Definitions
- the invention is based on a firearm in particular Hand gun according to the type of the main claim.
- Firearms will lock shortly after surrendering the Shot and after the bullet has left the barrel and also the locking slide including barrel has made a forward stroke against the direction of the shot, solved.
- the path of the run is through stopped a stop, whereas the locking slide continues its way into the open position, whereby on the one hand the empty cartridge case is ejected and another one new cartridge with bullet and propellant charge in the rear
- the intended cartridge chamber due to the now given distance between the cartridge chamber and Push floor when moving the locking slide forward is streaked.
- a certain disadvantage is that due to the The barrel must be tilted at a minimum distance between There must be a running axis and a guide rod axis, whereby the trigger device with its pivot point or the finger attack point relatively far from the Barrel axis is removed, which is due to the shooting given leverage effect.
- the firearm according to the invention with the characteristic
- features of the main claim Advantage that the barrel like that of a sports shooter preferred weapons because of their accuracy, which only with a spring lock, is not pivoted and thereby be guided axially exactly in the locking slide can.
- the relocation of the lock provides the area of the guide rod the possibility of larger To provide locking surfaces and thus the Lower surface pressure of the locking surfaces and / or to use a hard material there that differs from the materials differ from those of the barrel or the Lock slide is made.
- Another significant advantage of the invention is that the distance between the axes of the barrel and guide rod being able to choose as small as possible by one to get a lower "Viesier line", which makes a cheap Handling and shooting safety of the weapon results.
- the free design options for running and Breech slide can be different gun types, such as for example compact pistols in the caliber 9 mm para range as well as realizing magnum versions.
- Embodiment of the invention Locking device from an open towards the front Bayonet lock connection between Guide rod and guide opening is located at the a radial pin arranged on the guide rod in corresponding locking grooves engages so that a Relative displacement in the axial direction between Locking slide and running is prevented. Only after Turning the guide rod gets the radial pin in the section of the Lock groove, so that a relative displacement in Longitudinal direction between the slide and barrel is made possible.
- These interlocking Bayonet catch parts can easily be made of hard Be made of material, due to construction relatively large effective areas between radial pin and Groove wall can be produced.
- the radial journal itself can be used as a be formed with the guide rod connected pin.
- radial pins are preferred in shape of preferably centrally symmetrical to each other arranged noses given rectangular cross-section.
- the invention is four locking grooves and corresponding Radial journal available, the guide opening in the frontal top view the shape of a paw cross (Iron Cross, Knight's Cross).
- a paw cross Iron Cross, Knight's Cross
- the shape can too have only three or two radial pins.
- a spline between the guide opening and guide rod, with an im End section available, twisting to unlock permitting ring groove.
- the lead spring coaxial on the guide rod arranged and overlaps as a "captive feather" Support shoulders on the end sections of the guide rod on.
- the special advantage of the "caught feather” is in that when dismantling the weapon components such as Do not fly the guide rod driven by the spring can. Such disassemblies are every now and then required both when cleaning the gun and especially also during training for handling the weapon.
- the spring can be caught on the guide rod because this has a relatively large length - even with the Advantage that due to the relatively large length Spring of certain characteristics can be easily accommodated.
- Embodiment of the invention serves as a support shoulder on the front end portion of the guide rod and corresponding configurations for the Locking device ring.
- the ring can be in in various ways at the end section of the Guide rod may be arranged, with the displacement the guide rod in the guide opening of the cantilever Wedges of the guide opening, or one behind the cantilever arranged support ring, compress the spring.
- the ring can also be used as a press-in bushing of hard material relatively soft material of the guide rod must be pressed, the guide rod advantageously made of stainless steel can exist.
- the guide rod in two parts in the longitudinal direction formed, being coaxial to the parts between Forward spring a damping spring and / or a stop is arranged.
- the Invention is between the two parts of the guide rod A stop is arranged coaxially with the return spring.
- the waiver on the damping spring is especially with small calibers possible and is advantageous in terms of manufacturing costs.
- the Invention is at the rear end portion of the guide rod and a rotating device in the surrounding housing through which the guide rod after Travel of the forward stroke for unlocking is rotated.
- Embodiment of the invention serves as a surrounding housing the rotating device one in the weapon housing insertable clip, the inner surface of the guide rod is facing.
- this clasp consists of one harder material corresponding to his special task can exist and in particular both management tasks as well as constructive tasks.
- the Invention serve as a twisting device across Guide rod penetrating this and to the longitudinal axis accordingly coiled (turned) elongated hole and a this more penetrating and in the surrounding housing stored pin bolt.
- the Spring guide rod thus by sliding along spiral wall of the elongated hole on the Pin bolt surface twisted.
- the Invention bundles of rings on the guide rod in the area of Spiraling of the elongated hole as material reinforcement in it Areas of particularly high material load, since here the Pin bolts the guide rod as a result of their Forward movement in and out of the rotary movement.
