Further, the heat exchanger for cooling gas is arranged on the delivery side of a gas compressor such as a blower. Due to the foregoing, it becomes possible to effectively lower the temperature of blowing gas. As a result, the cooling efficiency can be enhanced, and power required for a gas compressor such as a blower can be reduced.
  • the apparatus can be made compact and an intensity of power of the blower can be made greatly smaller than that of the blower of the conventional arrangement. Accordingly, from the viewpoint of reducing the running cost, it is possible to provide a great merit.

Therefore, it is possible to enhance the quality of the steel strip, and it is unnecessary to provide an acid cleaning device for removing an oxide film. Therefore, the apparatus can be simplified.

Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Durchführen von Wärmebehandlung an einem Stahlband durch Blasen eines Gasstrahls auf das Stahlband aus einer Düse (1), die von einer ebenen Fläche eines Sammlers (8) in einer Höhe h von der Fläche senkrecht vorsteht, wobei die Auslaßöffnung der Düse (1) einen Abstand z vom Stahlband bis 70 mm hat, um das Stahlband (7) zu erwärmen, abzukühlen oder zu trocknen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Ungleichung W/4 ≤ h erfüllt ist, wobei W eine Gasmenge (Gasmengendichte), die auf eine Flächeneinheit geblasen wird, in m3/min·m2 ist und h in mm ausgedrückt ist.
  2. Wärmebehandlungsvorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Walzeneinsatzraum (23, 24), in dem Stützwalzen (16, 17) in regelmäßigen Abständen in Laufrichtung des Stahlbands (7) abwechselnd angeordnet sind, in einem Gasblasraum (25) vorgesehen ist, in dem die Düsen (1) zum Blasen von Gasstrahlen angeordnet sind, um zu verhindern, daß das Stahlband (7) flattert; und Düsen zum Blasen von Gasstrahlen im Walzeneinsatzraum auf der Gegenseite zur Walzeneinsatzseite im Hinblick auf das Stahlband (7) angeordnet sind, um den Gasblasraum (25) zu verlängern.
  3. Wärmebehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Stützwalzen (16, 17) bei Abkühlung des Stahlbands (7) gekühlt sind und die Stützwalzen (16, 17) bei Erwärmung oder Trocknung des Stahlbands (7) erwärmt sind.
  4. Wärmebehandlungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei ein Wärmetauscher (35) zum Abkühlen von Gas mindestens auf der Stromabwärtsseite eines Gasverdichters, z. B. eines Gebläses (9), angeordnet ist.
