Claims (14)
- Procédé de traitement d'une bande de cordon filtrant durant sa contraction continue réduisant sa section transversale à l'intérieur d'un canal de guidage (21) qui est limité par une courroie de mise au format (22) amenée avec une bande d'enveloppement via un rouleau déflecteur (23), formant une courroie de fond et bombée sur les deux côtés du canal de guidage (21), pour former un boudin de cordon filtrant qui est, ensuite, enveloppé de la bande d'enveloppement en vue de former un boudin de filtre dans lequel sont découpées des tiges de filtre, de l'air comprimé étant insufflé dans la bande de cordon filtrant durant la contraction, lequel air comprimé sort de la zone de contraction, en aval, dans une zone de sortie d'air (29), par des canaux (31),

caractérisé en ce que l'air s'échappe du canal de guidage (21), dans les zones de sortie d'air (29, 34), par des canaux de section transversale constante. - Dispositif de traitement d'une bande de cordon filtrant, comprenant un canal de guidage (21), dont la section transversale diminue pour réaliser la contraction de la bande et qui présente une admission (26) pour l'amenée d'air sous pression ainsi qu'une zone de sortie d'air (29) disposée en aval et destinée à évacuer l'air insufflé dans le cordon filtrant, une courroie de mise au format (22) amenée avec une bande d'enveloppement via un rouleau déflecteur (23), formant une courroie de fond et bombée sur les deux côtés du canal de guidage (21), et un rouleau déflecteur qui transfère la courroie de mise au format (22) avec une bande d'enveloppement (24) au canal de guidage (21),
caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de la zone de sortie d'air (29) sont prévues une autre admission (32) pour l'amenée d'air sous pression dans le canal de guidage (21) ainsi qu'une autre zone de sortie d'air (34) pour évacuer du canal de guidage (21) l'air insufflé dans le cordon filtrant. - Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que la pression à laquelle l'air est insufflé dans le cordon filtrant au travers de ladite autre admission (32) est inférieure à la pression à laquelle l'air est insufflé dans le matériau filtrant au travers de l'admission (26) placée en amont. - Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que la pression au niveau de la première admission (26), en se référant à la direction de transport du cordon filtrant, est au moins approximativement de 3 bar, et au moins approximativement de 2 bar au niveau de l'autre admission (32) disposée en aval. - Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone de sortie d'air (29,34) du canal de guidage (21) est réalisée à la manière d'un tamis.
