Description
There are quite a number of knitted fabrics with threads different elasticity can be processed together. So is for example in support or compression stockings Comfort thanks to a textile basic thread with low elasticity and the defined support and compression force the resilience of an elastic thread is reached. The elastic Threads can be made from a wide variety of materials, such as elastomers or rubber compounds. she can also be spun from other threads. Depending on the material and structure of the threads differentiates their elasticity when tensile forces act on them from the thread guide of the knitting machine. For a uniform knitted pattern, it is necessary to Feeding threads of different elasticity for the To consider stitch formation to the needles of a knitting machine, that the thread of higher elasticity with a low and over uniform tension across the entire width of the knitted fabric the needle hook is inserted. In addition, care must be taken be that the two threads of different elasticity form a stitch of the same shape and size. For circular knitting machines A facility has already been developed that Thread of higher elasticity with that for him and that to be manufactured Knitting specific tension feeds the thread guide. The device has two parallel drives driven in the same direction Waves on which the bobbin with the elastic thread with its scope. The shafts are over a toothed belt directly coupled to the drive of the knitting machine. The Speed and thus the peripheral speed of the waves thus in a fixed ratio to the speed of the knitting machine. At high knitting speeds, there is a lot of thread the spool unwound, and at low knitting speed correspondingly less. With flat knitting machines do not use this facility, however, because here in one Row of stitches of different sizes are formed can and also vary the width of the individual courses can. A thread of high elasticity depending on the knitting speed alone is here so not possible.
The present invention is based on the object Process for producing a knitted fabric with simultaneous Feeding two threads of different elasticity to the Propose needles that can be done with a flat knitting machine is and results in a perfectly even mesh.
The task is carried out using a method of the type mentioned at the beginning Art solved according to the invention in that for each to be formed Increase the length of thread to be fed to a needle Elasticity from the supplied length of the thread less Elasticity and data on the material properties of the Thread calculated higher elasticity and a conveyor for the thread of higher elasticity according to the calculated Thread length to be fed is controlled. To this method is the one to be fed separately for each stitch Length of the more elastic thread depending on its material properties and the supplied length of the Thread of lower elasticity determined. So you can always an optimal thread feed for all types of patterns and thread types to reach. In a preferred variant of the method is obtained from the data on the material properties of the thread higher elasticity calculated a reduction factor with which multiplied the length of the thread of lower elasticity is to be fed the length of the thread of higher elasticity to obtain. The thread of higher elasticity must have a significantly lower tension inserted in the needle hook than the thread of less elasticity. This tension is built up by one according to the reduction factor less amount of thread than that of thread with less elasticity is fed for stitch formation. In this way, an optimal tension of the thread is higher Elasticity guaranteed regardless of the direction of knitting. For the calculation of the length of the thread to be fed higher elasticity necessary information about the supplied Length of thread of less elasticity can be, for example can be determined by a measuring device. The fed However, the length of the thread of lower elasticity can also be reduced data supplied by a machine control unit about the respective stitch size of the thread of lower elasticity, the Stitch sequence and the number of stitches in each Knitting course can be calculated. A measuring device can then omitted. The two threads of different elasticity can be a common thread guide or separate Thread guides are fed without affecting the procedure something changes.

höherer Elastizität 12 an.
Fadenzuleitung vorgesehen. In Fig. 1, a
Daraus berechnet
die Rechen- und Steuereinheit 17 die zuzuführende Länge
des Fadens höherer Elastizität 12 und steuert dementsprechend
die Fördervorrichtung 21 für den Faden höherer Elastizität 12
an.
Fadenspannung aufweist. Beim Faden geringerer Elastizität
11 sorgt der Fadenspanner 14 für eine konstante Fadenspannung. In contrast to the device according to FIG. 1, the feed device
