She slides with her bridge of nose 40 on the Incline 64 along in the direction of the cover strip 20, whereby the latch 30 again its axle pin 32 is pivoted until the guide pin 34 on the cover strip Strike 20. The hook tongue 37 is fully extended and now slides again parallel to the cover strip 20 in its closed position.
- steps 57 terraced As shown in Fig. 2a recognizes the steps 57 in the lower region of the housing block 50 initially below the top 59. At the level of the depression 67, the steps 57 run but then from a slight slope 61 into the top 59. In this way the guide pin 34 is slightly raised when moving to the closed position, so that he together with the axle pin 32 directly on the underside of the Cover strip 20 is applied. The axle pin 32, however, comes just before the slope 61 to lie and is therefore not raised.
- Fig. 2a leaves the hook extended longitudinally and transversely 30 recognize how he engages with the striking plate when the sliding door is closed would stand.
- the hook 30 of the longitudinally movable push rod 12 transported by the on the door cuff screwed cover strip 20 is covered.
- the lifting and lowering of the hook 30 perpendicular to the push rod movement takes place by sliding edges 31, 40, 44 Bottom, front and back of hook as well as corresponding chamfers 58, 64 in the hook bed, the cross section of which is adapted to the face groove 22.
- the chamfers 58, 64 thus form together with the rounded hook end 44 and the Hook nose 38, 40 control elements that control the functional movement of the hook 30 effect.
- the first lever arm is the Hook tongue 37, while the second shorter lever arm from the back corner 44 is formed. The latter serves as a trigger for the pivoting of the bolt 30.
- the hook 30 With a longitudinal movement of the push rod 12 to open the door, the hook 30 first over two thirds of the push rod path according to Fig. 1b as a conventional retractable hook with a purely longitudinal movement with the striking plate disengaged before being in the last third of the push rod stroke 1c and 2c through the cover strip 20 and the push rod 12 into the bed of the housing block 50 is retracted. In this end position, the hook 30 also closes its back edge 42 almost flush with the cover strip 20.
- the espagnolette lock 10 is adjacent to those above locking devices described an additional locking and triggering device 100. This serves to push the push rod 12 in the unlocked position Locking elements 30 to lock and automatically after closing the door again to release, so that the locking elements 30 spring-loaded in the closing direction automatically can return to their closed positions.
- the Actuation of the (not shown) handle is biased. Once the latch element 30 have reached their swiveled-in end positions and the spring is maximal is biased, the push rod 12 by the locking and release device in fixed their position. The (not shown) turning handle sweeps by means of a freewheel back to their starting position.
