Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von Materialbahnen aus Verpackungsmaterial oder dergleichen, nämlich eines Neuanfangs (59) einer Neubahn (34) mit einem Ablaufende (58) einer Ablaufbahn (29), durch Verkleben bzw. durch ein Tape (60), wobei die Ablaufbahn (29) und die Neubahn (34) durch Klemmen erfaßt, durchtrennt und das so gebildete Ablaufende (58) mit dem Neuanfang (59) verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablaufbahn (29) einerseits und die Neubahn (34) andererseits je für sich klemmend erfaßt und von der Ablaufbahn (29) sowie von der Neubahn (34) je ein Anfangsstück (35) bzw. ein Endstück (36) abgetrennt werden und daß die so gebildeten Enden, nämlich Ablaufende (58) und Neuanfang (59), in einer gemeinsamen Ebene benachbart zueinander positioniert werden zum Verbinden bzw. zum Anbringen des Tapes (60).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung des Anfangsstücks (35) der Neubahn (34) eine geschlossene äußere Umhüllung einer Neubobine (30) bzw. eine geschlossene äußere Lage der Neubahn (34) in Axialrichtung durchtrennt wird, insbesondere derart, daß mindestens ein freier Bahnschenkel (38, 39) der Neubahn (34) infolge Eigengewichts frei hängend gebildet wird und daß der Bahnschenkel (38, 39) auf bzw. an der Neubobine (30) erfaßt und ein Anfangsstück (35) von der Neubobine (30) abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von der Neubobine (30) abgezogene Anfangsstück (35) der Neubahn (34) durch ein Verbindungsaggregat (40) hindurchgezogen wird, insbesondere in einer Ebene parallel zur Förderebene der Ablaufbahn (29).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein von der Ablaufbahn (29) abgetrenntes Endstück (36) durch gegenläufige Drehbewegung auf die Ablaufbobine (28) aufgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durch Aufwickeln auf der Ablaufbobine (28) gesammelte Endstück (36) der Ablaufbahn (29) und/oder das von der Neubahn (34) abgetrennte Anfangsstück (35) in einen Behälter (57) gefördert wird, wobei das Endstück (36) der Ablaufbahn (29) von der Ablaufbobine (28) abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf dem Arbeitszapfen (26) verbleibender Bobinenkern (11) in axialer Richtung vom Arbeitszapfen (26) abgezogen und in einen Sammelbehälter (62) gefördert wird, vorzugsweise nach dem Beseitigen des Endstücks (36) der Ablaufbahn (29).
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Material bahnen aus Verpackungsmaterial oder dergleichen, nämlich eines Neuanfangs (59) einer Neubahn (34) mit einem Ablaufende (58) einer Ablaufbahn (29), wobei Ablaufbahn (29) und Neubahn (34) durch Klemmstücke (49, 50; 51, 52) erfaßbar und Ablaufbahn (29) sowie Neubahn (34) durch ein Trennmesser (56) durchtrennbar sind zur Bildung von durch ein Tape (60) miteinander zu verbindenden Enden - Ablaufende (56) und Neuanfang (59) -, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ablaufbahn (29) einerseits und der Neubahn (34) andererseits zugeordnete Klemmstücke (49, 50) bzw. (51, 52) unabhängig voneinander zum Fixieren der Ablaufbahn (29) bzw. Neubahn (34) betätigbar und Ablaufbahn (29) sowie Neubahn (34) aufeinanderfolgend durchtrennbar sind, wobei die Klemmstücke (49, 50) und (51, 52) mit den durchtrennten Bahnen in eine gemeinsame Ebene bewegbar sind zum Anbringen des Tapes (60).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Klemmstücke (49, 50) einerseits und (51, 52) andererseits in zueinander versetzten Ebenen positioniert sind entsprechend den Bewegungsebenen von Ablaufbahn (29) und Neubahn (34) und daß die Klemmstücke (49, 50; 51, 52) mit den durchtrennten Bahnenden - Ablaufende (58), Neuanfang (59) - in eine gemeinsame Ebene bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmstücke Teil eines Verbindungsaggregats (40) sind, durch das die Ablaufbahn (29) ständig hindurchläuft, wobei die anzuschließende Neubahn (34) durch einen hin- und herbewegbaren Bahnabholer (44) von der Neubahn (34) ab- und durch das Verbindungsaggregat (40) hindurchziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vom Bahnabholer (44) abgezogene Anfangsstück (35) der Neubahn (34) an einen Bahnförderer übergebbar ist, insbesondere an eine Förderwalze (53) mit andrückbarer Gegenwalze (54), durch die ein weiteres Teilstück der Neubahn (34) von der Neubobine (30) abziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Erfassen eines Anfangs einer Materialbahn, insbesondere eines freien Endes bzw. eines Bahnschenkels (38, 39) einer als Bobine gewickelten Neubahn (34), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bahnabholer (44) einen hin- und herbewegbaren Greifer (67) aufweist zum Erfassen der Bahn, insbesondere eines Anfangsstücks (35) der Neubahn (34), wobei der Greifer (62) mindestens zwei