Definitions
- the invention relates to a coil former Braiding machine that has at least one thread guide.
- Coil carriers of a braiding machine are also called bobbins designated.
- the bobbins are inside the braiding machine guided along curved slideways in one plane so that the threads, yarns or wires of the from Z. B. the bobbin moves the threads left to right, Yarns or wires of the reversed at the same time Alternately tie and stop the bobbin.
- Each bobbin or bobbin consists of one Bobbin base, on the underside of which the guide bobbin foot with so-called. Shuttle is located. On the opposite of the bobbin foot The surface of the bobbin base is the so-called coil axis, on the one as a yarn or thread storage serving coil is pluggable. Furthermore, the Bobbin base still structures for the arrangement of thread guides as well as mechanisms for triggering an automatic Exposing the braiding machine, e.g. B. in the event of faults in the yarn or Thread flow.
- the yarn drawn off the bobbin runs over thread guides (Wire) or the thread to the so-called braiding point.
- Thread guides Wire
- a perfect braid is an even one Thread tension during the running of the braiding machine, so required during the movement of the clapper.
- Thread tension is usually generated in that the drawn yarn or the thread from the bobbin first runs over a fixed thread guide. Under education The thread then runs in a more or less narrow bay via a movable, spring-loaded thread guide and from there finally to a fixed thread guide, from which the thread or yarn leads to the braiding point is.
- Thread guides which, in order to counteract wear, are provided with ceramic thread eyes.
- a thread end must be threaded through the thread eyes, before the braiding machine can start. Threading is required after changing each coil, but also especially after a thread while the machine is running or yarn is broken. Threading a thread end through closed thread eyes or eyelets from z.
- ceramic material is labor intensive. Therefore it will also open on one side, i.e. slotted eyes or eyes used. These can change while the machine is running solve so that they usually in the designated Brackets of a thread guide are glued in.
- Ceramic thread eyes or eyelets are subject to one Wear and need to be replaced from time to time become, which is made considerably more difficult by gluing. In addition, replacement is also required if a different type of braid on a braiding machine should be produced because there are for every braid again special thread guides adapted to it required.
- the invention has for its object a bobbin to create a bobbin for a braiding machine, if necessary, its thread guide in the shortest possible time are interchangeable.
- the interchangeability is recorded of course also replacing worn out ones Thread guide.
- the latching offers the advantage of a quick change connection.
- the secure hold of the thread guide on Coil carrier is designed accordingly designed, mutually operable Form-locking elements causes, the latching unintentional loosening of the connection once established or bracket prevented.
- the latching can of course also be resolved if necessary that then the connection between the coil carrier and the the respective thread guide is immediately canceled. Thread guide can be easily and quickly replaced if necessary.
- the locking in a resilient way and Way is done.
- a spring-elastic latching can be if necessary, especially easy to solve again by one Latching, in an advantageous manner
- Predeterminable spring preload is overcome.
- This can a thread guide be designed so that it can be used with simple hand-operated tools turned, pulled or onto others Is moved so that the one generating the locking Spring preload is counteracted until the catch is canceled.
- each catch is an attachment part located on the bobbin and comprises a connecting part provided on the thread guide, which, overcoming too elastic shape change leading attachment forces, can be locked with the attachment part.
- Attaching part and connecting part can thus, using appropriate attaching forces, a so-called.
- Snap connection with which the thread guide is held securely on the one hand but is also locked against unintentional loosening at the same time.
- Attachment parts are in areas of the bobbin or Bobbin arranged in which to attach a thread guide is. Prefabricated attachments can be sent to the corresponding Components of a bobbin or bobbin can be mounted. This is useful for equipping with attachments Lace on the existing top, mostly as a parallel columnar side part running to the coil axis is trained. The top end of the side panel faces mostly a laterally projecting flap part, which serves to support the free end of the coil axis.
- the top is essentially a Plastic elements formed assembly is.
- the Assembly can be made from appropriately shaped Plastic elements exist, which may be required Metal parts can be combined.
- each attachment part one the corresponding plastic element of the upper part arranged formation is.
- An assembly process separate Attachments are not required. Natural sliding properties of the Plastic when snapping the thread guide onto the Plastic attachments are advantageously used. This enables the application forces to be overcome decrease with the attachments when they are off Plastic exist, also with appropriate Shapes, such as B. sloping ramp edges, Undercuts and the like can be provided, which attach and lock the thread guides with the Easier attachments.
- each thread guide also points a thread guide section. This is an advantage open on one side, thereby threading one of the Bobbin running yarn or thread essential is facilitated.
- Each thread guide is a bent part with particular advantage made of spring steel wire.
- the spring steel wire can be used Bend advantage so that the thread guide section U-shaped is trained.
- the following curved one Connecting part of the thread guide can be used as a spring clip acting, also approximately U-shaped foot section his.
- the U-legs can be used as a spring clip trained foot section or elastically spread compress, depending on the design of the shape of the Attachment part.
- the also U-shaped curved thread guide section of the Thread guide has the advantage that it is an open Thread guide forms. Between the legs of the curved Leading section can, however, also put closed eyes or eyes, which is a glue not require because the resilient legs of the Thread guide section an inserted eye or used eyelet can hold sufficiently. Of course could, if necessary, also appropriate adhesive bonds or other types of attachment for thread eyes or Thread eyelets can be selected.
- Every security element can e.g. b. be a compression fitting by especially with a bobbin top in the form of a Assembly of plastic elements, simple screws, preferably with self-tapping thread, so attached be that her head a predetermined position of the as Spring clip formed foot portion of the connecting part of the respective thread guide detected and secured.
- Fig. 1 is a view of a complete bobbin or bobbin of a braiding machine shown in the essentially includes the following components:
