Definitions

  • the invention relates to a surface cleaning vehicle according to the Preamble of claim 1.
  • a fan creates a negative pressure in the collection container, so that arranged by means of a rear of the vehicle Suction device consisting of a suction mouth and a suction line rubbish get into the collection container from the traffic area can.
  • the collection container has an emptying opening that lockable via a swiveling rear emptying flap is.
  • Known surface cleaning vehicles use a flexible Suction line to the chassis parts of the vehicle when routing the lines from the position of the suction mouth to the entry into to bypass the collection container while raising and to lower the suction mouth. Surrender there are sometimes very long lines and numerous bends, which the flow resistance in the suction line undesirable increase. Especially with an arrangement at the rear of the vehicle it is common to have the suction line in the upper area of the rear emptying flap through this into the collection container to lead. The suction line must then be such that it when the rear emptying flap is opened, its path also adapts.
  • US-4,160,302 describes a surface cleaning vehicle with a middle area of a collecting container arranged suction device, the at least one lifting and lowering suction mouth and one with the Suction pipe connected and leading into the collecting container having.
  • the suction line is essentially straight from the suction mouth inserted the collection container.
  • the suction line has a first the suction mouth extending to the bottom of the collecting container flexible section on which is a lifting and lowering of the suction allows.
  • the first section includes within the Collection container arranged second section, which in a deflection and Raises the calming area of the collecting container.
  • the emptying of the Collection container is via a swiveling emptying flap at the rear possible. There is also the possibility of the entire collection container from uncouple the vehicle.
  • a rear-side arrangement of the suction device or the suction line allows larger radii (FR-A-2 408 691).
  • the rear arrangement requires however, a suction line that is not a hindrance during the emptying process.
  • the object of the invention is based on this prior art based on a surface cleaning vehicle with a suction device to improve in that on the one hand low flow losses in the Suction line are available, on the other hand with a rear arrangement the emptying process is not hindered by the suction line.
  • This task is performed on a surface cleaning vehicle the preamble of claim 1 by the in the characterizing Part specified features solved.
  • the invention avoids long when guiding the suction line Ways.
  • the suction line runs from the suction mouth to the collecting container, into which it enters through its bottom in the rear section, straight. This results in a very short cable routing the both because of their brevity and because of the waiver a very low flow resistance on every curve having.
  • a hindrance when emptying the collection container through the further up into the redirection and calming space protruding suction line is divided by the Suction line into the lower section and the upper section, who when opening the rear emptying flap from the Removable area of the discharge opening is avoided.
  • a seal is arranged in the suction line. This seal ensures that the pressure ratios throughout Not suction line when the rear emptying flap is closed through the transition from the first to the second section of the suction line are influenced and therefore the entire intake Garbage only through the upper end of the suction line into the collection container exit.
  • a further development provides that the collection container for emptying is tiltable and that between that in the collection container entering first section of the suction line and a recess a seal is arranged in the bottom of the collecting container is. This seal allows when the collection container is tilted a separation of its bottom from the first section of the Suction line for the purpose of emptying, but ensures one pressure tight closure between a recess in the bottom of the Container and the suction line during cleaning operation.
  • Suction mouth arranged under the rear of the collecting container. There in the suction line can not interfere with this part of the chassis at any position of the suction mouth over the Width of the vehicle viewed directly from the suction mouth be led to the bottom of the collecting container. This applies also, if several suction mouths and suction lines in parallel next to each other available.
  • the suction mouth is preferably coaxial when lifting and lowering led to the axis of the suction line.
  • the suction line will then only on compression or extension, however no longer subjected to bending. This does not result in any additional Length reserve of the suction line required.
  • the suction line runs perpendicular to the contact area of the vehicle. This orientation leads to the shortest connection between the suction mouth and the bottom of the collecting container.
  • the first section or part of the first section of the Suction line can be designed as a corrugated hose. There with this version does not seal any parts that can move against each other this version is characterized by a high level of tightness against secondary air.
