Claims (13)
- HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil, bestehend aus in einem Gehäuse (5) angeordneten koaxialen-Verbindungsleitungen (2) mit frontseitig aus dem Gehäuse (5) herausragenden Koaxial-Steckerteilen (3) - Koaxial-Steckerteilmodul (1) -, das auf oder an einer Platte, beispielsweise eine Leiterplatte, befestigt ist,
bei dem das aus metallisiertem Kunststoff bestehende Gehäuse (5) des Koaxial-Steckerteilmoduls (1) randseitig an seiner Unterseite (8) eine Vielzahl von Kontakt-Standfüßen (9) mit SMD-Anschlüsse darstellenden Standflächen (10) aufweist, die sowohl der Gehäusebefestigung auf oder an der Platte als auch der Verbindung der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) mit diesen plattenseitig zugeordneten Anschlüssen dienen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2), die an ihrem vorderen Ende die Koaxial-Steckerteile (3) aufweisen, in sich gerade Außenleiterhülsen (24) haben, in die die mit einer Isolierung (26) umhüllten, ein vorderes und ein hinteres isolationsfreies Endstück (14, 27) aufweisenden Innenleiter (15) eingesetzt sind,das Gehäuse (5) für die Aufnahme der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) mit geraden rohrförmige Durchführungen (6) von seiner Rückseite (7) zu seiner Frontseite (4) versehen ist, die in einer zu seiner Unterseite (8) parallelen Ebene in vorgegebenen gegenseitigen Abständen nebeneinander angeordnet sind,die koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) von der Rückseite (7) des Gehäuses (5) soweit in die rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) eingeschoben und in einem Preßsitz gehaltert sind, daß sie mit ihren Koaxial-Steckerteilen (3) aus der Frontseite (4) herausragen,die rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) an der Rückseite (7) des Gehäuses (5) nutartige, zu seiner Rückseite (7) und seiner Unterseite (8) hin offene Aussparungen (13) aufweisen unddie hinteren Endstücke (14) der Innenleiter (15) der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) Anschlußenden darstellen, die in den nutartigen Aussparungen (13) nach unten aus dem Gehäuse (5) herausgeführt sind. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Länge der Außenleiterhülsen (24) der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) kürzer gewählt ist als die Länge ihrer aus der Frontseite (4) des Gehäuses (5) herausragenden Koaxial-Steckerteile (3) zusätzlich der Länge der rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) des Gehäuses (5) unddie koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) außenleiterseitig über das hintere Ende ihrer Außenleiterhülsen (24) hinaus durch die metallisierten Innenwandungen der rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) bis zur Rückseite (7) des Gehäuses (5) verlängert sind. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Kontakt-Standfüße (9) als kurze stützstegartige Außenwandansätze an der Rückseite (7) und den die Rückseite (7) und die Frontseite (4) miteinander verbindenden Seiten (11, 12) des Gehäuses (5) angeordnet sind,die Kontakt-Standfüße (9), die mit ihren SMD-Anschlüsse darstellenden Standflächen (10) parallel zur Unterseite (8) des Gehäuses (5) ausgerichtet sind, geringfügig über die Unterseite (8) hinaus überstehen unddie an der Rückseite (7) des Gehäuses (5) in den nutartigen Aussparungen (13) nach unten aus dem Gehäuse (5) herausgeführten hinteren Endstücke (14) der Innenleiter (15) der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) nach außen zu den Kontakt-Standfüßen (9) hin abgewinkelte Lötfüße (16) haben, die koplanar zu den Standflächen (10) der Kontakt-Standfüße (9) ausgerichtet sind. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Gehäuse (5) für seine zusätzliche Befestigung an einer Platte mittels Schrauben oder Nieten an seiner Oberseite (18) im Bereich zwischen den die koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) aufnehmenden rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) wenigstens ein Durchsteckloch (17) aufweist. