Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von Materialbahnen aus Verpackungsmaterial oder dergleichen, nämlich eines Neuanfangs (59) einer Neubahn (34) mit einem Ablaufende (58) einer Ablaufbahn (29), durch Verkleben bzw. durch ein Tape (60), wobei die Ablaufbahn (29) und die Neubahn (34) je gesondert durch Klemmorgane (49, 50; 51, 52) erfasst und durch ein Trennmesser (56) durchtrennt werden unter Bildung von einander in derselben Ebene benachbarten Bahnenden, die miteinander verbunden werden, mit den folgenden weiteren Merkmalen:a) der Neuanfang (59) der Neubahn (34) wird durch einen Bahnabholer (44) an der Neubobine (30) erfasst, von dieser abgezogen und in einer Ebene versetzt zur Ebene der Ablaufbahn (29) bereitgehalten,b) die Klemmorgane, nämlich Klemmstücke (51, 52) zum klemmenden Erfassen des Neuanfangs (59) der Neubahn (34) sind in einer Ebene versetzt zur Ablaufbahn (29) angeordnet, derart, dass der Neuanfang (59) der Neubahn (34) durch den Bahnabholer (24) zwischen den auseinander bewegten Klemmstücken (51, 52) hindurchbewegbar ist,c) die Ablaufbahn (29) wird zwischen den auf Abstand voneinander angeordneten und versetzt zum Neuanfang (59) der Neubahn (34) positionierten Klemmstücken (49, 50) hindurchgefördert,d) die Ablaufbahn (29) und die Neubahn (34) werden durch die zugeordneten Klemmstücke ((49, 50 einerseits) und (51, 52 andererseits)) klemmend erfasst,e) die Klemmstücke (49, 50; 51, 52) werden sodann mit der klemmend erfassten Ablaufbahn (58) und der Neubahn (34) in eine gemeinsame Ebene bewegt, wobei die Ablaufbahn (58) und Neubahn (34) durchtrennt und die gebildeten, einander zugekehrten Bahnenden miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung des Anfangsstücks (35) der Neubahn (34) eine geschlossene äußere Umhüllung einer Neubobine (30) bzw. eine geschlossene äußere Lage der Neubahn (34) in Axialrichtung durchtrennt wird, insbesondere derart, dass mindestens ein freier Bahnschenkel (38, 39) der Neubahn (34) infolge Eigengewichts frei hängend gebildet wird und dass der Bahnschenkel (38, 39) auf bzw. an der Neubobine (30) erfasst und ein Anfangsstück (35) von der Neubobine (30) abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein von der Ablaufbahn (29) abgetrenntes, mit einer Ablaufbobine (28) verbundenes Endstück (36) durch gegenläufige Drehbewegung der Ablaufbobine (28) auf diese aufgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das durch Aufwickeln auf der Ablaufbobine (28) gesammelte Endstück (36) der Ablaufbahn (29) und/oder das von der Neubahn (34) abgetrennte Anfangsstück (35) in einen Behälter (57) gefördert wird, wobei das Endstück (36) der Ablaufbahn (29) von der Ablaufbobine (28) abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein auf dem Arbeitszapfen (26) der Ablaufbobine (28) verbleibender Bobinenkern (11) in axialer Richtung vom Arbeitszapfen (26) abgezogen und in einen Sammelbehälter (62) gefördert wird, vorzugsweise nach dem Beseitigen des Endstücks (36) der Ablaufbahn (29).
