Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung für schnellen Walzenwechsel an einem Sechswalzen-Walzgerüst, umfassend einen Walzenwechselwagen (1) mit Mitteln (6 - 9) zum Verfahren relativ zum Walzgerüst sowohl parallel als auch quer zur Walzrichtung, sowie mit zwei nebeneinander unter Ausbildung einer Side-Shifter-Kassette (10) angeordneten Aufnahmeteilen (11, 12) für jeweils ein Paar Arbeits- und Zwischenwalzen (20 - 23) mit Führungsauflagen (24 - 27) für die Einbaustücke (16- 19) der Walzen, wobei dem Walzenwechselwagen (1) in der gemeinsamen Walzebene (x-x) eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Ein- und Ausschieben der Walzen zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Aufnahmeteil (11, 12) zur Aufnahme einer unteren Zwischenwalze (23, 23') mit ihren Einbaustücken (19, 19') einen Zwischenrahmen (3, 4) mit Mitteln zum Ein- und Ausfahren in die und aus der Side-Shifter-Kassette (10) besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzenwechselwagen (1) einen Unterwagen (5) besitzt, mit dem er in bodenseitig verlegten Schienen (6) quer zur Walzrichtung verfahrbar ist, und der in Walzrichtung verlegte Schienen (7) trägt, die die unabhängig vom Unterwagen (5) verfahrbare Side-Shifter-Kassette (10) aufnehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Side-Shifter-Kassette (10) als Mittel zum Ein- und Ausschieben der Walzen vom und zum Walzgerüst bzw. von und zur Werkstatt ein Zangenwagen (2) zugeordnet und mittels eines Zahnstangenantriebes (14, 14') durch jeweils ein Aufnahmeteil (11, 12) der Side-Shifter-Kassette (10) fahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie bevorzugt hydraulisch betätigbare Verriegelungen besitzt, und zwar:Verriegelung Walzenwechselwagen (1) mit Walzgerüst,Verriegelung (33) Walzenwechselwagen (1) mit Zangenmanipulatoren (32) für obere und untere Zwischenwalzen (22, 23),Verriegelung (35) beider Zwischenrahmen (3, 4) je unabhängig mit Unterwagen (5),Verriegelung beider Zwischenrahmen (3, 4) je unabhängig mit Side-Shifter (10).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zangenwagen (2) an einer Stirnseite Anschluss-Elemente (31) für ein werkstattseitiges Docking-System zur Versorgung mit hydraulischer Energie aufweist, welchen korrespondierende Anschluss-Gegenelemente in der Werkstatt zugeordnet sind, die den Zangenwagen (2) mit seinen Zangenmanipulatoren (32, 42) mit Hydraulikenergie versorgen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zangenwagen (2) für getrenntes Aus- und Einfahren der Arbeits- und Zwischenwalzen (20 - 23) aus zwei selbständigen Funktionseinheiten besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Unterwagen (5) Hilfsgestelle (40, 41) zur Aufnahme der Zwischenrahmen (3, 4) neben dem Side-Shifter (10) zugeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Durchführung eines Zyklus für schnellen Walzenwechsel an einem Sechswalzen-Walzgerüst unter Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Arbeitsschritte:a) Vorbereiten des Gerüstes zum Walzenwechsel,b) Verfahren des Walzenwechselwagens (1) seitlich neben das Gerüst mit einem leeren Aufnahmeteil (11) des Side-Shifters der Vorrichtung (10) in Position der Gerüst-Mittelebene (x-x) und dem anderen Aufnahmeteil (12), gefüllt mit "neuen" Walzen (20 - 23), in seitlich dazu versetzte Position,c) Verfahren des Zangenwagens (2) durch das leere Aufnahmeteil (11 bzw. 12) und Erfassen sowie Ziehen der zu wechselnden, "alten" Arbeits- und/oder Zwischenwalzen (20' - 23') aus dem Gerüst in den Aufnahmeteil (11 bzw. 12),d) Zurückfahren des Zangenwagens (2) aus dem Side-Shifter (10),e) Verfahren des Side-Shifters (10) in Walzrichtung mit einem Satz "neue" Arbeits- und/der Zwischenwalzen (20 - 23) in eine Position in Gerüst-Mittenebene (x-x),f) Einschieben der "neuen" Walzen (20 - 23) in das Gerüst mit Hilfe des Zangenwagens (2),g) Zurückfahren des Zangenwagens (2) aus dem Side-Shifter (10),h) Abkoppeln des Zwischenrahmens (3) mit der "alten" Zwischenwalze (23') und Verriegeln mit dem Unterwagen (5), Verfahren des Side-Shifters (10) zur Seite mit den restlichen Walzen (20'- 22') in Gerüstmitte-Position (x-x),i) Entnehmen von oberer Zwischenwalze (22'), oberer Arbeitswalze (20'), unterer Arbeitswalze (21') aus dem Side-Shifter (10) sowie der unteren Zwischenwalze (23') aus dem Zwischenrahmen (3) mittels Kran,j) Zurückfahren des Side-Shifters (10) ohne die mit dem Unterwagen (5) verriegelten Zwischenrahmen (3, 4) mit dem rechten Aufnahmeteil (12) in Gerüstmitte-Position (x-x) und Beladen mit unterer Arbeitswalze (21), oberer Arbeitswalze (20), und oberer Zwischenwalze (22) sowie des rechten Zwischenrahmens (4) mit der unteren Zwischenwalze (23) mittels Kran,k) Verschieben des Side-Shifters (10) über den beladenen Zwischenrahmen (4), d. h. mit dem leeren Aufnahmeteil (11) in Position (x-x) der Gerüst-Mittelebene, zur Vorbereitung der Zyklus-Wiederholung gemäß den Arbeitsschritten a) bis g).
