Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Entriegeln und Verriegeln einer Tür, insbesondere Fahrzeugtür, mit einem Elektroschloß und einem Türgriff, bei der mit Betätigen des Türgriffes aus der Ruhestellung in entgegengesetzten Richtungen die Aussendung einer Abfrageinformation über ein der Tür zugeordnetes Steuergerät zu einem tragbaren, elektronischen Berechtigungsausweis einleitbar ist, bei der der Berechtigungsausweis beim Empfang der Abfrageinformation eine Identifikationsinformation aussendet und bei der das Steuergerät eine empfangene Identifikationsinformation mit vorgegebenen, berechtigten Identifikationsinformationen vergleicht und bei Übereinstimmung mit einer dieser vorgegebenen Identifikationsinformationen die Entriegelung mit Freigabe der Sperrklinke oder die Verriegelung der Tür durch Ansteuerung des Elektroschlosses aufhebt oder ausführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Türgriff (13) in einer Griffmulde (20) der Tür (10) um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (12) nach unten und nach oben verschwenkbar und mittels Federelemente (17, 18) nach dem Loslassen des Türgriffes (13) wieder automatisch in die Ausgangsmittelstellung rückstellbar ist und daß in den Schaltstellungen des Türgriffes (13) elektrische Schalter (14, 15) betätigbar sind, die die Identifikation und den Verriegelungsvorgang sowie die Identifikation und den Entriegelungsvorgang einleiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß beim Verschwenken des Türgriffes (13) nach unten der betätigte Schalter (14) die Identifikation und den Verriegelungsvorgang und beim Verschwenken des Türgriffes (13) nach oben der betätigte Schalter (15) die Identifikation und den Entriegelungs- und Öffnungsvorgang einleiten. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Türgriff (13) in der Ausgangsmittelstellung bündig oder versenkt in der Griffmulde (20) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Griffmulde (20) oval ausgebildet und mit ihrer Längsachse horizontal ausgerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Türgriff (13) einen Ansatz (16) aufweist, die über die Schwenkachse (12) hinaus verlängert ist und sich weiter in die Tür (10) hinein erstreckt unddaß an diesem Ansatz (16) zwei entgegengesetzt wirkende Federelemente (17, 18) angebracht sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Federelemente (17, 18) vertikal ausgerichtet in der Tür (10) untergebracht sind unddaß der Ansatz (16) am Türgriff (13) symmetrisch zu dessen horizontaler Mittelebene angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die elektrischen Schalter (14, 15) im Bereich der Griffmulde (20) in der Tür (10) so angeordnet sind, daß sie über am Türgriff (13) angeformte Schaltansätze (19, 21) bei den zugeordneten Schwenkbewegungen des Türgriffes (13) betätigbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltansätze (19, 21) an einem gegenüber der Schwenkachse (12) weiter in die Tür (10) hinein verlagerten Teil des Türgriffes (13) angeformt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schwenkachse (12) des Türgriffes (13) hinter der Griffmulde (20) in der Tür (10) angeordnet ist unddaß die Griffmulde (20) in der Ausgangsmittelstellung des Türgriffes (13) zu dessen horizontaler Mittelebene symmetrisch ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Türgriff (13) bügelförmig ausgebildet ist und mit seinen beiden Schenkeln (13') in die Tür (10) hineingeführt ist unddaß die Schalter (14, 15), die Federelemente (17, 18), der Ansatz (16) und die Schaltansätze (19, 21) einem dieser Schenkel (13') zugeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Türgriff (13) in beiden Verstellrichtungen mittels einer Stellkraft aus der verrasteten Ruhestellung bewegbar ist.
