Claims (6)
- Betonschalung mit einem Verschalungselement und einem auf diesem aufgeklebten porösen Vlies,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Klebeschicht zwischen dem Verschalungselement und dem porösen Vlies eine Schicht aus drucksensitivem Klebstoff (PSA: Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) dient. - Betonschalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff aus einem Acryldispersionskleber besteht.
- Betonschalung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies eine feinporige Filterschicht und eine grobporige Drainageschicht aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Betonschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3 mit folgenden Schritten:Besprühen der Oberfläche des Verschalungselementes mit dem drucksensitiven Klebstoff;Antrocknenlassen des aufgesprühten Klebstoffes bis er eine klebrige Konsistenz aufweist undkantenparalleles Aufbringen der Vliesbahnen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vliesbahn unter Überstehenlassen eines Randes auf die Oberfläche des Verschalungselementes aufgebracht wird und daß der Rand der Vliesbahn entlang der Seitenkante des Verschalungselementes umgelegt wird und mit dieser ebenfalls verklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Aufbringen schmaler Vliesbahnen auf breiteren Verschalungselementen die Vliesbahnen mit einem Überlappungsbereich nebeneinander verlegt werden und daß anschließend der Überlappungsbereich abgeschnitten und entfernt wird, so daß die benachbarten Vliesbahnen Stoß an Stoß liegen.
