Claims (16)
- Beschichtungsmittel für Fasern, insbesondere für Elastanfasern, auf Basis einer Dispersion von fettsaurem Metallsalz und Agglomerationsinhibitor in einer Mischung aus Polyorganosiloxan und Mineralöl enthaltend wenigstensA) von 30 bis 98,97 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 50 bis 96.9 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 70 bis 94,8 Gew.-% Polyalkylsiloxan mit einer Viskosität von 2 bis 150 mPas (25°C),B) von 0,01 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 8 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 4 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-%, Metallsalz einer gesättigten oder ungesättigten, monooder bifunktionellen C6-C30-Fettsäure, wobei das Metall eines aus der ersten, zweiten oder dritten Hauptgruppe des Periodensystems oder Zn ist,C) von 1 bis 69 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 3 bis 50 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, eines Mineralöls mit einer Viskosität von 2 bis 500 mPas (25°C), einer Dichte von 800 bis 900 kg/m3 (15°C) und einer Viskositäts-Dichte-Konstante (VDK) von 0,770 bis 0,825,D) von 0,02 bis 15 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 3 Gew.-% Agglomerationsinhibitor ausgewählt aus der Reihe der kationenaktiven, anionenaktiven oder nichtionogenen, insbesondere der anionenaktiven oder nichtionogenen antistatisehen Verbindungen.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polyalkylsiloxane A) lineare Polyalkylsiloxane, bevorzugt lineare Polydimethylsiloxane mit einer Viskosität von 2,5 bis 50 mPas (25°C), besonders bevorzugt mit einer Viskosität von 2,5 bis 20 mPas (25°C) sind.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fettsäuremetallsalz B) ein Lithium-, Magnesium-, Calcium-, Aluminium-und Zinksalz der Öl-, Palmitin- und Stearinsäure, besonders bevorzugt Magnesiumstearat, Calciumstearat oder Aluminiumstearat ist und allein oder in beliebiger Mischung vorliegt.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mineralöl C) eine Viskosität von 3 bis 300 mPas (25°C), bevorzugt von 3 bis 200 mPas (25°C) aufweist.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als kationenaktiver Agglomerationsinhibitor D) eine Ammoniumverbindung, als anionenaktiver Agglomerationsinhibitor D) das Salz einer Sulfon- oder Phosphorsäure oder ein Dialkylsulfosuccinat, als nichtionogener Agglomerationsinhibitor D) ein Fettsäureester oder Phosphorsäureester, alkoxylierter Fettalkohol, aminofunktionalisiertes oder alkoxyliertes Polyorganosiloxan ausgewählt ist.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Agglomerationsinhibitor D) aus der Gruppe der Dialkylsulfosuccinate, der Phosphorsäureester, polyaminofunktionalisierten Polyorganosiloxane und der mit Fettsäuren veresterten Zucker ausgewählt ist.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Agglomerationsinhibitor D) ein Dialkylsulfosuccinat entsprechend der allgemeinen Formel (1) ist, wobei

- Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Agglomerationsinhibitor D) ein Dialkylsulfosuccinat ausgewählt aus der Reihe Natriumbistridecylsulfosuccinat, Natriumdioctylsulfosuccinat, Natriumdihexylsulfosuccinat, Natriumdiamylsulfosuccinat, Natriumdiisobutylsulfosuccinat, und Natriumdicyclohexylsulfosuccinat, insbesondere ein Natriumbistridecylsulfosuccinat, Natriumdioctylsulfosuccinat und Natriumdihexylsulfosuccinat ist.
- Besehichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Agglomerationsinhibitor D) ein Phosphorsäureester entsprechend der allgemeinen Formel (2) ist, wobei
- R1 und R2
- unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen und bevorzugt für eine Alkylgruppe mit 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen steht,
- x und y
- unabhängig voneinander eine Zahl von 0 bis 3 und in ihrer Summe 3 sind und
- z
- eine Zahl von 1 bis 25 ist.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Agglomerationsinhibitor D) ein Phosphorsäureester der Formel 2 ist, in der R1 für eine Alkylgruppe mit 14 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 für Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe steht und x und y eine Zahl 1 oder 2 und z eine Zahl von 3 bis 10 ist.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in Form von feinteiligen Dispersionen vorliegen, eine mittlere Korngröße der dispergierten Feststoffpartikel von D50 <3 µm haben, und eine sehr enge Korngrößenverteilung haben, mit einem Wert D90 von <10 µm.
- Beschichtungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Sedimentationsrate von <20 % in zehn Tagen aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beschichtungsmittel für Fasern gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, auf Basis einer Dispersion von fettsauren Metallsalzen und einem Agglomerationsinhibitor in einer Mischung aus Polyorganosiloxan und Mineralöl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von 0,01 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 8 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 4 Gew.%, Metallsalz B) einer gesättigten oder ungesättigten, mono- oder bifunktionellen C6-C30-Fettsäure in von 1 bis 69 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 3 bis 50 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 5 bis 30 Gew.-%, eines Mineralöls C) unter Erwärmung auf von 70 bis 170°C gelöst wird, daß die warme Lösung in einer Mischvorrichtung intensiv und schnell mit von 30 bis 98,97 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 50 bis 96,9 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 70 bis 94,8 Gew.-%, Polyalkylsiloxan A) vermischt wird, daß die entstandene Dispersion ggf. direkt anschließend homogenisiert wird, und daß dem Mineralöl C)oder dem Polyalkylsiloxan A) vor dem Vermischen oder der entstandenen Dispersion vor oder bevorzugt nach dem Homogenisieren von 0,02 bis 15 Gew.-%, bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 3 Gew.-% Agglomerationsinhibitor D) zugegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Agglomerationsinhibitor D) der Dispersion des Beschichtungsmittels direkt nach dem Homogenisieren zugegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Homogenisierung durch Eintrag von Scherenergie einer auf das Volumen der Präparation bezogenen Energiedichte von mindestens 106 J/m3, besonderes bevorzugt mindestens 3 x 106 J/m3, ganz besonders bevorzugt von mindestens 4 x 106 J/m3 erfolgt.
- Fasern, insbesondere Polyurethan-Fasern, beschichtet mit einem Beschichtungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
