Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Tragetasche aus thermoplastischer Kunststoffolie mit einem an wenigstens einer der Taschenwandungen angebrachten, als Griffschlaufe ausgebildeten Traggriff aus thermoplastischer Kunststoffolie, mit einer durch eine Antriebseinrichtung angetriebenen, die Enden eines den Traggriff bildenden Folienstreifen (13) ergreifenden und in Richtung zum Tragetaschenkörper umlegenden Zuführeinrichtung (1) sowie einer die Enden des Traggriffs mit der Taschenwandung fest verbindenden Schweißeinrichtung (31), wobei die Zuführeinrichtung (1) einen jeweils einem Ende des den Traggriff (18) bildenden Folienstreifens (3) zugeordneten Schwenkarm (23) aufweist, der um eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene des Folienstreifens (31) verlaufende Achse (24) zwischen einer im Bereich des Folienstreifens liegenden ersten Schwenkstellung (I) und einer im wesentlichen um 90° versetzt dazu liegenden zweiten Schwenkstellung (II) schwenkbeweglich hin- und herbewegbar gelagert ist und jeweils ein dem jeweiligen Endbereich des Folienstreifens (13) bzw. des Traggriffs (18) zugeordnetes Klemmelement (25, 27) aufweist, das in der ersten Schwenkstellung (I) des Schwenkarms (23) in eine Klemmposition und in der zweiten Schwenkstellung (II) des Schwenkarms (23) in eine Lösestellung bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schwenkarm (23) über eine zugehörige Kurbelstange (34) mit der Antriebseinrichtung (2) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Schwenkarme (23), die Klemmelemente (25, 27) und die Kurbelstangen (34) jeweils paarweise oberhalb und unterhalb einer doppellagigen, im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Bewegungsrichtung der Tragetaschen bildenden Kunststoffolienbahn (17) bewegbaren Folienstreifenbahn (3) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (2) einen als Primärantrieb ausgebildeten Servoantrieb (35) aufweist, der über ein erstes Antriebsmittel (36) mit einem auf einer Hauptantriebswelle (38) sitzenden Antriebsrad (37) verbunden ist, zu dem koaxial ein auf der Hauptantriebswelle (38) sitzendes Zwischenrad (39) angeordnet ist, das über ein weiteres Antriebsmittel (41) mit Umlaufrädern (42, 43, 44) in Antriebsverbindung steht, wobei die Umlaufräder (42, 43) Kurbelzapfen (45) zur Anlenkung der jeweils einen Enden der Kurbelstangen (34) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienstreifenbahn (3) zwischen einem feststehenden Obermesser (11) und einem beweglich angeordneten Untermesser (12) einer Streifenschneideinrichtung (9) hindurchführbar ist und daß durch letztere von der Folienstreifenbahn (3) jeweils ein einem Traggriff (18) entsprechender Folienstreifen (13) abschneidbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ober- und Untermesser (11, 12) der Streifenschneideinrichtung (9) unmittelbar vor einer gegebenenfalls mit Führungsblechen (15, 16) für den jeweils abgetrennten Folienstreifen (13) ausgerüsteten Führungsplatte (14) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsplatte (14) entsprechend der Schwenkbewegung der Schwenkarme (23) bogenförmig gestaltete, im Bereich der ersten Schwenkstellung (I) der Schwenkarme (23) seitlich offene Führungsausnehmungen (28) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente der Schwenkarme (23) jeweils als oberer und unterer Klemmstempel (25, 27) ausgebildet sind, wobei der untere, in der Höhe nicht verstellbare Klemmstempel (27) mit seinem nach oben weisenden freien Ende durch die jeweils zugehörige Führungsausnehmung (28) in der Führungsplatte (14) hindurchgeführt ist und der obere Klemmstempel (25) in der Höhe verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Höhenverstellung des oberen Klemmstempels (25) ein im wesentlichen gleichachsig angeordneter Verstellzylinder (26) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Führungsplatte (14) im Bereich des Griffbereichs (19) der Traggriffe (18) ein oder mehrere Durchtrittsöffnungen (22) vorgesehen sind.
