- the invention relates to an RF coaxial angled connector part, consisting of arranged in a housing on the front Coaxial connector parts - Coaxial connector part module -, on a base, for example a printed circuit board, is attached, in which the coaxial inner conductor in the housing of Coaxial connector module isolated in each case in the the housing inserted, screwed and / or integrated Coaxial outer conductors are used, which is made of metallized Plastic existing housing of the coaxial connector module a large number of contact feet on the bottom edge with stand surfaces representing SMD connections has both the housing attachment on the pad as well as the conductive connection of your SMD connectors serve these connections assigned on the pad, at the metallization of the housing for electrical isolation at least between the metallization of the contact feet with SMD connectors for coaxial inner conductors and the rest Metallization of the housing in electrically separate from each other Metallization areas is divided and at the the conductive connections between the coaxial inner conductor ends on the part of the SMD connections and their SMD connections using insulated metallic inner conduct
- the invention has for its object the manufacturing technology Requirements for such a coaxial connector module in its version as an RF coaxial angled connector part through advantageous constructive measures to simplify so that its assembly is fully automatic becomes feasible.
- the inner conductor connectors two each essentially sections arranged perpendicular to each other, namely an inner conductor connecting part and an SMD inner conductor foot have that each perpendicular to the coaxial connector parts aligned, isolated within housing recesses arranged inner conductor connecting parts on your free end of a press-in contact head for a good conductive Connection with the coaxial inner conductors, which have a straight rod shape of the coaxial connector parts assigned to them, that the SMD inner conductor feet of the inner conductor connecting pieces on the floor to the stand areas of the associated ones Extend contact feet and that by suitable Dimensioning of the coaxial connection paths designed in this way between the coaxial connector parts on the front and their bottom-side SMD connections at least approximately constant wave resistance is guaranteed.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that the metallized Housing of an HF angle connector part in which the coaxial outer conductors of the different coaxial connection paths are at least partially integrated for insertion the coaxial inner conductor also without such additional Insertion openings.
- the right-angled coaxial inner conductor can namely in two straight, perpendicular to each other aligned inner conductor sections that are divided when inserted into the housing in a suitable manner be combined to form rectangular coaxial inner conductors.
- Embodiment of a coaxial connector module 1 are the free ends of the coaxial inner conductor 2 of the coaxial connector parts 3 designed as sockets 4. Naturally can these sockets 4 also through to them complementary connector pins to be replaced.
- the coaxial connector part module 1 is on the end wall 5 of its housing 6 Made of metallized plastic with four coaxial connector parts 3 assembled in a row-column arrangement. Of course you can with such RF coaxial angled connector parts with coaxial connector parts 3 in terms of number and arrangement can be varied.
- the layer thickness of the metallization the housing 6 is at least equal to the depth of penetration to be transmitted via the coaxial connector module 1 electromagnetic waves selected.
- the coaxial connector module 1 has contact feet 7 and 8, which in a variety on the outside of the housing 6 in the vicinity of the bottom 9 are arranged.
- the contact feet 7 and 8 have footprints that are tinnable SMD connections 10 and 11 are executed. They serve both to secure the housing on a base, especially a printed circuit board, as well as the electrical connection of their SMD connections 10 and 11 with these connections assigned on the base.
