Definitions
- the invention relates to a carrier device for building structures and a method for manufacturing a carrier device.
- Support devices or construction systems are known from the prior art, for example for climbing aids become, although by means of special connecting devices such as a connection node or the like Allow construction, but the designs of the lattice girders very expensive and through a variety of Longitudinal bars very stiff. This increases stability, however, there is a delicate appearance of the construction given only conditionally. There is also an adaptability during execution at the construction site due to the complex Construction difficult.
- a lattice girder is to be created of trellises become known, the one from a spatial Profile-forming wire mesh material with several, to each other parallel, not in one plane and longitudinal bars connected by cross bars.
- the straight lattice girders become arched structures by bending to the center of the bend located longitudinal wires shortened so that there is a bent
- the course of the lattice girder results.
- the bending of the lattice girder large number of notches not only the optical Appearance of the lattice girder, but also the Stability as there is resistance to the kinked areas further bending is less.
- DE 38 07 242 C1 is a trellis for climbing plants known that composed of spatial lattice girders is, which converge with their ends in nodes and are connected to each other there. Any lattice girder has conical or truncated pyramidal ends with head pieces on. The headers of the lattice girders will be screwed over nodes in the nodes.
- the lattice girders are only intended as elongated, straight elements, through complex node connections larger building structures can be put together. Bent elements are not provided.
- lattice girders are known from reinforced concrete construction.
- DE 40 36 293 A1 shows a lattice girder for reinforcing concrete slabs and the like with a Upper chord and at least one spaced apart Lower chord and with continuous, zigzag curved Connecting rods for connecting the lower chord to the Top chord.
- These lattice girders are always used as reinforcement elements e.g. B. used for concrete slabs by in Concrete are poured, but they are arranged in the concrete slab without fastening or connecting elements are. Because these lattice girders as standardized elements are manufactured and used in large quantities they are available at low cost.
- the invention has for its object a carrier device for building constructions such as climbing aids or the like to create a filigree that can be used universally Appearance and inexpensive to manufacture is.
- a support device has at least one lattice support has an upper chord and at least one lower chord as well as spacers connecting the upper and lower chord contains, and that fastening and / or connecting devices are supplemented on the lattice girder and / or that its shape or changed its configuration and to a respective one Carrier device is adapted.
- a change in shape of the Lattice girder, such as its bend or Kinking, due to a deformation while changing the Length of at least one of the straps are formed.
- the Changing the length causes or supports the deformation of the entire lattice girder. You can do this through targeted choice of the belt or belts to be deformed Deformations or designs of the lattice girder achieved become like single arches, multiple arches, wavy carriers or twisted carriers. Finally, kinks can also be produced easily.
- the belt is stretched at least by rolling the belt to reduce the cross section on the belt sections between connection points with the Spacers is made.
- a change in the length of a belt can be done by replacement this belt against an extended or shortened and replacement belt adapted to the deformation of the lattice girder be formed.
- a replacement belt can be made from the same Wire material is made like the original belt. On the other hand, it can also have a changed diameter or have a different profile.
- the shortening of the Length of a belt by removing at least one Section of this belt and by reconnecting the shortened strap ends formed.
- the lattice girder, the after Subdivide a belt and / or at least by loosening a connection between a belt and a spacer is deformable at a respective connection point and brought into the desired shape by joining the subdivision and / or by restoring solid Connections at the connection points between a belt and the spacers a structurally stable part of the properly configured carrier device forms.
- the Top chord is removed from the lattice girder, which is at least one Lower flange is bent and then a to the shape of the curved lattice girder adapted replacement top chord to the Spacers of the lattice girder is attached.
- Another alternative is that at least a lower chord is removed from the lattice girder, the upper chord is bent and then at least one to the shape of the curved lattice girder adapted to the lower chord Spacers of the lattice girder is attached.
- the deformation of the lattice girder according to the invention can also can be achieved in that the top chord and / or the Lower chord is divided in at least one place that the Lattice girders are deformed into the required shape and that the respective separate belt parts be firmly connected.
- the fixed connection of the separate belt parts can be done with Sleeves or clamps, by gluing or screwing or by Welding are formed.
- the screw connections offer the great advantage that also at the installation site Connections made without much effort and for Position correction can be solved again.
- lattice girders are arranged side by side are combined to form supporting units of the carrier device, can with these support units a variety of different Constructions are carried out. So you can for example the lattice girders from a common one fan out the central pillar and a pavilion form. Furthermore, there are no special, as Custom-made and therefore expensive Node pieces required to connect the lattice girders.
- a fastener at least attached to one end of the lattice girder or as part of the Lattice girder is formed.
- the lattice girder has a coating such as an epoxy resin coating that grain scattering to increase surface roughness exhibits, whereby the tenderness of plants at this Carrier device is improved. Furthermore you can Coatings or paints as rust protection (e.g. Galvanizing) or applied as an optical element.
- rust protection e.g. Galvanizing
- the advantage of screw connection technology is also evident here no post-rust treatment after welding required.
- the variability of the design of the carrier device is thereby increased that by connecting parts several lattice girders with each other or additional components with lattice girders can be connected.
- Such connecting parts are advantageously screw and clamp parts, the one Connection of the belt wires at different angles and enable anywhere on the straps and the Facilitate assembly at the installation site because there is no welding is required.
- the Lattice girders have a top chord and two bottom chords that go directly are not connected to each other. This results in a particularly high degree of flexibility and variability in the Manufacture of the carrier device for different Purpose, being a filigree appearance and the necessary spatial stability is maintained. Besides there is little effort for material and Connecting parts. Since the two lower chords have no direct Connectors are made are the individual Lattice girders can be stacked one inside the other, creating a less space required for storage and transport and results in less packaging effort.
- the top flange and / or the at least one bottom flange of the Lattice girder can have a non-circular, profiled cross-section exhibit.
- the lattice girder can have a flat belt, wherein this is also attached or a strap z. B. as Replacement belt replaced. This will configure the Lattice girder changed and the stability increased. In order to additional functions of the lattice girder can be produced, such as B. the installation of a gutter sheet for the use of Lattice girder as a gutter.
- a lattice girder can also be connected by connecting the two top chords and by additional Lower chord connections are made.
- the two lower chords can be attached to other components be connected by at least one additional component.
- the Components can also be between the top chord and one Lower chord can be arranged.
- connecting wires or a Perforated sheet to be attached to the lower chords can drill holes for screw connection with additional Have lattice girders or other parts.
- two spaced lattice girders can be separated by one Mesh mat to be connected.
- the mesh mat can by simple wire connections attached to the lattice girders be and as a flat rank element and / or design element serve that in appearance to the filigree Lattice girder is adapted.
- the grid mat increases the spatial stability of a construction of several Lattice girders.
- the lattice girder is a is a ready-made, standardized element. Still can at a low cost in manufacturing Use of other belts, belt diameters or spacers be made.
- the carrier device according to the invention can consist of different Lattice girders with different belt spacing and / or belt diameters. This allows you to simple way constructions z. B. with prevailing Carriers are made with simple knot connections with low overall height at the node connection and can be produced without additional intermediate connecting parts can.
- the lattice girder For a ground attachment in the ground, one can be in the ground drivable, post-like or post-like floor element attached to its top end and pointing upwards be provided on which the belt ends of the lattice girder be fixed, for example by clamping, Screw or glue. If the position needs to be adjusted the lattice girder to the floor element can Lengths of both the individual strap ends on the pins as well the pins are adapted to the belt ends. Through this Lattice girders can be easily adjusted attach to the floor element at any angle, whereas with previously executed constructions z. B. two nested and pivotable against each other Half shells have been used.
- A can be used to bend the straps of the lattice girder Bending tool can be provided, the two in one joint has pivotally connected lever arms and respective Jaws to put on the belt and on the spacers when bending the belt around the hinge point.
- the second task is solved in that at one Method for producing a carrier device from at least a lattice girder that has an upper chord, at least one Lower flange and spacer between the upper and the respective Has lower chord, according to the invention fastening and / or Connection devices on the prefabricated lattice girder be attached and / or that its shape or Configuration changed and to a respective carrier device is adapted, for a change in shape of the lattice girder, especially for its bend or kink, shortened or lengthened the length of at least one of his belts and that for an extension of a strap this especially by rolling, pressing or pulling and thereby achieved cross-sectional taper is extended, whereby a curved shape of the lattice girder is produced.
- the carrier device according to the invention and the method for producing the carrier device thus has a large number of benefits.
- a major advantage is that no special lattice girder production is required is. Rather, already in the reinforced concrete sector existing and widely used lattice girders used are saved, which saves development costs and investment costs low production costs can be achieved and an adequate supply of the starting products is guaranteed is.
- other straps e.g. B. with special profiles, in the manufacture of lattice girders be used.
- the lattice girders only have a few longitudinal bars or belts, usually 2 to 4 and preferably 3, will delicate and aesthetically appealing structure and design the carrier device achieved. This structure is retained if several lattice girders become one larger one Construction can be combined or if several lattice girders be connected at common nodes. Through the small number of longitudinal bars, which is nevertheless sufficient Offer strength for the carrier device arise due to the lower use of materials, lower costs for the starting products.
- the simple design of the lattice girders also allows the use of simple lattice girder joining techniques with each other as well as with other components and others Materials.
- existing connecting parts such as Sleeves, clamps and the like can be used.
- the cross sections the straps of the lattice girders can be dependent of available connecting parts can be selected, whereby there is a cost saving.
