Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gestricks auf einer Flachstrickmaschine unter gleichzeitiger Zuführung zweier Fäden unterschiedlicher Elastizität (11, 12) zu Nadeln der Flachstrickmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede zu bildende Masche die einer Nadel zuzuführende Länge des Fadens höherer Elastizität (12) aus der zugeführten Länge des Fadens geringerer Elastizität (11) und Daten über die Materialbeschaffenheit des Fadens höherer Elastizität (12) berechnet und eine Fördervorrichtung (21) für den Faden höherer Elastizität (12) entsprechend der berechneten zuzuführenden Fadenlänge angesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus den Daten über die Materialbeschaffenheit des Fadens höherer Elastizität (12) ein Minderungsfaktor berechnet wird, mit dem die Länge des Fadens geringerer Elastizität (11) multipliziert wird, um die zuzuführende Länge des Fadens höherer Elastizität (12) zu erhalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr Faden höherer Elastizität (12) zugeführt wird, wenn die Strickrichtung von der Fördervorrichtung (21) für den Faden höherer Elastizität (12) wegweist, als wenn die Strickrichtung auf die Fördervorrichtung (21) zuweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zugeführte Länge des Fadens geringerer Elastizität (11) durch eine Messeinrichtung (15) ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zugeführte Länge des Fadens geringerer Elastizität (11) aus von einer Maschinensteuereinheit (19') gelieferten Daten über die jeweilige Maschengröße des Fadens geringerer Elastizität (11), die Maschenfolge und die Anzahl der Maschen in der jeweiligen Strickreihe berechnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Fäden unterschiedlicher Elastizität (11, 12) einem gemeinsamen Fadenführer (FF) zugeführt werden.
- Flachstrickmaschine mit mindestens einem Nadelbett (10) zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 gekennzeichnet durch eine Spule (13) für den Faden geringerer Elastizität (11), einer Fördervorrichtung (21) für den Faden höherer Elastizität (12), mindestens einem Fadenführer (FF) für die beiden Fäden unterschiedlicher Elastizität (11, 12), einer Maschinensteuereinheit (19, 19') und einer Rechen- und Steuereinheit (17) zur Ermittlung der zuzuführenden Länge des Fadens höherer Elastizität (12) und zur Ansteuerung der Fördervorrichtung (21) für den Faden höherer Elastizität (12).
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördervorrichtung (21) zwei gleichsinnig angetriebene, parallele Förderwalzen (23) gleichen Durchmessers aufweist, auf denen eine Spule (24) mit dem Faden höherer Elastizität (12) mit ihrem Umfang aufliegt.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördervorrichtung (21) einen mit der Rechen- und Steuereinheit (17) gekoppelten Elektromotor (22) aufweist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Spule (13) für den Faden geringerer Elastizität (11) und dem Fadenführer (FF) ein Fadenspanner (14) angeordnet ist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Spule (13) für den Faden geringerer Elastizität (11) und dem mindestens einen Fadenführer (FF) eine Fadenlängenmesseinrichtung (15) angeordnet ist, die mit der Rechen- und Steuereinheit (17) gekoppelt ist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Fadenbruchsensor (25) für den Faden höherer Elastizität (11, 12) vorgesehen ist.
