Definitions
- the invention relates to a sound absorbing agent at least one layer of a film.
- Such sound damping means are for example DE 196 26 676 A1 and DE 44 087 82 A1 are known.
- DE 44 08 782 A1 relates to a so-called Resonance absorber. Again there are several layers of foils stretched in front of a reverberant soundboard. The Sound damping effect is based here on the Resonance frequency of the individual foils.
- the invention is based on the problem of a alternative and versatile Possibility of attaching the foils to form a To provide soundproofing agents.
- the invention Muffler characterized in that the Foil is tensioned by springs.
- the film is stretched at its corners by the springs.
- a Attaching the foils to these points has proven to be proven sufficiently.
- the foils are expedient doing so at their corners to form a double layer Foil folded over and reinforced by an eyelet. On This will tear out the film at the corners avoided.
- the film is preferably attached to stud bolts by the springs curious; excited.
- These studs each have at least one for example, a taper formed by a recess on.
- Each layer of film is a taper assigned so that a precisely defined distance of the Foil or in the case of several layers of foils is given among themselves.
- Figure 1 is a corner section of a Muffler shown. It is concrete Corner portion of a film 20 shown. The corner 21 of the Foil 20 is folded over, so that locally a double layer Slide 20 is created. A hole 23 is provided by means of an eyelet 22 intended. This forms a receptacle for a spring 24, which attacks the eyelet 22 in a manner known per se.
- the spring 24 is in the present case as a coil spring trained and exerts a train in its axial direction the film 20 from.
- the springs 24 are each at their other end a stud 25 attached. This specifically encompasses End of the spring 24 the stud 25 with a hook 26 in in a known manner.
- the stud 25 assigns To this end, tapers 27 on the present Case are formed by twists. The spring 24 grips this taper 27 with its hook 26. This results in a precisely defined position of the spring 24 guaranteed on the stud 25, so that a defined distance of the film 20 to a reverberant Reflection surface is guaranteed.
- tapers are 27 for each Location provided. In this case, the distance is also the Foils 20 precisely defined with each other.
- the stud bolts 25 have one end face Thread blind hole 28 on. This allows you to use screwed to a reflection surface using a screw become.
- the studs 25 can on their on the opposite end face a second one Have threaded blind hole so that several studs can be screwed onto each other.
- FIG 3 is a first application of the described soundproofing means shown.
- the Reflection surface is given by a standing wall 29, such as for example in open-plan offices for subdivision different work areas can be used.
- the partition 29 is made of soundproof material, for example acrylic glass or metal.
- the film itself is micro-perforated Foil KAETAPHON®, which is indicated by the dots in Figure 3 is indicated.
- FIG. 4 shows a further application of a Soundproofing means according to the invention shown.
- This Silencing agents can be referred to as buffers become.
- the reverberant reflective surface is through here a tube 30 is formed.
- This tube 30 can be made from any any reverberant material, for example metal, getting produced. However, it is particularly preferred Acrylic glass used.
- the buffle absorber can be hung under the ceiling or be placed in the room.
- the longitudinal axis of the Buffel absorber or the tube 30 can be in Horizontal or vertical direction or in each any other direction.
- the tube 30 is covered by the film 20 spanned.
- the film 20 spanned.
- the films 20 are on the circumference of the tube 30 its upper and lower edge stud 25 on the circumference distributed attached. This is described in the Way the films 20 stretched.
- six stud bolts 25 are provided, so that there is one hexagonal outer contour of the buffle absorber results.
- any other number of studs 25 can be used.
- Illuminants in connection with the Buffel absorber can within the tube 30 reflectors for the illuminant be provided.
- the microperforated film KAETAPHON® in the form of a to use transparent plastic film can be provided.
- 5 to 10 is an application for For example, a call center shown where several Jobs 31 are grouped in a circle. This Jobs 31 must go against the other jobs 31 be shielded at least to reduce noise, so that the individual does not interfere with each other.
- each workplace 31 has via a desk 32 in a suitable form.
- This stand 33 can be directly in the floor 34 be anchored or, as shown in FIG. 5, via a Base plate 35 with feet 36 of the desks 32 connected and so held.
- a suitable one Connection for holding the stand 32 may be provided.
- the stand has receptacles 37, 38, 39 in which Holding rods 40, 41, 42 can be inserted.
- Holding rods 40, 41, 42 can be inserted.
- Therefor are in the recordings 37 .. 39 two on top of each other arranged rows of 37..39 on the circumference of the recordings distributed holes 43 and 44 provided.
- the holes 43 of the one row are drilled so that the ones in it Insert the inserted holding rods 40 horizontally outwards.
- the holes 44 of the other row are drilled so that the holding rods 41, 42 point obliquely upwards (Fig. 7 and 8th).
- the stand also has receiving plates 45, 46, 47 on that with an edge 48 over the circumference of the stand 33 protrude. In this margin 48 are also on Circumferential distributed bore provided. The number of Expediently corresponds to the number of holes Holes 43 and 44 in the recordings 37..38.
- One of the receiving plates 45 is directly below the lowest recording 37, just above the Arranged the top of the desk.
- a second Recording plate 46 is immediately above the second Recording 38 provided and another receiving plate 47th at the top 49 of stand 33.
- the frame described so far is with microperforated foils 20 covered by springs 14.
- An upper layer 50 of triangular films 20a is from upper receiving plate 47 to the ends of two adjacent support rods 42 excited.
- the foils 20a are thereby, as can be seen in FIGS. 6 and 10, each with their Corners 21 as described in connection with FIG. 2 attached.
- a second layer 51 is triangular Films 20b from the middle receiving plate 38 to the ends the holding rods 42 excited.
- Square foils 20c are with their inner, upper Corners 21a on the middle receiving plate 38 and the inner, lower corners 21b on the lower receiving plate 37 Springs 14 attached.
- the outer, upper corners are 21c via the springs 14 with ends of the support rods 41 and outer lower corners 21d with ends of the holding rods 40 connected.
- the square foils 20c thus form Upright, sound absorbing partitions 53 between the individual workplaces 31.
- the slides 20c are included with a spacing between each other on two layers Pair of support rods 40, 41 arranged by what corresponding end caps on the holding rods 40, 41 or other spacers is guaranteed.
- FIGS. 5 to 10 thus forms a visually appealing, sound-absorbing separation of the individual jobs where the employees are but due to the transparent films 20 each other can see. Furthermore, a lamp can be in the stand 33 54 for jobs on simple and responsive Be integrated wisely.
