Claims (12)
- Selbstladepistole mit den folgenden Merkmalen:a) ein Griffstück (1),b) ein fest an diesem abgestützten Lauf (31),c) ein mindestens teilweise hinter dem Lauf (3') angeordneter, in dessen Längsrichtung zwischen einer vorderen Schließlage und einer hinteren Öffnungslage beweglichen Verschluß (5)d) eine mehrgängige, wendelförmige Schließfeder (19'), welche den Verschluß (5) in die Schließlage drückt, hingegen bei dessen Öffnungslage so zusammengedrückt ist, daß sie mit allen Gängen mindestens weitgehend aufeinandersitzt, unde) die Schließfeder (19') ist von außen her eng von einer Hülse (24) aus Elastomermaterial umschlossen, deren Länge etwa der der Länge der zusammengedrückten Schließfeder (19') entspricht.
- Selbstladepistole nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schließfeder (19') aus einem Flachdraht oder Stahlband mit länglich rechteckigem Querschnitt gebildet ist, und daß bei der zusammengedrückten Schließfeder (19') die Längsseiten des Querschnitts aufeinandersitzen. - Selbstladepistole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hülse (24) in einer im Griffstück (1) ausgebildeten Bohrung sitzt. - Umrüstbausatz für eine verriegelte Selbstladepistole, die aufweist: ein Griffstück (1), einen Verschluß (5), einen beweglichen Lauf (3), der in feste Verbindung mit dem Verschluß (5) bringbar ist, und eine wendelförmige Schließfeder (19),
wobei der Umrüstbausatz
einen fest im Griffstück (1), ohne Eingriff mit dem Verschluß (5) anbringbaren Wechsellauf (3') und eine die Schließfeder (19) oder eine Austausch-Schließfeder (19') von aussen her eng umschließende Hülse (24) aus Elastomermaterial aufweist, deren Länge etwa der der Länge der zusammengedrückten Schließfeder (19, 19') entspricht. - Umrüstbausatz nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Austausch-Schließfeder (19') aus einem Flachdraht mit länglich rechteckigem Querschnitt, so daß bei der zusammengedrückten Schließfeder (19') die Längsseiten des Querschnitts aufeinandersitzen.
- Umrüstbausatz nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen Austausch-Verschluß, dessen Masse sich von der des Verschlusses (5) unterscheidet.
- Umrüstbausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, für eine verriegelte Selbstladepistole, die einen Lauf (3) aufweist, der über seinem hinteren Ende mit mindestens einem Verriegelungsvorsprung (7) in einen den Verschluß bildenden Schlitten (5) eingreift und der unter seinem hinteren Ende eine Führung (9) aufweist, welche die Bewegung des Laufes (3) über eine Verriegelungsstrecke nach hinten und unten ermöglicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Wechsellauf (3') an seinem hinteren Ende aufweist: oben eine durchgehende Fläche (7'), die außer Eingriff mit dem Schlitten (5) steht, und unten eine Eingriffsausbildung (9'), die am Griffstück (1) festlegbar ist. - Umrüstbausatz nach Anspruch 7, für eine Selbstladepistole, die eine unter dem Lauf (3) liegende, relativ zum Griffstück (1) längsbewegliche Pufferstange (11) aufweist, welche die Schließfeder (19) und eine Pufferfeder durchsetzt und trägt und welche zum Eingriff in die Führung (9) des Laufes (3) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Austausch-Pufferstange (11') mit einer Austausch-Schließfeder (19') vorgesehen ist, die unbeweglich im Griffstück (1) festlegbar ist und zum unbeweglichen Eingriff in die Eingriffsausbildung (9') des Wechsellaufes (3') ausgebildet ist. - Umrüstbausatz nach Anspruch 7, für eine Selbstladepistole, deren Pufferstange (11) zur Ermöglichung ihrer Längsbewegung eine längliche, beiderseits über ihre Länge offene Aussparung (15) aufweist, die von einem entnehmbaren Querstift (17) mit rundem Querschnitt durchsetzt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Austausch-Pufferstange (11') eine Stiftaufnahme (15') aufweist, die zum Querschnitt des Querstiftes (17) komplementär ist. - Umrüstbausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wechsellauf (3') mindestens in demjenigen Bereich seiner Außenoberfläche, der von außen, insbesondere durch die Auswurföffnung des Verschlusses (5) sichtbar ist, eine sich von der Oberflächenfärbung des Laufes (3') unterscheidende Farbgebung und/oder Oberflächenausbildung aufweist. - Waffensystem, dessen Komponenten umfassen:eine verriegelte Selbstladepistole gemäß dem Oberbegriff mindestens eines der Ansprüche 4 sowie 7 bis 9 undeinen Umbausatz gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10.
- Waffensystem nach Anspruch 11, bei welchem den beiden Komponenten ein gemeinsames Griffstück (11) aus Kunststoff zugeordnet ist.
