Claims (27)
- Boítier, comportant un couvercle et un corps de boítier ajouré recevant une réserve de produit contenue dans une coupelle, ledit boítier étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un joint d'étanchéité (6 ; 26 ; 46 ; 56 ; 66 ; 86 ; 96) assujetti à la coupelle (5 ; 25 ; 45 ; 55 ; 65) et s'appliquant de manière étanche sur le corps de boítier (2), sans s'appliquer entièrement contre le corps de boítier, de manière à permettre une flexion du joint d'étanchéité.
- Boítier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité (6 ; 56) est réalisé d'un seul tenant avec le fond (10 ; 59) de la coupelle et dans le même matériau.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité comporte une jupe (9 ; 48 ; 58) s'appliquant avec friction sur la paroi du logement (4) du corps de boítier (2) dans lequel est reçue la coupelle.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ladite jupe (9) est pourvue de nervures axiales (20) réparties sur sa périphérie.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint (46 ; 56) s'applique de manière étanche sur la paroi dudit logement (4).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité est assujetti à une bague (11 ; 31 ; 49) en matière plastique relativement rigide servant à la fixation d'un tamis (13) sur la coupelle.
- Boítier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'une surface annulaire est ménagée sur la bague autour du tamis (13) pour servir à la fixation d'un opercule amovible.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité est surmoulé sur ladite bague (11 ; 49).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un couvercle (3) s'applique de façon étanche sur ledit joint d'étanchéité en position de fermeture.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité comporte une lèvre annulaire flexible (7 ; 27 ; 47 ; 57 ; 72).
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ledit joint d'étanchéité comporte à la base de ladite lèvre flexible un talon (8) qui s'applique de manière étanche sur le corps de boítier.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite lèvre flexible (27) s'applique de manière étanche sur le corps de boítier.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ladite lèvre flexible (27) s'applique de manière étanche sur le corps de boítier à sa périphérie, même lorsque le boítier est ouvert.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que ladite lèvre flexible (72) s'applique de manière étanche sur une nervure annulaire (74 ; 80) faisant saillie sur le corps de boítier.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle comporte une nervure annulaire (81) de plus grand diamètre que la nervure annulaire (74 ; 80) du corps de boítier, venant appuyer sur la lèvre flexible en position de fermeture du boítier.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la fait que le couvercle appuie sur la lèvre flexible (72) en position de fermeture du boítier sans compression sensible de l'extrémité libre de ladite lèvre.
- Boítier selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle comporte deux nervures annulaires concentriques (82, 81), de diamètres respectivement inférieur et supérieur à celui de ladite nervure annulaire (80) faisant saillie sur le corps de boítier, et qui appuient sur la lèvre flexible (72) respectivement de part et d'autre de la nervure annulaire (80) du corps de boítier.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle s'applique par sa périphérie (83), lorsqu'il est en position de fermeture, sur ladite lèvre flexible (72).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le joint d'étanchéité (86) comporte une partie périphérique ayant en section la forme générale d'un U inversé, comprenant deux branches (87, 88) logées dans une gorge (90) du corps de boítier et reliées par une partie arrondie (89) convexe vers l'extérieur.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle comporte un élément saillant (91), de préférence un joint d'étanchéité, qui vient prendre appui par son extrémité inférieure sur ladite partie arrondie (89).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le joint d'étanchéité (96) comporte une partie périphérique présentant en section des ondulations et s'appliquant de façon étanche par une arête inférieure (99) sur le corps de boítier.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le joint d'étanchéité définit deux gorges annulaires tournées vers le corps de boítier, lesdites gorges étant situées de part et d'autre d'une gorge centrale (97) tournée vers le couvercle lorsque le boítier est fermé, le joint d'étanchéité comportant au fond desdites gorges tournées vers le corps du boítier des appuis (102, 103) venus de moulage avec le joint d'étanchéité, ces appuis reposant sur le corps de boítier.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle comporte une nervure annulaire (98) venant s'engager dans ladite gorge centrale (97), lorsque le boítier est fermé.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le joint d'étanchéité comporte une partie périphérique ayant en section une forme généralement concave vers le corps de boítier, et par le fait qu'il est prévu dans la concavité de ladite partie périphérique un ou plusieurs éléments de rigidification (110 ; 111 ; 112 ; 115).
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le joint d'étanchéité comporte une pluralité d'éléments de rigidification s'étendant radialement (110 ; 111 ; 112) et venus de moulage avec le reste du joint.
- Boítier selon la revendication 24, caractérisé par le fait que le joint d'étanchéité comporte un élément de rigidification se présentant sous la forme d'une nervure annulaire (115) continue ou discontinue, s'étendant sur toute la hauteur de ladite partie périphérique.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'un du couvercle ou du corps du boítier comporte au moins une lumière réniforme (201) et par le fait que l'autre du couvercle ou du corps de boítier comporte un axe d'articulation (200) engagé dans ladite lumière, l'agencement de ladite lumière et dudit axe d'articulation étant tels que lorsque le couvercle est fermé, l'axe d'articulation peut se déplacer dans ladite lumière de manière à ce que le couvercle vienne appuyer sur le joint d'étanchéité d'une manière sensiblement uniforme.