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Materialbahnen aus Verpackungsmaterial oder dergleichen durch Verkleben bzw. durch ein Tape (60) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, beinhaltend einen Verbindungsaggregat (40) mit zwei Paaren von Klemmstücken (49, 50; 51, 52), nämlich Klemmstücke (49, 50) zum Erfassen der Neubahn (34) und Klemmstücke (51, 52) zum Erfassen der Ablaufbahn (29) und mit einem hin- und herbewegbaren Bahnabholer (44), durch den der Neuanfang (59) der Neubahn (34) im Bereich einer Neubobine (30) erfassbar ist, von dieser abziehbar ist und zwischen den auseinander bewegten Klemmstücken (51, 52) hindurchbewegbar ist in eine Endposition des Bahnabhholers (44), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Paare (49, 50; 51, 52) zum Erfassen der Neubahn (34) und Ablaufbahn (29) in zueinander versetzten Ebenen angeordnet werden können, wobei die Klemmstücke (51, 52) für die Neubahn (34) quer bewegbar sind zur Ausrichtung mit den Klemmstücken (49, 50) für die Ablaufbahn (29) mit einem Trennmesser (56) zum Durchtrennen des Neuanfangs (59) der Neubahn (34) und des Ablaufendes (58) der Ablaufbahn (29).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vom Bahnabholer (44) abgezogene Anfangsstück (35) der Neubahn (34) an einen Bahnförderer übergebbar ist, insbesondere an eine Förderwalze (53) mit andrückbarer Gegenwalze (54), durch die ein weiteres Teilstück der Neubahn (34) von der Neubobine (30) abziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Bilden eines freien Anfangsstücks (35) der Neubahn (34) eine geschlossene Umhüllung bzw. äußere Lage der Neubobine (30) in axialer Richtung durchtrennbar ist unter Bildung mindestens eines Bahnschenkels (38, 39), wobei der Abholer (44) einen der Bahnschenkel (38, 39) erfasst und von der Neubahn (34) abzieht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablaufbobine (28) und die Neubobine (30) je auf einem Tragzapfen angeordnet sind, nämlich auf einem Arbeitszapfen (26) bzw. einem Vorratszapfen (27), wobei die Arbeitszapfen (26, 27) mit Ablaufbobine (28) und Neubobine (30) an einem gemeinsamen, zweiarmigen Bobinenarm (23, 24) angeordnet sind, der um ein mittiges Drehlager (25) drehbar ist und wobei der Bobinenarm (23, 24) in einer Bearbeitungsposition der Ablaufbobine (28) oder Neubobine (30) in einer schräggerichteten Position angeordnet und die jeweils zu bearbeitende Bobine nach unten weist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einander zugeordnete Klemmstücke (49, 50) einerseits und (51, 52) andererseits in getrieblicher Verbindung zueinander stehen, derart, dass obere Klemmstücke (49, 51 ) in einer festen Ausgangsposition angeordnet und untere Klemmstücke (50, 52) in Richtung auf die feststehenden Klemmstücke (49, 51) bewegbar sind, vorzugsweise durch einen gemeinsamen Kurbeltrieb (95).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens je ein Klemmstück (49, 51) der einander paarweise gegenüberliegenden Klemmstücke elastisch gelagert ist, vorzugsweise durch Verbindung mit Zugfedern (87) bzw. (104), wobei die jeweils durch Antrieb bewegbaren Klemmstücke (50, 52) bis zur Anlage an den elastisch gelagerten Klemmstücken (49, 51) zum Festklemmen der Ablaufbahn (29) bzw. der Neubahn (34) bewegbar und gegen die elastische Kraft darüber hinaus bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kurbeltrieb (95) mit einem auf- und abbewegbaren Träger verbunden ist, insbesondere mit einem Schlitten (92), an dem unmittelbar ein Druckstück (52) angebracht ist und der über Druckfedern (94) auf ein anderes bewegbares Klemmstück (52) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmesser (56) zum Durchtrennen der Bahnen - Ablaufbahn (29) und Neubahn (34) - durch Aufwärtsbewegung aus einer unteren Position zuerst die Neubahn (34) und danach die Ablaufbahn (29) durchtrennt, wobei vorzugsweise das Trennmesser gegen elastischen Druck bewegbar an einem Druckstück (52) angeordnet und durch einen gesonderten Antrieb zur Durchführung eines Trennschnitts aufwärtsbewegbar ist, insbesondere durch einen Druckhebel (99), der bei Aufwärtsbewegung des Druckstücks (52) von einem feststehenden Nocken (101) beaufschlagbar ist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Druckstück (51) zum Erfassen einer Bahn - Neubahn (34) - in einer Klemmposition unterhalb der Bewegungsebene der anderen Bahn - Ablaufbahn (29) - positioniert und nach Durchführung des Trennschnitts in eine Position oberhalb von Ablaufbahn (29) und Neubahn (34) bewegbar und zur Rückkehr in die (untere) Ausgangsstellung seitwärts und sodann zur Ausgangsposition bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tape (60) durch einen bewegbaren Tapehalter (51) den Bahnen - Ablaufbahn (29), Neubahn (34) - zustellbar ist, wobei der Tapehalter (61) einen Haltekopf (81) aufweist, an dem das Tape (60) durch Saugluft gehalten ist, wobei der vorzugsweise winkelförmig ausgebildete Tapehalter (61) durch Schwenkbewegung aus einer Position mit nach oben weisendem Haltekopf (81) durch Schwenkbewegung in eine Position mit nach unten weisendem Haltekopf (108) bewegbar ist.
