Claims (10)
- Feuerfeste Platte für einen Schiebeverschluss am Ausguss eines Metallschmelze enthaltenden Behälters, welche in der Aussenform eine vieleckige Platte (20) bildet mit einer Längsachse (23), zu der sich beidseitig mindestens je zwei mit unterschiedlicher Länge und in einem stumpfen Winkel (γ) zueinander angeordnete Seitenflächen (24, 25) erstrecken, die als Verspannflächen der Platte (20) in einem metallischen Rahmen (11) oder dergleichen dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die kürzeren Seitenflächen (24) zur Längsachse (23) jeweils in einem Winkel (α) zwischen 20° und 50°, indessen die längeren Seitenflächen (25) in je einem Winkel (β) zwischen 10° und 30° zur Längsachse (23) verlaufend angeordnet sind. - Feuerfeste Platte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seitenflächen (24, 25) auf der einen Seite zur Längsachse (23) zu denjenigen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite durch senkrecht zur Längsachse (23) verlaufenden Stirnflächen (27, 28) der Platte (20) verbunden sind, wobei diese Stirnflächen (27, 28) im eingebauten Zustand der Platte im metallischen Rahmen (11) oder dergleichen als verspannungsfreie Flächen vorgesehen sind.
- Feuerfeste Platte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kürzeren Seitenflächen (24) zur Längsachse (23) jeweils in einem Winkel (α) von annähernd 30°, indessen die längeren Seitenflächen (25) in je einem Winkel (β) von annähernd 15° zur Längsachse (23) verlaufend angeordnet sind.
- Feuerfeste Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (20) in bezug auf die Längsachse (23) symmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Feuerfeste Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (20) eine sechseckige Aussenform aufweist.
- Feuerfeste Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (20) zumindest an einer Seitenfläche (24) eine Anschrägung (20') zwecks Halterung der Platte im Rahmen (11) oder im Gehäuse (19) hat.
- Feuerfeste Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (20) mit einer auf ihrer Längsachse (23) liegenden Durchflussöffnung (22) versehen ist, die gegen die kürzeren Seitenflächen (24) versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Spannvorrichtung für das lösbare Festhalten einer feuerfesten Platte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche in einem Schiebeverschluss am Ausguss eines Metallschmelze enthaltenden Behälters, mit mindestens vier in einem Rahmen (11, 19) angeordneten Spannelementen (42, 44), welche je eine Spannfläche bilden, die im verspannten Zustand jeweils mit einer korrespondierenden Seitenfläche (24, 25) der feuerfesten Platte (20) in Kontakt stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
diese Spannelemente (42, 44) zwecks Erzielung einer ganzflächigen Auflage an den Seitenflächen (24, 25) der Platte (20) jeweils im Rahmen (11, 19) oder dergleichen gelenkig gelagert sind und mindestens zwei der Spannelemente von einem einzigen Verspannmittel gegen die andern beiden Spannelemente (42) verschiebbar geführt sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannelemente (42, 44) eine etwas geringere Länge als die entsprechenden Platten-Seitenflächen (24, 25) aufweisen und im verspannten Zustand zwischen den Enden dieser Seitenflächen (24, 25) angreifen.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verspannmittel von einer Einrichtung automatisch betätigbar ist.
