Claims (4)
- Leiterplattensteckbuchse mit einem auf einer Leiterplatte (2) festlegbaren, im Querschnitt rechteckigen Metallbuchsengehäuse (1) und einem in das Buchsengehäuse eingesetzten, einen entsprechend rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzenden Isolierkörper (3) der vier in einer Ebene nebeneinander liegende, als Kontaktfedern ausgebildete Signalkontakte (4) aufweist, die beim Stecken des Bussteckers mit den in diesem vorgesehenen vier nebeneinanderliegenden Gegenkontakten zusammenwirken und den elektrischen Kontakt herstellen und die über nach unten gerichtete Anschlußenden (5) mit den Kontaktstellen der Leiterplatte verbindbar sind, wobei im Bodenbereich des Buchsengehäuses (1) eine Aussparung (12) vorgesehen ist, durch die hindurch sich die nach unten gerichteten und dann abgewinkelten Anschlußenden (5) der Signalkontakte (4) des in das Buchsengehäuse (1) eingesetzten Isolierkörpers (3) zu den zugehörigen Leiterbahnen der Leiterplatte (2) hin erstrecken, mit denen sie aufgrund ihrer Ausbildung als SMT-Kontakte (13) verlötbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Aufnahme des Isolierkörpers (3) mit den vier nach dem USB-Konzept standardisierten Signalkontakten (4) dienende Buchsengehäuse (1) bodenseitig einen Abstand zur Leiterplatte (2) sicherstellende Stütz- und Verbindungsbereiche (11, 11') aufweist, von denen zumindest einige jeweils durch eine von der unteren Vorderkante des Buchsengehäuses (1) ausgehende, um etwa 180° nach unten und rückwärts umgebogene Fixierlasche (11', 11") gebildet sind und über diese Fixierlaschen mit der Leiterplatte (2) im Reflowverfahren verlötbar sind.
- Leiterplattensteckbuchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Fixierlasche (11', 11") eine ausgestanzte Bohrung (15) mit einem am Bohrungsrand angeformten, der Leiterplatte (2) zugewandten Kragen (16) aufweist, der in eine Öffnung (17) der Leiterplatte (2) eingreift.
- Leiterplattensteckbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolierkörper (3) an seiner Unterseite einen in die Aussparung (12) des Buchsengehäuses (1) hineinragenden, durch vorzugsweise fünf angeformte Stege (19) verstärkten Körperbereich (18) aufweist und daß die Anschlußenden (5) der Signalkontakte (4) zwischen diesen Stegen (19) vorgesehen sind.
- Leiterplattensteckbuchse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolierkörper (3) mit mindestens zwei quer abstehenden Führungszapfen (20) versehen ist, die in ihnen zugeordnete Ausnehmungen (21) der Leiterplatte (2) eingreifen.