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas wenigstens das eine Durchsteckloch (17) im Gehäuse (5) an der Unterseite (8) einen ringflanschartigen Standfuß (19) aufweist, dessen Standfläche (20) koplanar zu den Standflächen (10) der Kontakt-Standfüße (9) ausgerichtet ist. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdaß das Gehäuse (5) an seiner Unterseite (8) in Nähe seiner Frontseite (4) mehrere in Reihe angeordnete Standfüße (21) aufweist, deren Standflächen (22) koplanar zu den Standflächen (10) der Kontakt-Standfüße (9) sind. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie von seiner Rückseite (7) her in das Gehäuse (5) einzusetzenden koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2), und zwar deren Außenleiterhülsen (24), einen Anschlag (25) in Form eines Außendurchmessersprungs und die rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) des Gehäuses (5) einen Gegenanschlag (33) in Form eines Innendurchmessersprungs aufweisen. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie in einer rohrförmigen Isolierung (26) gehalterten Innenleiter (15) der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2), deren vorderes Ende das Koaxial-Steckteil (3) ist, beim Einsetzen in deren Außenleiterhülsen (24) von ihrem hinteren Ende her gegen zwei Anschläge gleichzeitig auflaufen, von denen der eine Anschlag (31) ein Innendurchmessersprung im Bereich des vorderen Endes der Außenleiterhülsen (24) der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) für die vordere Stirnseite (32) der die Innenleiter (15) umgebenden Isolierung (26) und der andere Anschlag (29) ein Außendurchmessersprung der die Innenleiter (15) umgebenden Isolierung (26) für die hintere Stirnseite (30) der Außenleiterhülsen (24) ist. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßzum Zentrieren des Gehäuses (5) des Koaxial-Steckerteilmoduls (1) auf oder an einer Platte einander Zugeordnete Zentriermittel, beispielsweise Zentrierstifte ((23) an der Unterseite (8) des Gehäuses (5) und Zentrierlöcher in der Platte, vorgesehen sind. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Innenleiter (15) im Bereich zwischen ihren isolationsfreien Endstücken (14, 27) wenigstens einen kurzen verbreiterten Abschnitt (36) aufweisen undder Zugriff auf diesen kurzen verbreiterten Abschnitt (36) beim Umspritzen der Innenleiter (15) mit einer Isolierung (26) durch eine Fensteröffnung (37) in der Isolierung (26) für Wellenwiderstands-Abgleicharbeiten freigehalten ist. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) zum verdrehsicheren Positionieren in den ihnen zugeordneten rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) des Gehäuses (5) des Koaxial-Steckerteilmoduls (1) an ihrem hinteren Ende einen seitlichen Nocken (34) aufweisen, der bei ihrem Einsetzen in die rohrförmigen Durchführungen (6) in eine zugehörige gehäuseseitige Ausnehmung (35) eingreift. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßim Zuge eines vollautomatischen Zusammenbaus der Koaxial-Steckerteilmodule (1) die Innenleiter (15) der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) Teile eines gestanzten metallischen Endlos-Trägerbandes (39) sind,mittels des randseitig in Positionslöchern (40) geführten Endlos-Trägerbandes (39) die Innenleiter (15) zwischen ihren Endstücken (14, 27) zunächst fortlaufend mit einer Isolierung (26) umspritzt, anschließend deren isolationsfreien Endstücke (14, 27) in einer vorgegebenen Weise geformt und schließlich zur weiteren Montage aus dem Endlos-Trägerband (39) ausgeschnitten sind. - HF-Koaxial-Winkelsteckverbinderteil nach Anspruch 12, bei dem die Koaxial-Steckerteile (3) der koaxialen Verbindungsleitungen (2) Koaxial-Buchsensteckerteile sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas vordere Endstück (27) der im gestanzten Endlos-Trägerband (39) aufeinander folgenden Innenleiter (15) ein gabelkopfartiges Gebilde ist, das durch Runden seines Gabelquerstegs (41) und Formen seiner Gabeläste (42) zu einer Steckbuchse (28) umgestaltet ist.
