Claims (11)

  1. Matériau composite déformable à aimantation douce contenant une poudre ayant des propriétés d'aimantation douce et une composition thermoplastique non magnétique, les grains de la poudre étant revêtus de la composition thermoplastique,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la composition thermoplastique est un polyphtalamide et la poudre ayant des caractéristiques d'aimantation douce est une poudre de fer pur phosphatée en surface.
  2. Matériau composite selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la teneur en composition thermoplastique représente entre 0,2 et 1 % en poids, de préférence entre 0,3 et 0,8 % en poids par rapport au poids total.
  3. Matériau composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on ajoute un agent lubrifiant à la matière composite.
  4. Procédé de fabrication du matériau composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on revêt la poudre de fer pur phosphatée en surface avec un polyphtalamide avec adjonction d'un solvant et ensuite on extrait le solvant.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le solvant est de la N-méthylpyrrolidone.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'addition ou l'extraction de solvant se fait sous gaz protecteur ou sous atmosphère d'azote.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement de la poudre se fait par malaxage à une température de 200°C.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la poudre munie de son revêtement est pressée à froid.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on effectue un traitement thermique sur l'ébauche de moulage.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    après compression on effectue un traitement thermique de l'ébauche de compression au-delà du point de fusion du polyphtalamide.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on ajoute un agent lubrifiant à la poudre revêtue de polyphtalamide avant sa compression.
