Claims (16)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication de tiges de filtre pour des articles en forme de tige de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, selon lequel une bande de filasse à filtre (1), extraite et déployée d'une réserve, est étirée le long d'une voie de transport, est aspergée avec du liquide d'enduction corrodant le matériau pour filtre et est ensuite soumise à une contraction diminuant la largeur de la bande, caractérisé en ce que la bande de filasse à filtre (1), au moins sur un tronçon (3; 6; 7) de la voie de transport, est exposée à un courant d'air (24; 32; 39) circulant dans la direction de transport (2) de la bande de filasse à filtre.

  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air (24; 39) est chaque fois produit au moyen d'une aspiration (26; 41) active à l'extrémité d'un tronçon respectif (3; 7) de la voie de transport.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la bande de filasse à filtre (1) est sollicitée sur une seule face, dans une zone de relâchement de tension (6) s'étendant entre l'étirage et l'aspersion, par le courant d'air (32) produit par introduction d'air comprimé et aspiration.
  9. Installation pour la fabrication de tiges de filtre pour des articles en forme de tige de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, comportant un dispositif d'étirage agissant, le long d'une section d'étirage (3), sur une bande de filasse à filtre (1) extraite et déployée d'une réserve, un dispositif d'enduction (19) qui, le long d'une section d'enduction (4), asperge la bande de filasse à filtre avec un liquide d'enduction corrodant le matériau pour filtre, ainsi qu'un dispositif de contraction diminuant, le long d'une section de contraction (7), la largeur de la bande de filasse à filtre, caractérisée en ce que la bande de filasse à filtre (1), au moins sur un tronçon de la voie de transport formée par la section d'étirage (3), la section d'enduction (4) et la section de contraction (7), est conduite à travers un tunnel de soufflerie (23; 31; 38) alimenté par un courant d'air (24; 32; 39) dirigé dans la direction de transport (2) de la bande de filasse à filtre.
  10. Installation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité d'un tronçon de voie respectif, alimenté par le courant d'air (24; 39), est reliée à l'aspiration d'un ventilateur communiquant au courant d'air, une vitesse approximativement égale ou supérieure à la vitesse de transport de la bande de filasse à filtre (1).
  11. Installation selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité du tronçon de voie présente un raccord à air aspiré (26; 41) du côté des deux grandes faces de la bande de filasse à filtre (1).
  12. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'à la sortie du dispositif d'étirage (8, 12) est prévu un raccord à air aspiré (26).
  13. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'à la sortie du dispositif de contraction (16, 22) est prévu un raccord à air aspiré (41).
  14. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisée en ce que le tunnel de soufflerie (23) est délimité par des parois de tunnel (28) ajustables dans une direction transversale à la bande de filasse à filtre (1).
  15. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 à 14, caractérisée en ce que 1e tunnel de soufflerie (23) est délimité, du côté de la sortie, par un profilé d'écoulement (29) qui dévie le courant d'air aspiré (24) sur sensiblement 180°.
  16. Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 à 15, caractérisée en ce que dans une zone de relâchement de tension (6) s'étendant entre le dispositif d'étirage (8, 12) et le dispositif d'enduction (21), sont prévus une buse d'air soufflé (33), qui débouche dans le tunnel de soufflerie (31), et un raccord à air aspiré (34) relié au tunnel de soufflerie.
