Claims (13)
- Strangführung, insbesondere für eine Brammen-Stranggießanlage für Stahl, mit Stützsegmenten, in denen Rahmen angeordnet sind, die gegenüberliegende Reihen von Führungs- und Treibrollen aufweisen und die gegeneinander über Anker gehalten werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Ende (13) eines Rahmens (11, 12) mit gleichem Abstand (a) zur Mittenachse (I) zwei Lenker (41, 42) vorgesehen sind, die über Halteelemente (43-45) an mindestens einem Fixpunkt (45) befestigt sind und dabei konisch unter einem Öffnungswinkel (α) zueinander angeordnet sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Bogenstranggießanlage der Oberrahmen (11) mindestens im Bereich des Endes (13) senkrecht zur Strangführungsrichtung Erweiterungen (15, 16) aufweist, an denen die Lenker (41, 42) über Halteelemente (43) befestigt sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Erweiterungen (15, 16) Zapfen (46) vorgesehen sind und
daß an den Zapfenköpfen das eine Ende der Lenker (41, 42) über Halteelemente (43) am Oberrahmen (11), während das andere Ende der Lenker (41, 42) über Halteelemente (44) am Ende (14) des Unterrahmens (12) befestigt ist. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (43, 44) als Gelenke (48, 49) ausgebildet sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (43, 44) als formschlüssige drehfeste Halterungen ausgebildet sind. - Strangführung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungen (43, 44) beidendig an den Lenkern (41, 42) angeordnet sind und,
daß die Lenker (41, 42) als Stangen ausgebildet sind und aus einem Zug- und Druckkräfte sowie eine seitliche Verformung ertragendem Material aufgebaut sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenker (41, 42) aus Federstahl aufgebaut sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 7 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenker (41, 42) aus Bündeln von im Querschnitt rechteckigen Leisten (51) aufgebaut sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rechteckigen Leisten (51) mit ihren Schmalseiten (52) den Rahmen (11, 12) zugeneigt und mit den Breitseiten (53) sich berührend angeordnet sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 7 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenker (41, 42) aus Stangen mit quadratischem (57), rundem (58) oder polygonalem (59) Querschnitt aufgebaut sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 10 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Leisten (51) oder den Stangen (57-59) Zwischenlagen vorgesehen sind, die aus einem Material bestehen, die eine Reibung zwischen den Elementen verhindern. - Strangführung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Lenkern (41, 42) beidendig kraftschlüssig mit den aus Leisten (51) oder Stangen (57-59) aufgebauten Bündeln verbundene Köpfe (54) angeordnet sind. - Strangführung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konische Erweiterung der Lenker (41, 42) in Stranggießrichtung weist und zueinander einen Öffnungswinkel von α = 10 bis 60° besitzt.