  • the first section or part of the first Section of the suction line as a telescope made of rigid pipe parts be trained.
  • the Interior walls apart from one or more changes in diameter because of the telescope construction make it completely smooth. This results in a minimal flow resistance.
  • the surface cleaning vehicle 10 shows a surface cleaning vehicle 10, which comprises a collecting container 12 for receiving rubbish. An additional water tank can be placed under the bottom of the collecting tank 12 may be arranged.
  • the surface cleaning vehicle 10 further includes a suction device 14 for receiving von Waste and one not shown in this drawing Fan, the one in the container 12 for operation the suction device 14 generates the required negative pressure.
  • the suction device 14 is at the rear of the surface cleaning vehicle 10 arranged, immediately behind the Rear axle 16 under the rear projection of the collecting container 12.
  • the suction device 14 comprises a suction mouth 18 and a suction line 20 through the bottom 22 of the collecting container 12 enters this.
  • the suction line 20 is vertical aligned and runs completely straight from the suction mouth 18 to its upper outlet opening 24. Due to the negative pressure in the collecting container 12 there is a volume flow in the suction device 14 generates the 18 rubbish when the suction mouth is lowered from the traffic area 26 through the suction mouth 18 and the suction line 20 carries in the collection container 12, where the Rubbish then deposited.
  • the outlet opening 24 of the suction line 20 ends in front of one Baffle plate 28 in a deflection and calming area 30 of the Collection container 12.
  • the contents of the collection container 12 can passed through a discharge opening 32 to a landfill become.
  • the emptying opening 32 is through a rear emptying flap 34 closed in operation and can be used for purposes be opened for emptying.
  • the suction line 20 divided into a first section 36 that is flush closes with the bottom 22 of the collecting container 12 and into one second section 38, with the rear emptying flap closed 34 forms the continuation of the first section 36.
  • This second section 38 is with the rear emptying flap 34 connected. As a result, it opens when the rear emptying flap is opened 34 from the area of the emptying opening 32 the collecting container 12 removed and in again when closing brought a position in continuation of the first section 36.
  • the second section 38 is in one integrated inner projection 40 of the rear emptying flap 34.
  • the outlet opening 24 of the suction line 20 is from a flat area 42 which borders the formation of dirt pockets helps to avoid.
  • a suction seal 20 is arranged between the first section 36 and the second section 38 .
  • a seal between the first section 36 of the suction line 20 and the bottom 22 of the collecting container 12 are arranged.
  • the seals are designed here as a common seal 44.
  • the collection container 12 can be tilted for emptying and detached from the first section 36 of the suction line 20 become. After swiveling back, the seal then forms again a pressure-tight seal between the recess in the Bottom 22 of the collecting container 12 and the first section 36 the suction line 20.
  • the suction mouth 18 can be raised by means of a lifting cylinder 46 and be lowered.
  • a linear guide 48 ensures that when lifting and lowering the suction mouth 18 this coaxially Axis of the suction line 20 is guided.
  • a compression of the suction line 20 and when lowering Allowing expansion is part of the suction line 20 designed as a corrugated hose.
  • FIG. 2 In the schematic view of the rear area of the surface cleaning vehicle 10 from the rear according to FIG. 2 are three Suction devices 14 across the width of the surface cleaning vehicle 10 distributed.
  • the suction mouth 18 and suction lines 20th are designed and arranged so that they cover the entire Cover the width of the surface cleaning vehicle 10.
  • suction device 14 Due to the described design of the suction device 14 can the surface cleaning vehicle 10 with significantly less Satisfactory cleaning performance using energy provide as known designs. When calling for high-quality cleaning results can be achieved with more compact Fans can be reached. Doing so will be straight forward guided suction line 20 only the dirt absorption performance even more stable compared to known designs and also affects much lower flow resistance.
