Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Schnee, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels einer geeigneten Vorrichtung in bekannter Weise und kontinuierlich Scherbeneis erzeugt wird, welches in einer Misch- und Blaseinheit mit Luft vermischt und ausgeblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnee direkt am Verwendungsort erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Erzeugung des Schnees auch bei Umgebungstemperaturen über dem Gefrierpunkt möglich ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich je nach Stellung des Zellenrades der Misch- und Blaseinheit zwischen dem Gehäuse und den Stegen des Zellenrades ein Hohlraum bildet, der über eine Einblasöffnung mit Druckluft beaufschlagt wird, so daß das Scherbeneis mit Luft vermischt und über eine Ausblasöffnung ausgeblasen wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Schnee, gekennzeichnet durch eine Rahmenanordnung (1) mit einem darauf angeordneten Scherbeneiserzeuger (3) zur kontinuierlichen Produktion von Scherbeneis, sowie einer Blas- und Mischeinheit (16) zum Zerkleinern, Vermischen mit Luft und Ausblasen des Scherbeneises.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenanordnung (1) mobil oder stationär ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scherbeneiserzeuger (3) aus einer zylindrischen Trommel (4) besteht, deren innere Oberfläche als Kühlmantel (26) ausgebildet ist, welcher mit Wasser benetzt wird, so daß sich eine Eisschicht bildet, die mittels eines um die Mittellängsachse der Trommel (4) rotierenden Eisschabers (34) kontinuierlich abgeschabt wird und als Scherbeneis (15) entnommen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Trommel (4) koaxial zum äußeren Kühlmantel (26) mindestens ein innerer Kühlmantel (27) angeordnet ist, der sowohl an seiner radial innenliegenden als auch an seiner radial außenliegenden Oberfläche mit Wasser benetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radial innenliegenden und der radial außenliegenden Oberfläche jeweils ein Eischaber (32, 33) zugeordnet ist, der um die Mittellängsachse der Trommel (4) rotiert und Scherbeneis (15) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radial außenliegende Eisschaber (34) über einen außenliegenden Antrieb angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Misch- und Blaseinheit (16) ein oben offenes Gehäuse (22) aufweist, in welchem ein rotierend angetriebenes Zellenrad (17) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im unteren Bereich des Gehäuses (22) eine Einblasöffnung (20) für die Zufuhr von Druckluft angeordnet ist und etwa gegenüberliegend der Einblasöffnung (20) eine Ausblasöffnung (21).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Misch- und Blaseinheit (16) direkt unterhalb des Scherbeneiserzeugers (3) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Scherbeneiserzeugers (3) eine Fördereinrichtung (24) angeordnet ist, die das erzeugte Scherbeneis (15) aufnimmt und zur Misch- und Blaseinheit (16) transportiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kälteerzeuger (8) vorgesehen ist, welcher die Kühlmäntel (26, 27) mit Kältefluid versorgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenanordnung (1) als Anhänger mit Rollen und/oder Kufen (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein separater Energieerzeuger (42) zur Versorgung der Vorrichtung mit Energie vorgesehen ist.
