A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 發明背景 本發明有關一種印刷電路板插座,具矩形截面之金屬 插座殼體固定至一電路板上及一絕緣體具對應矩形截面而 插入插座殼體,其具四訊號接點而根據U S B槪念標準化 ,並排於一平面上而構成接觸彈簧,當插入匯流排插頭時 與其內提供之四並排相對接點配合而生電接觸,並藉由向 下指之連接端連接至電路板之接點。 習知此類印刷電路板插座( DE 2 9 6 0 2 2 6 8 U1)中,插座殻體之壁 直接坐於電路板上。插座殼體之過濾接點及四並排訊號接 點之結構係焊接於直角延伸之接腳至下殼體壁,插入相關 電路板之焊料接孔並由下焊接,係根據焊接波程序。 此程序之缺點爲一般以習知SMT軟熔程序將所有其 他組件焊接電路板,必須有另外焊接程序,即焊接波程序 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 如 軌 澧 MtiHn 導 至 子 端 器 接 連 定 固 311 理 處 術 技 知 習 有 出 指 經 經濟部中央標準局工消費合作社印装 使用軟熔技術,但如此涉及昂貴費時之額外應用螺釘或鉚 釘機械地解除焊接點應力(Elektrotechnik期刊,2 4 / 27,1981 年 11 月,第 136 頁)。 亦已知有具印刷電路板之多點連接器之接點連接( D E 43 0 7 134 A1),其中接觸端插入電 路板孔中而予以焊接。但此法費時費力。 參考習知固定多極連接器至印刷電路板,使用金屬L 形懸吊夾,提供連接器必要支持,並可用於焊接至電路板 本紙張尺度適用中國國家橾準(CNS ) A4規格(2I0X 297公t ) -4- 經濟部中央標準局負工消费合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2 ) ,另具通孔以增加固定力(J P-1 — 1 97978A) 〇 另一習知固定電連接器至印刷電路板之方法( U S 50373 16)係利用複雜之焊接關節,因此連 接器具橫向指引之突起與電路板之孔配合以便承接。但此 固定連接器至電路板之方式不能提供專家以簡單可靠方式 就習知固定方法固定U S B電路板插座殼體至電路板。 因此,本發明欲提供簡單可靠之固定及連接U S B電 路板插座至電路板,以單一焊接程序爲之。 根據本發明,所解決之問題在軟熔程序中,係爲利用 支承連接區將插座殼體焊接於底部,確保距電路板一間隔 ,乃至電路板,及 插座殼體之底區中提供一通道,經由令插入插座殼體 之絕緣體訊號接點之連接端向下指引並彎曲地延伸至電路 板相關導體,並以其SMT接點之結構焊接而成。 由製造觀點而言已證實甚爲恰當,即至少一些支承連 接區'確保插座殼體相對以固定片形成之電路板間隔,由插 座殼體之下前緣開始而向下及向後彎回約180° 。這些 固定片確保插入過程中作用金屬插座殼體之插力實質直接 傳至電路板於其口區下方,不須更大空間。 經證實優點爲各片具一套筒之衝壓孔,套筒面對電路 板而形成於孔緣上而嚙入電路板之開口。此套筒以確實而 簡單之方式吸收對電路板之水平插力。 根據本發明另一方式,確保電路板上連接端之均句負 本紙張尺度適用中國國家揉準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) . . * - I t - - - !T. -I— I -I i . 士ϋ/ I - -.... ———I. Claims (1)
