Claims (2)
- 프레스기에 장착되며 파이프를 이용하여 얻고자 하는 빔의 단면형상을 기준으로 중앙부의 "U"형 내지는 "V"형 단면부 및 상기 단면부와 양측의 사각단면부 사이에 갖는 연장단면부의 성형을 담당하는 상,하금형과;상기 상,하금형 양측에 유압실린더에 의해 독립적인 작동이 가능하도록 설치되며 사각단면부의 성형을 담당하는 상,하패드금형과;파이프의 성형시 갖는 양측 중심선 상에 유압실린더에 의해 작동하도록 설치되며 파이프의 양측 내부에 삽입되어 빔의 내면형상유지를 담당하는 좌우캠과;이들을 제어하는 제어부로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차 후륜 현가계용 토션빔의 빔 제조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 좌우캠은 각각 빔의 사각단면부와 연장단면부의 내면형상과 같은 외형을 갖도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차 후륜 현가계용 토션빔의 빔 제조장치.
