Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for monitoring the thread run on a creel, especially on a slip gate according to the Preamble of claim 1.
  • Such devices have the task of the creel pulled threads on the one hand a certain thread tension to convey, but also on the other hand a decrease in thread tension, e.g. in the event of thread breakage to determine and at which thereby triggered Machine standstill to clamp the threads, to prevent chasing.
  • Comparable Devices have been particularly V-shaped Note gates used where the deflection the threads in the direction of the winding device immediately at the guardian needle.
  • Generically comparable devices are, for example, in US-A-4,598,184 or in EP-A-311 781. So far doing the clamping devices with always the same Pressurized force, each thread quality clamped with the same clamping force has been.
  • EP-A-311 781 the spring device is indeed provided with an additional control spring, which allows relief of the jaw. However, such relief is only within a whole vertical row of Clamping devices possible because of the relief via the vertical control rod to open and The jaws are closed. An individual Adjusting the spring force to each one In contrast, a clamping device is not possible. In however, in many cases it is desirable that the clamping force of the thread quality can be adjusted can and regardless of the location of the respective winding station in the creel. So far it is common to have different strength springs in the clamps to install, but what an elaborate Disassembly was necessary.
  • the spring device is particularly advantageous formed as a compression spring on a with the Clamping jaw connected pressure pin is stored, the push pin at its end with a Leadership backdrop interacts and through this can be pressed against the spring force in the open position and the abutment of the compression spring the pressure pin is adjustable. From the it is indeed the patent publications mentioned at the beginning already known, the clamping plate via a pressure pin to operate.
  • the sliding abutment allows tensioning in the simplest way or relaxing the compression spring.
  • the abutment can be particularly advantageous with a linear sliding slider can be adjusted, the one Has leadership backdrop.
  • the adjustment device could practically only consist of this slide, which e.g. manually can be adjusted.
  • a particularly beneficial one The slide can also be operated with reached a pivoted adjustment lever be at its free end with a The thrust joint engages in the slide.
  • the adjustment lever can e.g. with a screwdriver to be turned around.
  • An unintentional change to prevent the position of the adjustment lever can be fixed by a cover plate be, which is also the clamping device and the adjustment device covered and thus protects against dust and fibers.
  • the cover plate can open an opening with a marker have at the set position of the adjusting lever is readable. Backing up once selected setting by the cover plate the advantage that this setting is not due to improper Manipulations are lost.
  • the cover plates be resolved by authorized personnel only may take place.
  • the device results, albeit the guardian needle of the thread monitor with a tension spring is biased, the rack-side bearing is adjustable to change the pulling force. So can also be the thread tension or the reaction time the guardian needle within certain limits can be adapted to the stripped threads.
  • the tension spring can also be used for this purpose attached to a pivoted adjustment lever be.
  • Clamping device and thread monitor must not necessarily within a coil gate be arranged.
  • the clamping device and the thread monitor a unit with a common base plate form and when the adjustment lever for the Clamping device and the setting lever for the Thread monitor with a common cover plate are fixable.
  • the setting for the spring force acting on the guardian needle secured in the same way, with via a corresponding opening in the cover plate and also a reading via a marking external adjustment is possible.
  • the device consists of a Unit in which the clamping device 1 and Thread monitor 2 on a common base plate 7 is arranged.
  • This base plate is on the vertical U-profile 30 fixed in front of each vertical Row of winding units is arranged on the gate.
  • the thread 3 runs from the thread spool, not shown coming between a moving Clamping jaw 5 and a rigid clamping rib 8 and is deflected at the guard pin 32, where it is in the direction of arrow a against the winding device running.
  • the clamping jaw 5 has a hub 11, in the with the help of a sifting pin 12 a pressure pin 6 is attached.
  • This push pin has on his free end of a rounded, enlarged in diameter Head 9, the one with a guide backdrop 25 cooperates on a vertical control rod 24.
