einer Schlitzung (13) oder Perforation versehen ist und daß durch sich unter den Behälterboden erstreckende Rampen des Frontstückes (10) ein Bereich des Behälterbodens (5) in Form einer von hinten nach vorne ansteigenden schiefen Ebene angehoben ist.
8. Präsentationsbehälter nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er im Behälterboden (5) unmittelbar benachbart der Frontwand (7) Ausnehmungen (14) aufweist, durch die sich unter den Behälterboden erstrecken- de Rampen des Frontstückes (10) bis in den Innenraum des Präsentationsbehälters (1 ) hinein erstrecken.
9. Präsentationsbehälter nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Teil einer Transportverpackung darstellt, die Vorrichtungen zum Abtrennen des mit der Ware bestückten Präsentationsbehälters (1 ) aufweist.
10. Präsentationsbehälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtungen zum Abtrennen des Präsentationsbehälters (1 ) mit Perforationen und/ oder anderen Soll-Trennstellen ausgestattet ist.
1 1 . Präsentationsbehälter nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Papier oder Pappe gefertigt ist.
