Definitions
- the invention relates to a loader vehicle with a frame structure, the transversely spaced frame side parts contains.
- a lifting device of the loader vehicle has two extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction near the frame side parts Lifting arms on. From the frame side parts extend upwards two transversely spaced, between the Lifting arms with spaced post elements.
- a Cab compartment trim arranged before and between the post elements.
- joint structures in which the Cab compartment cladding is pivotally mounted so that they between a first operating position and a second can swing pivoted up and rear position.
- Skid steer loaders so-called skid steer loaders or skid steer loaders, are small work machines with hydraulically driven Lifting arms articulated at their front ends mount mountable blades or other work tools. Of the middle section of the loader carries a driver's platform or -cabin.
- loader components such as a hydrostatic transmission, steering linkage, hydraulic lines and Valves for driving the lifting arms, blades and additional functions, Hydraulic lines for the wheel motor drives and various electrical harnesses and connections, accommodated.
- loader components such as a hydrostatic transmission, steering linkage, hydraulic lines and Valves for driving the lifting arms, blades and additional functions, Hydraulic lines for the wheel motor drives and various electrical harnesses and connections, accommodated.
- Hydraulic lines for the wheel motor drives and various electrical harnesses and connections
- the lift arms of the skid steer loader are along its side They can provide lateral access to the components block. Therefore, access from the front is often preferred. However, if it is a loader in which the Driver's cab can be moved forwards or tilted forwards, is excluded access from the front, so that the lift arms must be raised to provide access from the side of the Loader out. However, if the loader hydraulics is not ready, the lift arms are not easy so that access to the components becomes difficult. To overcome this problem, have some skid steer loaders a tilting back to the driver's cab.
- skid steer loader with lift arms equip that lift vertically so that the vertical height the bucket and its reach are maximized forward can and it is easier to load the loading shovel into a truck to empty.
- both the front and the rear ends of the lift arms so determined that the blade along a substantially vertical path.
- the rear areas are articulated connected with handlebars, which is a vertical lifting of the rear Allow ends of the lifting arms.
- handlebars are sometimes on vertically upstanding frame structures of the loader attached to increase the vertical reach of the arms. Since the handlebars also allow a pivoting movement of the arms, The arms can move forward when lifting what the ability to load over the side of a truck in these to empty, improved.
- Such solutions are by the US-A-5,609,464 and GB-A-2 278 826.
- both the lift arms as well as the loading bucket and their load must be able to she trained reinforced with one or more cross members become.
- the lifting arms carrying the lifting arms often with one or more transversely extending cross members stiffened.
- the mentioned cross member can when pivoting the driver's cab to the rear pose an obstacle and the extent to which pivoting up and down is possible to significantly limit.
- the available working area under the rear raised Cab which is responsible for maintenance and repairs to the Vehicle components is available, limited.
- the object underlying the invention is seen therein a generic loader vehicle in such a way that the overcome problems mentioned above.
- a skid steer loader with a cab to have, which swivel up and back leaves sufficient and convenient access to the Vehicle components from the front of the vehicle provide.
- This is especially desirable when the loader vehicle connecting elements between its frame structure and rear portions of the lift arm having a allow vertical lifting of the lifting arms.
- support post for fastening the Hubarmitatisetti which make it possible for the Lifting the lift arms beyond the loader frame, their vertical Height and reach is maximized forward, so that Tipping material from the side of a truck into it leaves.
- a stiffening component provide stabilized by the Hublenker and posts and which the use of less expensive trained support structures for the posts allows. It is Furthermore, it is desirable to hang the cab so that their bottom and rear area are beyond the access of the Move workspace up and not through Disables cross members in their upward and backward movement or be limited. Furthermore, it is desirable that Parts of the driver's cab, in particular the size of their frame parts, keep as small as possible. It is also desirable To provide power means, the lifting of the cab support and work well even if the hydraulic or electrical power system should collapse. It would also be an advantage, the releasable locking allow the driver's cab in its raised position.
- a skid steer loader has a vertical Liftable lifting device with two lifting arms and one Cab compartment trim, in particular a driver's cab, on, which can then be swung up and back, when the hydraulics and electrics of the loader complete fails.
- the cab is with its rear area at the top End of an upright supporting component, in particular a Tragpfostens, articulated so that a high pivot point for the upward pivoting of the cab results and the Poles during pivoting as bearing frame parts for serve the driver's cab.
- the joint structures are at the top, Rear area of the cab mounted so that when Swinging up the floor and the rear area of the Driver's cab essentially lifted off the loader components and a sufficient work area for Expose service work.
- the Hublenker which is a vertical Lifting the lift arms allow are also on the support post hinged, in such a way that their vertical lifting height and reach forward to maximize and simplify the design becomes. Between the posts and the ends of the Hublenker or the ends of the lifting arms is a stiffening cross member arranged, which stabilizes the posts and Hublenker, so that can minimize the required post strength.
- the articulated structures of the driver's cab are nearby and something in front of the cross member, so that a collision between Driver's cab and cross member is avoided when the Driver's cab for access to the vehicle components is pivoted above and behind.
- the cross member and the Joint structures for the cab and the Hinges for the Hublenker are located nearby the upper end of the support posts. This results in a improved view to the rear.
- FIGs 1, 2 and 3 illustrate a skid steer loader 10, also called slip-loader or skid steer, with vertical lifting arms 12 and a pivotable backwards Cabin panel 14, which also serves as a complete cab could be trained.