  • the pressure pin 6 is on the one hand in a bore 13 in the clamping rib 8 and on the other hand in a bore 15 in the base plate 7 guided such that the jaw 5 is parallel to the plane Clamping rib 8 can be moved.
  • the jaw 5 is with the help of a compression spring 4 against the Clamping rib 8 pressed. This compression spring supports from the enlarged head 9 and lies on one serving as an abutment washer 10.
  • the base plate is recessed by a slide 17 arranged linear and approximately at right angles is displaceable to the push pin 6.
  • the slider has a slot 18 that allows the push pin 6 in to encompass any relative position.
  • a guide link 19 on which the washer 10 can slide In its upper area is the slide is provided with a horizontal groove 20.
  • the slide is operated by means of an adjusting lever 21 operated. This is rotatable on the base plate 7 stored and has a slot 23 in a screwdriver can be used.
  • a cam 22 at the free end of the adjusting lever forms together with the groove 20 in the slide 17th a thrust joint, with the help of which the rotary movement is converted into a pushing motion.
  • the thread monitor 2 has the already briefly mentioned Guardian needle 32, but in Figure 1 is only hinted at.
  • This guardian needle has one hook-shaped end and is at a joint 34 pivoted.
  • the guardian needle is as Double lever formed, 33 on the lever arm a tension spring 35 is attached, which the guard needle conveys a certain torque.
  • the opposite end of the tension spring 35 is suspended on a rotatably mounted adjusting lever 36, the one for turning also with one Slot 39 is provided.
  • the end of the lever arm 33 also acts with a switching device 37 together at a given lever position a switching process to stop the machine and triggers to activate the clamping device 1.
  • the base plate 7 is on three different Provide threaded holes 16. This Holes are used to attach a cover plate 26, as can be seen from Figure 3. This Cover plate can be screwed against 27 the base plate 7 are screwed.
  • the two Adjustment levers 21 and 36 are so in the level of the baseplate that they arranged no longer when the cover plate is screwed on can pivot. Are in the cover plate however, openings 28 and 40 are arranged through which looks at the position of the adjustment levers can be. Markers 29 and 38 each the cover plate also allows reading the selected setting.
  • the cover plate 26 is laterally with a wing 43 provided that protrudes beyond the U-profile 30.
  • a hook-shaped slot in this wing 31 arranged through which the thread is inserted can be.
  • A runs along this slot upper rib 41, which also serves as a reception camp for the guard needle 32 in the lowered position when the thread breaks serves. This position is shown in FIG dash-dotted lines indicated.
  • a lower rib 42 on the cover plate serves as the rear Limitation for the guard needle 32 with normal Thread tension in the operating position.
  • the Guardian Needle can be done in the simplest way by one Bayonet lock not shown here be detached from the joint 34. To change the setting of the adjusting levers 21 and 36 it is sufficient if the screws 27 so far be loosened until the adjusting lever through the openings 28 and 40 at slots 23 and 39 in the desired position can be rotated.
  • FIG. 4 shows the device according to FIG. 1 with the same basic setting of the spring device, however with the jaw closed.
  • This position is at a machine standstill reached, e.g. through a thread break can be triggered.
  • the tension spring 35 pulls the lever arm 33 in the direction of arrow b
  • the Guardian needle 32 pivoted in the direction of arrow c becomes.
  • the activated switching device 37 switches the winding machine off and activates it at the same time the control rod 24, which with the help of a Drive device not shown in Arrow direction d is shifted.
  • the Guide link 25 free the pressure pin 6, the under the tension of the compression spring 4 in the direction of the arrow e is moved.
  • the jaw 5 is against the Clamping rib 8 pressed, with a trailing of Thread is avoided and this is kept taut becomes.
  • FIG. 5 shows the device again when closed Clamping jaw 5 or with the guard needle lowered 32.
  • the different attitudes of the two Adjustment lever is on the scale on the cover plate 26 read. Of course, depending on the individual case only one of the two settings changed become.