- the ring bundles and the resulting ones also serve Ring groove for guiding the guide rod and for axial Connection of barrel and guide rod.
- the link pin are at the rear end of the guide rod radially arranged link pin and accordingly in surrounding housing the rotary motion of the barrel guide Generating backdrop grooves arranged, the Use the link pin as a support shoulder for the return spring.
- two link pins are advantageous facing sides of the Guide rod end portion arranged, the Link pins have surfaces that correspond to the assigned Sliding surfaces of the slot grooves interact and on the other hand, transverse to the longitudinal axis of the guide rod have arranged surfaces that serve as a support shoulder for the Serve spring.
- the surrounding housing can by a specially formed part in the weapon housing but also through the weapon case itself. This is a matter of constructive design when either on a particularly narrow construction of the weapon or on the Consideration of the use of special materials becomes. Because the diameter of the guide rod definitely can be less than that of the run, which with the Breech slide determines the overall width of the weapon, there is generally sufficient space for the arrangement of an additional part receiving the link groove.
- the Invention is at the rear end portion of the barrel Guide hook engaging behind the hook, which is secured against rotation against the housing and as Stop for the guide rod that can be turned in relation to it serves.
- a hook is known per se (DE-OS 1703417) but not in the manner of an interaction with the guide rod in the latter can be rotated independently is.
- the Invention is on the stop side of the hook or on a pin or a rear end of the guide rod Bore arranged with a central axial bore or a central axial pin of the guide rod or of the hook corresponds.
- a pin or one such a bore is mainly used for twisting the Guide rod.
- the barrel hook has a socket put on over the barrel and fixed with this connected is. This makes it possible to run from one tough and possibly rustproof material make, however, that of a completely different burden exposed socket with hooks made of a hard material.
- the combination of two materials with different ones Can be advantageous in terms of function and properties Manufacturing costs are particularly small calibers.
- a slot on the barrel hook, or path-limiting recess available which with a in Housing anchored retaining bolt cooperates.
- the barrel has an axial guide, the stroke of the barrel-limiting recess also open at the bottom be designed.
- Such an embodiment is cheaper to manufacture and builds more compact than one with an elongated hole.
- the axial pin coiled flattening on and the corresponding Axial bore overlaps with the recess or the slot on the barrel. This allows the retaining bolt when assembling the firearm only in the locked Introduce or carry out the condition of the firearm Twisting of the guide rod as a result of the coiled Flattening when inserting the locked state.
- the barrel only in the area of the barrel opening facing away axially, whereby the barrel at Firing the shot can swing freely.
- Such one free running barrel increases the accuracy of the Firearm.
- the Invention holds a leaf spring located in the weapon housing the trigger gallery and / or presses the interrupter front and top, resulting in a compact design and low manufacturing costs can be achieved.
- 1 and 3 are the two shown Exemplary embodiments in a ready-to-fire, locked state shown.
- spatial terms such as “below”, “top”, “back” and “front” to the normal shooting position of the Weapon covered with a horizontal selenium axis, the Shot direction "forward” points.
- a slide carriage 2 longitudinally displaceable guided.
- this one Run 3 which also has an additional guide in has a recess 4 of the weapon housing.
- This Forward spring 5 is coaxial on a spring guide rod 6 arranged, which with its front section in a Guide opening 7 is mounted while its rear Section in a corresponding recess 8 of the Gun housing 1 is stored.
- the guide rod 6 is on rear end in the area of the hook 9 by two Collars 53, which serve to guide them, with the rear End portion of the barrel 3 axially rotatably connected. in the rear end portion of the guide rod 6 is transverse to Provided a slightly coiled elongated hole 10 in the longitudinal direction, through which a pin bolt mounted in the weapon housing 1 11 protrudes so that when the guide rod 6 is axially displaced to the rear this one corresponding to the spiral Experiences twisting.
- a cantilevered part 12 arranged below, in which the Guide opening 7 of the guide rod 6 is arranged. It is also on the guide rod in this Embodiment a damping spring 56 to according to a Shot the occurring load or the occurring To mitigate recoil, arranged.
- a stroke of Barrel 3 On the cantilever 12 opposite side of the guide rod 6 is a stroke of Barrel 3 and thus also limiting the guide rod 6 serving as a stop ring 13 arranged on which the damping spring opens to limit the stroke.
- Fig. 2 shows the elongated hole 10 in the guide rod 6, wherein here a material reinforcement of the guide rod in the form of two bundles of rings 53 in the areas particularly high Material stress, so in which the pin bolt 11 the Guide rod 6 due to the coiled slot 10 their translational movement leads to the rotational movement, was realized. Furthermore, the coils are used for Fixing and guiding the guide rod and its axial positive connection with the barrel.