Halteorgane aufweist, insbesondere Klemmbacken (69, 70), in die bei geöffneter Position eine gebildete Schlaufe (73) bzw. Falte der Bahn bzw. Neubahn (34) zum klemmenden Erfassen einführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erfassen der Bahn bzw. Neubahn (34) durch den Greifer (67) ein Abschnitt der Bahn zusammenschiebbar ist unter Bildung einer seitwärtsgerichteten Schlaufe (73) im Bereich der Klemmbacke (69, 70), wobei am Greifer (67) bewegbare Halteorgane zum Erfassen der Bahn bzw. Neubahn (34) angeordnet sind, nämlich vorzugsweise zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Sauger (74, 75), die die Bahn erfassen und durch Verringerung des Abstandes zwischen den Saugern (74, 75) die zu erfassende Schlaufe (73) bzw. Falte bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Bilden eines freien Anfangsstücks (35) der Neubahn (34) eine geschlossene Umhüllung bzw. äußere Lage der Neubobine (30) in axialer Richtung durchtrennbar ist unter Bildung mindestens eines Bahnschenkels (38, 39), wobei der Abholer (44) einen der Bahnschenkel (38, 39) erfaßt und von der Neubahn (34) abzieht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablaufbobine (28) und die Neubobine (30) je auf einem Tragzapfen angeordnet sind, nämlich auf einem Arbeitszapfen (26) bzw. einem Vorratszapfen (27), wobei die Arbeitszapfen (26, 27) mit Ablaufbobine (28) und Neubobine (30) an einem gemeinsamen, zweiarmigen Bobinenarm (23, 24) angeordnet sind, der um ein mittiges Drehlager (25) drehbar ist und wobei der Bobinenarm (23, 24) in einer Bearbeitungsposition der Ablaufbobine (28) oder Neubobine (30) in einer schräggerichteten Position angeordnet und die jeweils zu bearbeitende Bobine nach unten weist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Klemmstücke (51, 52) zum Erfassen der Neubahn (34) bzw. des Anfangsstücks (35) benachbart zu einer Eintrittsseite der Material bahnen innerhalb des Verbindungsaggregats (40) und Klemmstücke (49, 50) zum Erfassen der Ablaufbahn (29) auf der einer Austrittsseite der Materialbahnen zugeordneten Seite angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einander zugeordnete Klemmstücke (49, 50) einerseits und (51, 52) andererseits in getrieblicher Verbindung zueinander stehen, insbesondere derart, daß obere Klemmstücke (49, 51) in einer festen Ausgangsposition angeordnet und untere Klemmstücke (50, 52) in Richtung auf die feststehenden Klemmstücke (49, 51) bewegbar sind, vorzugsweise durch einen gemeinsamen Kurbeltrieb (95).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens je ein Klemmstück (49, 51) der einander paarweise gegenüberliegenden Klemmstücke elastisch gelagert ist, vorzugsweise durch Verbindung mit Zugfedern (87) bzw. (104), wobei die jeweils durch Antrieb bewegbaren Klemmstücke (50, 52) bis zur Anlage an den elastisch gelagerten Klemmstücken (49, 51) zum Festklemmen der Ablaufbahn (29) bzw. der Neubahn (34) bewegbar und gegen die elastische Kraft darüber hinaus bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurbeltrieb (95) mit einem auf- und abbewegbaren Träger verbunden ist, insbesondere mit einem Schlitten (92), an dem unmittelbar ein Druckstück (52) angebracht ist und der über Druckfedern (94) auf ein anderes bewegbares Klemmstück (52) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennmesser (56) zum Durchtrennen der Bahnen - Ablaufbahn (29) und Neubahn (34) - durch Aufwärtsbewegung aus einer unteren Position zuerst die Neubahn (34) und danach die Ablaufbahn (29) durchtrennt, wobei vorzugsweise das Trennmesser gegen elastischen Druck bewegbar an einem Druckstück (52) angeordnet und durch einen gesonderten Antrieb zur Durchführung eines Trennschnitts aufwärtsbewegbar ist, insbesondere durch einen Druckhebel (99), der bei Aufwärtsbewegung des Druckstücks (52) von einem feststehenden Nocken (101) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Druckstück (51) zum Erfassen einer Bahn - Neubahn (34) - in einer Klemmposition unterhalb der Bewegungsebene der anderen Bahn - Ablaufbahn (29) - positioniert und nach Durchführung des Trennschnitts in eine Position oberhalb von Ablaufbahn (29) und Neubahn (34) bewegbar und zur Rückkehr in die (untere) Ausgangsstellung seitwärts und sodann zur (unteren) Ausgangsposition bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tape (60) durch einen bewegbaren Tapehalter (51) den Bahnen - Ablaufbahn (29), Neubahn (34) - zustellbar ist, wobei der Tapehalter (61) einen Haltekopf (81) aufweist, an dem das Tape (60) durch Saugluft gehalten ist, wobei der vorzugsweise winkelförmig ausgebildete Tapehalter (61) durch Schwenkbewegung aus einer Position mit nach oben weisendem Haltekopf (81) durch Schwenkbewegung in eine Position mit nach unten weisendem Haltekopf (108) bewegbar ist.
