Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Umformen eines Ausgangsrohrs (1) mit kreisrundem Querschnitt in ein U-förmiges Profil (2), bei welchem die Innenfläche (11) einer Umfangshälfte (10) des Ausgangsrohrs (1) bis auf seitliche schleifenförmige Ohrumschläge (13) an der Innenfläche (12) der gegenüberliegenden Umfangshälfte (3) formschlüssig anliegt, wobei das an den Stirnenden durch Formdorne positionierte Ausgangsrohr (1) zunächst mit einer Umfangshälfte (3) an einem Widerlager (4, 21) mindestens bereichsweise abgestützt und durch eine dem Widerlager (4, 21) frontal gegenüberliegende leistenartige Patrize (8) mit konvex gekrümmter Kuppe (9) bis zum Kontakt der von der Patrize (8) belasteten Umfangshälfte (10) des Ausgangsrohrs (1) mit der diametral gegenüberliegenden Umfangshälfte (3) U-förmig eingedrückt wird, worauf die Patrize (8) und eine die Außenkontur des Profils (2) aufweisende Matrize (14, 21) bis zur Vollendung des U-förmigen Profils (2) unter angepasster Verlagerung der in den Stirnenden verbleibenden Formdorne relativ aufeinander zu verlagert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das U-förmige Profil (2) einer Kalibrierung unterworfen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsrohr (1) an einem kreisabschnittsförmig gemuldeten einteiligen Widerlager (4) abgestützt und die gegenüberliegende Umfangshälfte (10) durch die Patrize (8) U-förmig eingedrückt wird,-wobei anschließend das Widerlager (4) durch eine Matrize (14) mit U-förmiger Innenkontur (15) ersetzt und das U-förmig eingedrückte Ausgangsrohr (16) durch die Patrize (8) sowie die Matrize (14) zum U-förmigen Profil (2) endverformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsrohr (1) an einer dreiteiligen Matrize (21) als Widerlager über drei um etwa 90° zueinander versetzte Bereiche einer Umfangshälfte (3) abgestützt und die gegenüberliegende Umfangshälfte (10) durch die Patrize (8) U-förmig eingedrückt wird, worauf die drei Teile (22, 23) der Matrize (21) und die Patrize (8) relativ zueinander verlagert und das U-förmig eingedrückte Ausgangsrohr (16) zum U-förmigen Profil (2) endverformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verprägungen in der Endposition der Patrize (8) mittels Ziehkissen oder anderer Werkzeugtechniken in das Profil (2) eingebracht werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer leistenartigen Patrize (8) mit konvex gekrümmter Kuppe (9) einerseits ein Widerlager (4) mit einer kreisabschnittsförmigen Mulde (7) und andererseits eine Matrize (14) mit U-förmiger Innenkontur (15) sowie bogenförmig divergierenden Mündungsabschnitten (17) austauschbar sowie relativ verlagerbar gegenüberliegend zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer leistenartigen Patrize (8) mit konvex gekrümmter Kuppe (9) eine auch die Funktion eines Widerlagers wahrnehmende dreiteilige Matrize (21) relativ verlagerbar gegenüberliegend zugeordnet ist, wobei sich die Matrize (21) aus einer der Patrize (8) frontal gegenüberliegenden Stützbacke (22) und aus zwei sich einerseits an der Stützbacke (2) und andererseits an einem die Patrize (8) tragenden Gegenlager (30) abstützenden seitlichen Formbacken (23) zusammensetzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützbacke (2) dachförmig gestaltet und ihre Kuppe (26) mit einer bogenförmigen Mulde (25) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Formbacken (23) mit sich an dachförmigen Schrägflächen (24) der Stützbacke (22) und an divergierenden Innenflächen (29) des Gegenlagers (30) abstützenden Schrägflächen (27, 28) versehen sind.
