Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Überwachung des Fadenlaufs an einem Spulengatter, insbesondere an einem Zettelgatter, bei dem den reihenweise angeordneten Spulstellen jeweils eine Klemmvorrichtung (1) mit einer in Betriebsstellung offengehaltenen und federbelasteten Klemmbacke zum Festklemmen des Fadens (3) bei Maschinenstillstand, eine Steuerstange (24) zum gemeinsamen Öffnen und Schliessen der Klemmbacken aller Spulstellen einer Spulenreihe, sowie ein Fadenwächter (2) mit einer federbelasteten Wächternadel zum Erzeugen einer Fadenspannung und zum Aktivieren der Klemmvorrichtung bei einem Fadenbruch zugeordnet ist, wobei jede Klemmvorrichtung (1) eine Federvorrichtung (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder einzelnen Klemmvorrichtung innerhalb einer Spulenreihe die Federkraft der Federvorrichtung individuell mit einer jeder Klemmvorrichtung zugeordneten Einstellvorrichtung einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federvorrichtung als Druckfeder (4) ausgebildet ist, die auf einem mit der Klemmbacke (5) verbundenen Druckstift (6) gelagert ist, wobei der Druckstift an seinem Ende (9) mit einer Führungskulisse (25) zusammenwirkt und durch diese gegen die Federkraft in Oeffnungsstellung pressbar ist und wobei die Druckfeder (4) mit einem Widerlager (10) vorgesehen ist, das auf dem Druckstift (6) verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager (10) der Druckfeder (4) mit einem linear verschiebbaren Schieber (17) verstellbar ist, der eine Führungskulisse (19) zum Verändern der Kraft der Druckfeder (4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (17) mit einem schwenkbar gelagerten Einstellhebel (21) verschiebbar ist, der an seinem freien Ende mit einem Schubgelenk (20, 22) in den Schieber eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des Einstellhebels (21) durch eine Abdeckplatte (26) fixierbar ist, welche die Klemmvorrichtung und die Einstellvorrichtung verdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckplatte (26) eine Oeffnung (28) mit einer Markierung (29) aufweist, an der die eingestellte Position des Einstellhebels (21) ablesbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (17) etwa im rechten Winkel zum Druckstift (6) verschiebbar ist und einen Schlitz (18) aufweist, durch den der Druckstift durchtritt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wächternadel (32) des Fadenwächters (2) mit einer Zugfeder (35) vorgespannt ist, deren gestellseitige Lagerstelle zum Verändern der Zugkraft verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugfeder (35) an einem schwenkbar gelagerten Einstellhebel (36) eingehängt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (1) und der Fadenwächter (2) ein Bauelement mit einer gemeinsamen Grundplatte (7) bilden und dass der Einstellhebel (21) für die Klemmvorrichtung und der Einstellh el (36) für den Fadenwächter mit einer gemeinsamen Abdeckplatte (26) fixierbar sind.
