Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Verblocken eines Stapels von gestapelten Gegenständen, wie z.B. gestapelten Zeitungen, Zeitschriften oder dergleichen mit einer Preßeinrichtung, die zumindest zwei einander gegenüberliegende Preßelemente (13, 14; 8) aufweist, zwischen welchen ein Stapel (21) gepreßt werden kann, und Aufladeelektroden (15, 16; 8) zum Aufladen des Stapels, wobei die Aufladeelektroden (15, 16; 8) in zumindest einem der einander gegenüberliegenden Preßelemente (13, 14; 8) und/oder an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (2, 3) angeordnet sind, so daß diese beim Pressen des Stapels (21) gegen den Stapel (21) drückbar sind und an der Ober- und Unterseite des Stapels zur Anlage kommen, und wobei die Preßelemente (13, 14; 8) als Preßplatten (13, 14; 8) ausgebildet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Aufladeelektroden (15, 16) als Aufladeelektrodenplatte (15, 16) ausgebildet sowie in eine der Preßplatten (13, 14) und/oder den Seitenwänden (2, 3) integriert angeordnet ist, wobei die Aufladeelektrodenplatte (15, 16) von der übrigen Preßplatte (13, 14) elektrisch isoliert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Aufladeelektrodenplatte (15, 16) aufweisende Preßplatte bezüglich einer als geerdete Metallplatte oder als geerdetes Transportband ausgebildeten Preßplatte (8) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als geerdete Metallplatte ausgebildete Preßplatte (8) eine Hubplatte (8) ist, die auf einem Hubzylinder (9) angeordnet in Richtung zu dem gegenüberliegenden Preßelement (13, 14) und weg von dem gegenüberliegenden Preßelement verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Hubplatte (8) Klappen (13, 14) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, zwischen welchen der Stapel (21) gepreßt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (13, 14) an Längskanten (11, 12) von Seitenwandungen (2, 3) gelenkig befestigt sind, wobei die Seitenwandung (2, 3) einen Schacht (1) seitlich begrenzen und die Klappen (13, 14) den Schacht nach oben hin begrenzen, wobei die Klappèn (13, 14) zwischen einer vertikalen Stellung, in der sie in der Ebene der Seitenwandungen (2, 3) angeordnet sind, und einer horizontalen Stellung, in der sie horizontal in den Schacht (1) vorstehen, verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (13, 14) mit einer Fixiereinrichtung versehen sind, mit welchen sie in ihrer horizontalen Stellung fixierbar sind, so daß sie einen von der Hubplatte (8) erzeugten Druck am Stapel (21) widerstehen können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufladeelektrodenplatten (15, 16) an den Klappen (13, 14) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie in der horizontalen Stellung der Klappen (13, 14) an diesen nach unten vorstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Preßplatten (8) eine geerdete Metallplatte oder ein Transportband (30) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Metallplatte mit der Aufladeelektrodenplatte versehen und von oben auf den auf dem geerdeten Transportband stehenden Stapel (21) andrückbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an den zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (2,3) angeordneten Aufladeelektroden an die entgegengesetzte Polarität wie die obere Aufladeelektrodenplatte angelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an den zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (2,3) angeordneten Aufladeelektroden an eine positive oder negative Hochspannung und die obere Aufladeelektrodenplatte an Erde gelegt sind.
