Definitions
- the invention relates to an open-end rotor spinning device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Each spin box housing has an extractable rotor housing, in which the rotor cup is mounted on support disks Spinning rotor rotates.
- the rotor housing which is open to the front is during the spinning process by a cover element locked.
- this known rotor spinning device has a pivotable design stored lid element also a Sliver opening device, which, as usual, in essentially from a sliver feed cylinder, one in one Opening roller housing rotating opening roller and one itself extending between the opening roller and the spinning rotor, one-piece fiber guide channel.
- Spin box can be opened.
- the cover element unlocked and folded down about a pivot axis, which in the rear spinning box area.
- the drive whorl Opening roller comes both the drive whorl Opening roller and the end of the Sliver feed cylinder arranged worm wheel except Engagement with the associated drive means, that is, the rotatable components of the sliver opening device run to a standstill.
- a lever linkage braking of the spinning rotor initiated.
- the rotor spinning device according to DE 43 04 088 A1 describes a rotor spinning device with a removable cover element, which is detachably supported via a fork-like receptacle on a correspondingly shaped bearing attached to the wall of the spinning box housing. This means that the cover element can be removed transversely to its pivot axis, which is in the area of the machine-long drive shaft for the fiber ribbon feed cylinder, from its mounting on the spinning box housing without any securing elements or the like having to be released beforehand.
- the invention has the object based on improving such rotor spinning devices.
- the inventive connection of the pivoted Cover element to the spin box housing by means of sliding stored, controllable locking bolt has the Advantage that on the one hand a secure locking of the Cover element on the spin box housing both during the Spinning process is guaranteed as well as in the open state and on the other hand if necessary, for example to the Aggregates of the integrated in the cover element Sliver opening device Adjustment or cleaning work should be performed by simply removing the Cover element the accessibility of the spin box and the Cover element can be significantly improved. After The cover element can then also be completed can be easily reinstalled. To install and remove the Cover element is neither a tool necessary nor fall any time-consuming adjustment work.
- the Locking bolt as set out in claim 2 above rotationally symmetrical bearing approaches that in the installed state of the Cover element in corresponding bearing shells in the Connection cheeks of the spin box housing are positioned.
- the rotatable bearing approaches of the Locking bolts form a pivot axis around which the Lid element is pivotally mounted when opening the spin box.
- the locking bolts are each permanently acted upon by a spring element. That means the locking bolts are constantly in mind Extend locking bolt "applied, so that it is ensured in a simple manner that the cover element during normal "operations are always reliably attached to the spin box housing.
- the two are Locking bolt via a gear arrangement, preferably consisting of articulated lever linkages, a connecting means and an operating lever with each other coupled.
- the locking bolts can be easily Way evenly over a common operating lever controlled, that is, from their bearing shells if necessary withdrawn in the connecting cheeks of the spin box housing become.
- the actuating lever is arranged so that it is only accessible when the cover element is open (claim 5). This means that the cover element can only be removed in an operating state in which it is reliably ensured that the equipment (spinning rotor, opening roller) rotating at high speed during the spinning operation is already shut down.
- open-end spinning device 1 is Part of an open-end spinning machine, not shown.
- Such open-end spinning machines have one A large number of these open-end spinning devices arranged side by side in rows 1 on.
- the open-end spinning devices 1 are with their spin box housing 2 on (not shown) Machine frame of the open-end spinning machine attached.
- spin box housing 2 On this spin box housing 2 is a 3 via mounting brackets Bearing block 4 fixed, which carries a support disc bearing 5.
- a support disc bearing 5 In the gussets of the support disc bearing 5 is with his Rotor shaft 8 supported a spinning rotor 17, the Spin cup 21 at high speed in a rotor housing 6 circulates.
- the spinning rotor 17 is driven via a machine-long tangential belt 9, which by a Pressure roller 19 is placed on the rotor shaft 8.
- a cover element 10 lies with a so-called channel plate or with a recessed in the channel plate Lip seal 18 on the rotor housing 6 airtight.
- the cover element 10 is about a pivot axis 16 limited rotatably mounted and has a Sliver opening device, which consists essentially of a in an opening roller housing 15 rotating opening roller 11 and there is a sliver feed cylinder 12.
- the Opening roller 11 is over a machine-long Tangential belt 13, the sliver feed cylinder 12 preferably via a worm gear or machine-long drive shaft 14 driven.
- that is Opening roller 11 as usual, via one in FIGS. 1 and 2 only indicated fiber guide channel to the spinning rotor 17 connected.
- the cover element 10 is removable on the spin box housing 2 fixed and can if necessary via the inventive and Unlocking device 20 easily disassembled or assembled become.
- the locking and unlocking device 20 shown in FIGS and Figure 4, partially in section, has two in Bearing brackets 22, displaceably mounted locking bolts 23 on.
- the locking bolts 23 are in the sense of a compression spring 24
- the two locking bolts 23 are connected in an articulated manner via lever linkages 25, 25 'to a rotatably mounted connecting means 26, which can be rotated in the direction of arrow S via an actuating lever 27.
- the Actuating lever 27, for example manually in position 27 ' be relocated. With this shift, it will Connection means 26 about its axis of rotation 32 in the direction of Arrow S pivots and moves over the Lever linkage 25, 25 ', the locking bolt 23 against Spring force of the compression springs 24, in a (not shown) Unlocked position. When pulling back, they slide Bearing approaches 29 of the locking bolt 23 from the Bearing shells 30 which in the connecting cheeks 31 of the Spinnboxgeotrouses 2 are arranged. The cover element 10 is thereby from the connecting cheeks 31 of the spin box housing 2 uncoupled and can be easily removed.
- the cover element 10 is installed in the reverse manner Order in a similarly simple way.
- the locking bolts 23 are first withdrawn via the actuating lever 27 and the cover element 10 is inserted between the connecting cheeks 31 of the spin box housing 2 in such a way that the bearing projections 29 of the locking bolts 23 are positioned centrally in front of the bearing shells 30 arranged in the connecting cheeks 31 are.
- the bearing lugs 29, which have a chamfer 33 at the end then slide into the bearing shells 30 under the pressure of the spring elements 24, so that the cover element 10 is again connected to the spinning box housing 12 with limited movement.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- eine in Betriebsstellung befindliche Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung mit einem schwenkbar gelagerten, leicht abnehmbaren Deckelelement, in Seitenansicht,
