Claims (16)
- Bodenventil (100) für Behälter zum Transport von flüssigem Gefahrgut, das mittels des Ventilkörpers (10) mit dem Behälter verbunden ist durch den eine Durchgangsöffnung (11) führt, die durch einen Ventilteller (15) verschließbar ist, der in geschlossener Stellung abdichtend am Rand der Durchgangsöffnung (11) anliegt, wobei zwischen Ventilteller (15) und dem Rand eine Dichtung angeordnet ist und wobei der Ventilteller (15) mittels einer Betätigungseinheit (16) in seiner Position veränderbar ist, die einen Hebelarm (32) aufweist, der durch eine seitliche Ausnehmung (33) in der Durchgangsöffnung (11) geführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenventil (100) über eine gekapselte Spiralfeder (21) zur Rückstellung und zum Halten des Ventiltellers (15) in Verschlußstellung verfügt, wobei sich die Spiralfeder (21) im Inneren des kegelförmigen Ventiltellers (15) befindet und sich am Unterteil (19) des Ventiltellers (15) und dem Ende einer durch eine Durchgangsbohrung in das Innere des Ventiltellers (15) geführten Führungsstange (13) für die vertikale Führung des Ventiltellers (15) abstützt, die am Ventilkörper (10) festgelegt ist und in der Durchgangsöffnung (11) mittig angeordnet ist, und daß die zum Ventilkörper (10) gewandte Unterseite des Ventiltellers (15) einen flachen umlaufenden Rand (17) aufweist, der mit einer Flachdichtung (20) versehen ist, die in Verschlußstellung plan auf dem Ventilkörper (10) aufliegt. - Bodenventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spiralfeder (21) konisch zulaufend ist. - Bodenventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (19) des Ventiltellers (15) eine um die Durchgangsbohrung umlaufende Vertiefung aufweist, in der sich die Spiralfeder (21) abstützt. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (27) der Führungsstange (13) an der sich die Spiralfeder (21) abstützt mit einem Anschlag versehen ist. - Bodenventil nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag aus einer Scheibe (29) besteht, die auf das Ende (14) der Führungsstange (13) gesteckt und mit einer Mutter (28) gesichert ist. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsbohrung als Gleitbuchse (23), die mit einer Beschichtung (31) zur Verbesserung des Gleitverhaltens versehen sein kann, ausgebildet ist. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilteller (15) aus einem Unterteil (19) und einem kegelförmigen Oberteil (18) besteht. - Bodenventil nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (19) und das Oberteil (18) lösbar oder unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind. - Bodenventil nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (19) und das Oberteil (18) über ein Gewinde (24) miteinander verschraubt sind. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilteller (15) direkt unterhalb des umlaufenden Randes eine Nut zur Aufnahme der Flachdichtung (20) aufweist. - Bodenventil nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut im Kontaktbereich von Unterteil (19) und Oberteil (18) angeordnet ist. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinheit (16) mechanisch, pneumatisch oder anders betätigbar ist, wobei der Ventilteller (15) entlang der Führungsstange (13) verschoben wird. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebelarm (32) an der Unterseite des Ventiltellers (15) angelenkt ist. - Bodenventil nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende des Hebelarms (32) an einer Achse angelenkt ist, die in der seitlichen Ausnehmung (33) der Durchgangsöffnung (11) befindlich ist. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Außenseite des Ventilkörpers (10) im Anschluß an die Durchgangsöffnung (11) ein Anschlußstück (34) festgelegt ist, das über Kupplungselemente verfügen kann. - Bodenventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekapselte Spiralfeder (21) im Innenraum des Behälters angeordnet ist und die Halterung (12) eng am Behälter liegend angeordnet ist, wodurch die passive Sicherheit bei Unfällen erhöht wird.
