Auf der Führungsstange 13 ist gleitend der Ventilteller 15 gelagert, wobei der Ventilteller 15 benachbart zur Halterung 12 für die Führungsstange 13 an einer Betätigungseinheit 16 angelenkt ist, mittels derer das Öffnen und Schließen des Bodenventils 100 gesteuert wird. Der Ventilteller 15 befindet sich bereits im Inneren des Behälters und sitzt mit einem bodenseitig umlaufenden Rand 17 auf dem Ventilkörper 10 auf und dichtet so den Behälter ab. Der Ventilteller 15 besteht aus einem Oberteil 18 und einem Unterteil 19, die miteinander verschraubt sind. Das Oberteil 18 ist kegelförmig ausgebildet, so daß das Schüttgut restlos davon abgleiten kann. Zwischen dem Oberteil 18 und dem Unterteil 19 wird eine Flachdichtung 20 klemmend gehalten, wobei die Flachdichtung 20 denselben Außendurchmesser besitzt wie das Oberteil 18, der größer ist als der Durchmesser der Durchgangsöffnung 11 und der Außendurchmesser des Unterteils 19, so daß die Flachdichtung 20 durch das Oberteil 18 auf den Ventilkörper 10 gepreßt wird. Der Anpreßdruck wird durch eine konisch zulaufende Spiralfeder 21 (Fig. 3) erreicht, die im Inneren 22 des Ventiltellers 15 angeordnet ist. Der konische Verlauf der Spiralfeder 21 ist der kegelförmigen Ausformung des Oberteils 18 des Ventiltellers 15 angepaßt. Der Federsitz des Unterteils 19 des Ventiltellers 15 ist zwischen der Gleitbuchse 23 für die in den Ventilteller 15 hineinführende Führungsstange 13 und dem mit einem Gewinde 24 zum Verschrauben von Oberteil 18 und Unterteil 19 versehenen, hochgezogenen Rand 25 vorgesehen. Die andere Seite 26 der Spiralfeder 21 stützt sich an dem in den Ventilteller 15 befindlichen Ende 27 der Führungsstange 13 bzw. an einer mit einer Mutter 28 an dem Ende 27 der Führungsstange 12 befestigten Scheibe 29 ab. Beim Öffnen des Bodenventils 100 mittels der Betätigungseinheit 16 wird die Spiralfeder 21 zusammengedrückt (Fig. 2). Nach dem Entleeren wird durch die gespannte Spiralfeder 21 der Ventilteller 15 wieder in Kontakt mit dem Ventilkörper 10 gebracht. Die Gleitbuchse 23 ist an dem Unterteil 19 des Ventiltellers 15 einstückig ausgeformt und weist zur Verminderung der Reibung auf seiner Gleitfläche 30 eine Beschichtung 31 auf, wie z. B. Teflon o. dgl.. Die Betätigungseinheit 16 kann manuell oder pneumatisch oder in anderer geeigneter Weise betätigt werden. Die Betätigungseinheit 16 besteht aus einem Hebelarm 32, der an dem Unterteil 19 bzw. direkt außen an der Gleitbuchse 23 angelenkt ist. Der Hebelarm 32 wird über hier nicht dargestellte Einrichtungen bewegt, wobei dieser am Ventilkörper 10 nochmals angelenkt ist. Dieser Drehpunkt befindet sich jedoch nicht direkt im Bereich der Durchgangsöffnung 11 sondern in einer seitlichen Ausnehmung 33 der Durchgangsöffnung 11. Auf der dem Behälter entgegengesetzten Seite des Bodenventils 100 ist dieses mit einem hier nur teilweise dargestellten Anschlußstück 34 versehen. Claims (16)

  1. Bottom valve (100) for containers for the transport of liquid hazardous material which is connected by means of the valve body (10) with the container through which a through opening (11) is lead which can be closed by a valve head (15) which sits close sealingly on the edge of the through opening (11) in closed position, whereby a gasket is placed between the valve head (15) and the edge and whereby the valve head (15) can be changed in its position by means of an actuating unit (16) which has a lever arm (32) which is guided through a lateral recess (33) in the through opening (11),
    characterized in that the bottom valve (100) has an encased spiral spring (21) for reset and for holding the valve head (15) in closing position, whereby the spiral spring (21) is inside the conical valve head (15) and bears on the lower side (19) of the valve head (15) and at the end of a guiding rod (13), for the vertical guiding of the valve head (15), guided through a through bore into the inside of the valve head (15), which guiding rod is fixed on the valve body (10) and is placed in the middle of the through opening (11) and that the lower side of the valve head (15) turned to the valve body (10) has a flat peripheral edge (17) which is provided with a flat packing (20) which lies flat on the valve body (10) when in closing position.

    characterized in that the valve head (15) has a groove for receiving the flat packing (20) directly below the peripheral edge.
