Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Wechseln von Folienrollen mitMitteln (29, 30) zur Halterung einer ersten Folienrolle (26) in einer Arbeitsstellung (A), in der Folie bestimmungsgemäß von der Folienrolle (26) abziehbar und abtrennbar ist,einer Palette (14) zur Halterung einer zweiten Folienrolle (15) in einer Wartestellung (W),einer Hubeinrichtung (6) zum im wesentlichen vertikalen Verfahren der mittels der Palette (14) gehalterten zweiten Folienrolle (15) von der Wartestellung (W) in die Arbeitsstellung (A), wobei die erste Folienrolle (26) durch das Verfahren der zweiten Folienrolle (15) aus der Arbeitsstellung (A) entfernbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen mit der Palette (14) verbundenen verschwenkbaren Auswurfbügel (25) zum Entfernen der ersten Folienrolle (26) aus der Arbeitsstellung (A) beim Verfahren der zweiten Folienrolle (15). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagerollen (23) derart in unterschiedliche Aufnahmen (22a) einer Aufnahmehalterung (22) einlegbar sind, daß unterschiedliche Folien mit unterschiedlichen Folienrollendurchmessern ohne zusätzliche Einstellungen in der Vorrichtung einsetzbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch Mitttel (6a) zur Fixierung der Palette (14) auf der Hubsinrichtung (6).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Palette (14) auf einem Transportwagen (16) positionierbar ist, welcher derart in den Rahmen (1) der Vorrichtung einfahrbar ist, daß die auf der Palette (14) angeordnete zweite Folienrolle (15) in die Wartestellung (W) bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens zwei Zentrierbolzen (18) zur Festlegung der Position der Palette (14) auf dem Transportwagen (16).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit der ersten Folienrolle (26) in Wirkverbindung bringbare, antreibbare und/oder bremsbare Tanzerwalze (42).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch mit der ersten Folienrolle (26) in Wirkverbindung bringbare Meßmittel, insbesondere ein Meßrad (41), zur Messung von von der Folienrolle (26) abgezogener Folie und mit den Meßmitteln zusammenwirkende Signalerzeugungsmittel zur Ausgabe eines Signals an eine Steuervorrichtung der Mittel (6) zum Auslösen des Verfahrens der zweiten Folienrolle (15).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein an der Hubvorrichtung (6) oder der Palette (14) anbringbares Fixierrohr (24), an welchem ein abgezogener Folienanfang der zweiten Folienrolle (15) fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine Saugleiste (51), mittels der der am Fixierrohr (24) fixierte Folienanfang der zweiten Folienrolle (15) in eine definierte Position bezüglich der Arbeitsstellung (A) bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schneideinrichtung (52) zum Abschneiden der Folie zwischen Fixierrohr (24) und Saugleiste (51).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (29, 30) zur Halterung der ersten Folienrolle (26) in der Arbeitsstellung (A) betätigbare Konusaufnahmen (29) aufweist, welche zur Halterung der in der Arboitsstellung (A) befindlichen Folienrolle (26) axial an diese anstellbar, und bei bzw. vor Entfernen der Folienrolle (26) aus der Arbeitsstellung (A) von ihr wegfahrbar sind.
- Verfahren zum automatischen Wechseln von Folienrollen, insbesondere bei einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit folgenden Schritten:Anordnung einer ersten Folienrolle (26) in einer Arbeitsstellung (A), in der Folie bestimmungsgemäß von der Folienrolle (26) abziehbar und abtrennbar ist,Anordnung einer zweiten Folienrolle (15) in einer Wartestellung (W),bei Erzeugung eines entsprechenden Signals von mit der ersten Folienrolle (26) zusammenwirkenden Meßmitteln Verfahren der zweiten Folienrolle (13) von der Wartestellung in die Arbeitsstellung, wobei mittels einer mit der zweiten Folienrolle (15) verfahrbaren Auswurfeinrichtung (23) vor Erreichen der Arbeitsstellung (A) durch die zweite Folienrolle (15) die erste Folienrolle (26) aus der Arbeitsstellung (A) entfernbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Erzeugung des Signals bereits von der ersten Folienrolle (26) abgezogene und noch nicht abgetrennte Folie vor oder während des Verfahrens der zweiten Folienrolle (15) wieder auf die Folienrolle (26) aufgewickelt wird.
