Claims (11)
- Weichmagnetischer, formbarer Verbundwerkstoff, mit einem weichmagnetische Eigenschaften aufweisenden Pulver und einer nichtmagnetischen thermoplastischen Verbindung, wobei die Körner des Pulvers mit der thermoplastischen Verbindung beschichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermoplastische Verbindung Polyphtalamid und das weichmagnetische Eigenschaften aufweisende Pulver oberflächenphosphatiertes Reineisenpulver ist.
- Verbundwerkstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil der thermoplastischen Verbindung 0,2 bis 1 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,3 bis 0,8 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Gesamteinwaage, beträgt.
- Verbundwerkstoff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das dem Verbundwerkstoff ein Gleitmittel zugesetzt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundwerkstoffes nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oberflächenphosphatierte Reineisenpulver mit dem Polyphtalamid unter Zugabe eines Lösungsmittels beschichtet wird, und dass das Lösungsmittel danach abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lösungsmittel N-Methylpyrrolidon ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugeben und das Abziehen des Lösungsmittels unter Schutzgas oder Stickstoff erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschichten des Pulvers durch Kneten bei einer Temperatur von 200°C erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das beschichtete Pulver kalt verpresst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formpressling thermisch behandelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Verpressen eine Wärmebehandlung des Presslings oberhalb des Schmelzpunktes des Polyphtalamids erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem mit dem Polyphtalamid beschichteten Pulver vor dem Verpressen ein Gleitmittel zugegeben wird.
